I wouldn't even give them 1 starBut I have to to make the comment .They left my husband stranded an hour and a half away.and that was after waiting 3 hours for them to come!!They said he couldn't ride with them because they had to go tow another car.I had to pack up kids with no super and go get him at 630.Fed kidsYucky McDonald's on way home.Unfortunately we have AAAAnd they sent tallys.I called AAA AND Tallys and better business. Horrible!!

Do not let this company touch your vehicle if you can help it...they treat your vehicle like it's a vehicle in a junk yard...mine came back with a broken taillight and a dent above it...i tell the owner about it he tells me we are even...even for what? Totally unprofessional....I don't think the owner went to grade school. Never mind high school....what a dunce cap!

I ve been using Tally s for a years and never any issues with service. I will say the past two times I ve used them Mikey Has been my driver and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets done. Tally s is lucky to have an employee like him.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Dylan is the man. Every time I have come to this place it cost me money but that was my own fault , but everybody there is awesome they're very friendly an extremely professional and they get the job done. God bless everyone at Tally's.

Couldn t be happier with Tally s Hookers. Amazing service. From the moment we called to when they drove off with our car in tow. Fast, friendly, efficient and focused on the objective. A little spendy? Maybe. But worth it. Highly recommend, especially when you find yourself up the creek without a paddle AKA dead on 128 with no engine. Note: AAA is STILL trying to find us service nine hours after we first called. Don t even bother. Call Tally.Service: Car towing

I would not recommend Tallys if they were the last tow company on earth. The owner is confrontational, rude & doesn't know how to run a tow company. Their tow truck drivers make false police reports and lie to their boss. They're ignorant scammers

If there was a Guinness World Record for the most amount of incompetent people working at one business, Tally's would by far hold it. If I could give 0 stars I would be. My partner's car died last night and she called AAA for a tow, which directed her to Tally's who informed her they would be towing her car that night. She then received another call from Tally's saying they could either pick up her car at close to 1am that night(it was around 10:30pm) or they could pick it up tomorrow morning at 7am. We opted for the 7am pickup. This morning at around 8:25, my partner called Tally's said something along the lines of "Hey I had a tow scheduled with you guys this morning around seven but no one is here yet which is fine because I know you guys are busy but i just wanted to make sure it's still happening", to which the rude person at Tally's replied "yeah we canceled the tow we don't have enough trucks today so AAA will find you a new one" in a tude and demeaning tone, and without any option for discussion hung up. If you can't do a job, it's your duty as a company to inform your client, and to do so kindly and swiftly. You are a service based company, try having some service based skills in the future. The only reason Tally's is still in business is due to lack of other towing options in the area, definitely not based on their ability to do work or customer service. I'd rather put my car in manual and push it up Mount Everett than try to get a tow with this company ever again.Service: Car towing

We had a fantastic experience with Eric. We had a flat tire in the middle of our friend's driveway, no one could get in or out. Called AAA. Eric showed up in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, courteous, efficient and hard working. We were so grateful. Lucky you if Eric takes care of your roadside needs.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

They towed it and it sat in the tow yard for a week.until I could legally get it out,whatever, BUT the worst thing about it is that I have a hearing condition and I have special customized EXPENSIVE Sony Wh 7000s headphones I need with me in loud areas like work.thats 360$ for the tow and another 315$ in stolen property.expensive hit,took all my tax returns and I gave them respect from start to finish,no hassle.i had them in the truck the night it was towed and when I went to get it they were gone.nervous cause I hate throwing people under the bus especially if they have kids but they're specially fitted with GPS. Even has insurance and I could just get new ones but they were my babies. I know they took them because the GPS is pinned at a specific related location here and there. Idk prolly just go ask and see if I can get them without conflict.maybe they can leave them somewhere I can scoop em up without seeing them. I don't care, I just want them back.someone man's up maybe ill change it to 5 and give it a positive review.bottom line,keep an eye on your things there's a thief that works thereService: Car towing

They tore the bumper off my car towing it backwards in the snow. So much snow packed up under it that the frame got wrecked. That little Wizard Troll wouldn't even talk about it nevermind tell me who his insurance company was. And I had called before it left his yard and had pics of the snow packed up in it. I should had gotten a police report and gone after them. As I was going to restore the car until that happened. But we all know he's buddies with LE and that probably wouldn't had helped much. I call someone else unless it's a AAA tow that they make little on. Otherwise I wouldn't give them that business.

Car broke down at 2am, waited for over two hrs before I figured out how to solve my own problem. Called and canceled tow. Tallys calls me hours after I needed them and i said hey i canceled, hung up in my face. Next day guess what I need my car towed outta town. Tallys was called over and over thru AAA. Come to find out tallys just decided they werent picking my car up. -1/5 stars.

I've used Tally's a number of times over the years when I've had car troubles, locally and once with a breakdown out of state. I've always been very satisfied. A couple of weeks ago, they used a titling flatbed to move an antique boat on a rusted out trailer. The driver was super-competent and courteous, very careful from start to finish. I can't imagine better service.

Needed battery jump. On New Year's day! Tally's answered right away & were at my car in 15 minutes, jumped the battery and I was on my way. Great professional service!

I called this place to get my car towed since I ran out of charging and there was no charging nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided amazing service. Definitely recommend!

A huge thank you to Merlin and Tally's crew for helping me tonight. I am a quadriplegic and drive a handicapped Van. I exited my Van tonite and could not close the motorized ramp because a cable snapped. They got here way before the expected time And secured my vehicle. I don't know what the resident's of Gloucester would do without them. Still the best! Thanks again Tally's for a job well done! Cheers!P.F. Marino

1 star because I can not give 0. Witnessed a Tallys flatbead driving like a maniac on 95S in Danvers. 75 in a 55. Driver was tailgating other cars, speeding, and changing lanes dangerously. All while towing someone's car. Feel bad for the owner of the vehicle that was being towed. Tallys does not care about your vehicle or the safety of others.

Watched a tow driver at 4:40 today heading north 128 near Exit 21 tailgate (I'm talking inches) a smaller car and box him in. I couldn't care less if the tow driver was oblivious or just a headcase but it was so noteworthy that I had to say something about Tally's Hookers.

I have used Tally s a few times and am very happy and satisfied. They charge reasonable prices and have late model trucks and courteous drivers.

Worst towing company I've ever dealt with. The drivers are nice but the prices are horrible. People shouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars to get a car out of the tow yard.

Awful business. They make their workers work crazy, unhealthy hours, their rude and unorganized, and hire awful people so their constantly understaffed. Their unfair to the majority of their employees as well. It s a shame their the only major company on cape Ann.

0 Stars if I could. I dont know who took over their company or if it is the same management but they dont bring anyone out to you like they used to. They will tell you an hour wait for a tow, then another, and eventually another.
