I have never been more pleased with an auto service business. Pricing is fair and the team is candid about what service is recommended now vs later. This made me immediately feel like a valued customer they wanted to retain, not upcharge out of the gate without caring if I came back or not.The customer service experience is also exceptional and keeps me coming back. You can elect texts from Meagan which are very convenient: reminders of service due, scheduling and pricing by text, etc.I won t go anywhere else - highly recommend.

Had a nail in my tire, i live far away but work in town. I must have contacted every sullivan tire in the area, as well as town fair. None of them would help, only offer to make an appointment for several days into the future. I decided to try capeway, I was so impressed by the graciousness of Gene, who said while they were busy he would fit me in and fix my tire. Not only did he fit me in but also changed my oil, absolutely impeccable service. I could not say enough how grateful I am. Would recommend in aheartbeat

Always so pleasant and quick service! First time I had my car serviced there it was a Friday afternoon and my car died at work and a jump wasn't working. They were closed for the weekend and by noon Monday they called and said it was ready for pick-up! Recently brought my car again for some work and it took less than a day and they are always so helpful with my questions and explaining everything to me! I highly recommend this place! There a a million shops between my house and this shop and I will always come back!

Gene was there in about 30 minutes to pick up my car that had broken down on RTE 3. At first the thinking was that this could be an expensive fix. Gene took the time to investigate the problem and had a solution that was much cheaper and now the car is in good shape!! Thanks Gene!!

I had a windshield motor replaced. Capeway had to shop extensively to find one. They had it delivered from the West Coast and installed it for me in less than a half day. Truck was stranded in an area I couldn't get AAA to respond to. Found Capeway, got a flat-rate tow offer to their shop AND the repair came in a bit under estimate. Quite pleased with the service I received

Excellent place to rent a Penske!!Knowledgeable and experienced personnel. Direct and to the point. You will be well-informed and they act in your best interest.I dealt with Gene and he was quick and efficient. He told me that they had been renting trucks there for 71 years!! Now that s impressive and it clearly shows.Neat and clean facility and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.Highly recommend this Penske provider.

In support of relocating a non-running, non-rolling vintage sports car from a condemned home, my in-depth search for a professional auto transportation service led me to Capeway. A very pleasant and productive visit with the owner and staff allowed me to comfortably plan and schedule the job using two Capeway tow vehicles and drivers. A few days later, the project was completed smoothly and much faster than I ever expected. I would like to again thank Capeway's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and capable staff for their assistance, great communication, and very fair rates. I highly recommend Capeway for anyone needing towing or auto transport services!!!

They completed work without an estimate/waiver first. There was no disclosure of labor rates or cost of materials, either verbally or written, prior to work. When I called to sort this out (and an unnecessary additional charge on the invoice- later acknowledged by Gene as unnecessary) I was met with hostility from Gene. He claimed to be unaware of the state laws protecting customers rights in regards to this, despite being in business for the better part of a century. He became audibly angry and emotional when presented with the laws regarding this. He also went off on an irrelevant tangent about how I must bring it to cheap mechanics or chains (neither of which is true, or relevant.) Ultimately Gene did agree to a reimbursement for labor and the unnecessary fee (reimbursement pending at the time of this review) and that would have been the end of that had it been an honest mistake, however Gene was hostile and refused to acknowledge state laws regarding customer rights. He also stated my other customers are fine with it, sorry it doesn t work for you, so Gene has stated himself that he does this to other clientele.
