I've known the MacKoul family for quite some time now. Great people and great small family-owned business! My family has bought quite a few cars from them and have all our cars serviced there. They provide you with a loaner car to drive while your car is getting serviced, which is nice to have since most small businesses don't do that. If you want an honest mechanic who provides quality work on your vehicle, talk to Jesse!

I have been bringing my Saab's and my current Audi to MacKoul's for decades. Both Rich and Jesse are kind, knowledgeable and always trustworthy. I drive European imports, it's not always easy to find a top notch certified mechanic without going to the dealership. I have found that here at MacKoul's. I appreciate all the years of outstanding work. Thanks Rich and Jesse, you are true gentlemen and it's always a pleasure! ~ Paula

Honest family! Amazing work! Would definitely recommend my friends and family over, if you own a German vehicle make a stop here. They also love working on Porsches :)

Do NOT get your vehicle serviced here. They took advantage of me and over charged for a brake job, rotors, and oil change. I m out $1400, but I hope I can save others from the same rip off... Afterwards I checked with two other places and they said they would have charged HALF that amount. Save your money and don t give this place your business. This place is not honest about their pricing and they do not care about good customer service. They are only interested in making a large profit on their jobs.

Take my Porsche here regularly, Jesse and staff are very friendly, up front and honest about everything. Very happy with all experiences I have had. Repairs are done correctly and in a timely manor. Highly recommend for service!

For the bad review written to us we called and told you UP FRONT the price. You could ve simply said no and brought your car somewhere else, you gave us the ok to fix so we fixed it. You paid without any mention of being unhappy.

Jesse is fair and will explain not just what the problem with your car is, but what your options are, if it even needs to be done, and what you can expect moving forward. And, of course, the repairs are done quickly and competently. Would highly recommend

I live in NH and just bought a car through this wonderful family-owned and operated business. Smooth and easy transaction, very honest, friendly, and decent people. You can avoid all the things you hate about the car buying process by going to Mackoul's. I never felt pressured. Jesse was generous with giving me all the information he had about the vehicle from when it first arrived on the lot. It was a long ride from NH to N. Grafton, but I knew by the car advertisement it was a great deal. After test driving the car my instincts were correct, and after meeting the MacKoul family, I knew I was in the right place. If it wasn't so far, I'd service the vehicle there because it's obvious they care and will bend over backwards for their customers. You have nothing to lose by checking out their inventory.

Best mechanic I've ever dealt with. Seriously, this is a shining example of why small businesses are great. I've had nothing but great experiences with them, their prices are very reasonable and I've never felt like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. The owner loves to talk shop and gave me a picture of James Dean standing next to his famed Porsche above another picture of the owner's own restored Porsche 550. I think they specialize in Audi's but they've handled my Subaru and my wife's Honda without fail.

I purchased 2 used vehicles from MacKoul's about 6 weeks ago. Certainly the best used car dealer experience I have ever had. The Mini Cooper and Dodge Ram I bought have both been excellent, but also the prices were fair. And Rich and Jessie are great to deal with.

Rich and Jesse are upfront, honest and caring. I stumbled on to them one weekend when my truck was making a horrible noise and not driving well. The way they treated me and my kids in both helping us get a car for the weekend and fixing my truck won my loyalty. They are truly the best in customer service.

I just got my Audi S4 back from MacKoul's body shop. All of the body panel gaps are perfect. Jesse and his crew took the time to carefully match the new paint to the 10Year old original paint. I'm picky, and this is a REALLY good color match. Needless to say, I'm very pleased. Thanks Guys!

I was looking for a pickup truck, I didn't want new but something newer than what I had and saw one advertised on their web site. I called and spoke to the owner, he was very easy to talk to, did not hurry to get off the phone with me and never made me feel like he was pushing me to buy,he explained every detail about the truck. My husband and I went to look at it, took it for a ride and was even told if I wanted to take it to my own mechanic he would throw a plate on it and I could do so as alot of people like to do so. Upon returning from our ride I hadn't noticed any issue with the truck mechanically, rode well handled well and in very good shape, the mechanic came out and said he had to replace I believe it was ball joints in it and he had them but hadn't done it yet and to park it by the garage door so he could put it in to be done. I loved the truck, 2007 4x4 Ford Ranger, and wanted to buy it but was waiting on a check and couldn't get it for at least a week. He took a $10.00 down payment from me for it. I mean really 10 bucks, who does that for you, well he did. I got my check and found out it had to clear in the bank and would take 3-5 days, he took my check which was much more than the truck, and made me out a check for the remainder that I had left which was a few thousand, even called his bank for me to make sure I wouldn't have an issue where I didn't have an account with them. I went to the bank, no problem, then to my insurance and to the registry. Now I was running late and so wanted to drive my truck home that night, and they were going to be closed by the time I got there so he left me a screwdriver in the console so I could put my plates on and bring it home. I feel he went above and beyond for me and almost 2 months later I love my 2007 Orange Ford Ranger. I get alot of comments from my friends and we laugh because they see me coming from 2 blocks away, and how sporty the color is. I love my truck, I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you MacKoul's for going above and beyond working with me and selling me a very reliable vehicle in wonderful condition.

I took a truck here to get pre-purchase inspected and I feel incredibly lucky to have been recommended this place. Richard was super nice and patient while explaining to me the pros and cons of the vehicle and his son Jessie took a second look at it once he was back in the shop. Highly recommend going here for whatever you need

Imagine if your father were to sell you a car. That is the feeling you can expect when buying a car from Mr. Richard Mackoul, the owner. His knowledge, straightforwardness and willingness to go over and beyond my expectations lent me the confidence I needed to buy my car sight unseen from his dealership. How many businessmen have you met who would return after hours, after what I am sure was a long day of work, to meet your shipping company at the dealership and ensure the car is properly delivered? I am a customer for life and I am certain you will be too, once you deal with him. Mackoul's Cars is an asset for the town of Grafton and gentlemen like Mr. Mackoul are, sadly, a rare and disappearing commodity. Excellent experience!

Great family owned garage and sales , I had an issue with my driveshaft.They weren't available the same day but offered a car in place while mine was being worked on. I would recommend this service garage to anyone, they care about their customers and care about the work they do. 100% Quality services.
