I stopped by this dealership on Saturday morning to ask a question about my Cadillac ST6 and schedule service. I entered the dealership through the side door and to my right was a sales person sitting at his desk.I said hello and asked if you could answer a question about my vehicle. I was told I am too busy to answer your questions now. It was 9:15 on a Saturday morning and not a soul in the place. Now I can understand why.As I was leaving the salesperson asked where did you buy your car and I told him. He then told me to go ask them your questions. I m new to the area and was looking for a place to have this vehicle serviced. My wife has her jeep serviced there already and it is close to where I live.I asked to speak to the owner and was advised he was not in. This man needs some reeducation. After a few choice words I left and won t be going back.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, 45,000 mile service & an engine light issue for Friday (02/23/24). I leave the service department with an almost $2,000 bill & no oil change. Now I have to be inconvenienced to return my truck to get the primary oil change done on Thursday (02/29/24) & pay for that totally not a fan of the service at Sudbay & I will be communicating this to all my family & friends in reference to this issue. Y all need to work on your communication skills amongst your staff.

A friend of mine dropped his truck off for an oil change and was given a quote . When he returned to pick up the truck the price suddenly increased by $400 more . Not anticipating for this increase he left without making payment to go get a check at his home only to discover the police had been there looking for him for non payment. Keep in mind this was not my friends first time going to Sudbays for services. They had no reason to believe he wouldn t return to settle up with payment and by increasing the bill by $400 without explanation was not right ! Calling police is just absurd !

Bought a new Chevy Silverado High Country with the 6.2L v8 in November of 2022. First issue was blown fuel injectors. Drove it back to the dealership and waited weeks for replacement parts. While it was in the shop I drove a rental less the half of the price of the truck I m paying for. After the repair I had a major engine noise. Back to the dealership and back in a rental while they replaced the exhaust. Took the truck back and it still had the engine noise. Back to the dealership and now they tell me it s a known Chevy engine noise and nothing is wrong with the engine. 70K truck with a belt squeak noise. 10 months into ownership and only 8K miles the engine died while I was driving on the highway. Truck now towed to the dealership and multiple days and calls to find out I have a blown engine. Driving another rental car and not a truck. Was told that they would rent me a truck if I ever needed a rental again. This turned out not to be true because they won t pay for a comparable rental just the cheap warranty rental which doesn t include a truck or large suv. I spoke to the Owner who said to me Your lucky . How so? Im lucky they are going to fix it; as if they would not. Lucky this dealership is working for me and lucky they found an engine. Lucky that they will file a claim to possibly reimburse me for making payments on a truck that cannot be driven. I don t feel lucky.If you want to try your luck then buy here. I will never test my luck again. New engine and some new scratches thanks again Sudbay Chevrolet

I witnessed the little man head of service verbally berate a elderly man for wondering why his car still wasn't fixed after having to come in 5x. That's when I know this place does not care about any customers watch out where you take your car, seems like this place couldn't care less about its customers let alone elderly ones. Sad

These guys are GREAT!! Due to life getting hectic soon after the deal I couldn't give this team their well earned props on their website in time. After the initial shock of how someone almost 1000 miles away wanted to buy a car from them sight unseen, (they didn't know how bad I wanted my specific car) they maintained contact & conducted all business in a week's span. Had positive attitudes the whole time even with my million questions. Flew out, was met with smiles, given keys to a shiny new car & back on the road in under 24 hours. They even told me happy birthday several months later after I unintentionally ghosted them. Shout to salesman Tom A. & manager Steve H.!! If I ever need a car out of state again I know where i'm looking. first. :)

I find all of these positive reviews hard to believe.The woman with the shaky voice who answers the phone is beyond rude.My wife and I have had three different conversations with one mechanic who said one thing, and then a horrible dismissive conversation with another one.Rip off. Con artists. Horrible employees.

I brought my 07' Corvette in to have AC fixed. They took it straight away, i gave Paula the keys and told her what was wrong. They fixed it by end of day and it has ice cold AC again. I couldn't be happier! The invoice for repair was very reasonable and i was able to get work completed with it included a free 5 point vehicle inspection along with a special 10% off coupon. The entire staff was very hospital and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience. My mom and dad bought and serviced vehicles here over the years and this was why i came to do business. Fantastic service, I'll be back!

Sal, first off should get a raise!!!!!!!! He is the BEST, I ve known him for a good number of years, he s a friend of my family s and he always goes above and beyond to help us in any concerns we may have. We love our Uncle Sal!!! Greg, in service as well!! Steve in finance, and Kevin in sales. The team is exceptional in customer service and are worth the drive from where we live, the guys are top shelf!!!! You guys are the only people I trust with my truck. Thanks for everything! Your dealership was a surprisingly positive experience . Everyone I've had a positive attitude and willingness to help. Kevin took great care of all the details, financial and extras he was very helpful and personable he made us feel like we knew him all our lives. we were very happy with him. Luke is young full of life, willing to help in any way he also had a wonderful personality Luke is definitely working in the right place,he has a great personality to deal with customers. Sudbay got a young vibrant young man. Every one had a positive attitude and we're really nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Sudbay to any of my friends looking for a vehicle.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I called to let tem know my car was being towed in for repair. Paula in service was great, she was able to get my Buick serviced even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment. I really appreciated Sudbay taking care of my car.

My experience with Sudbay was excellent! Great customer service without pressuring you and without the typical car buying stress you see at so many other dealerships. Ask for Henri!From the start I had interest in a specific car and I was able to compare and contrast options very easily. Henri was honest and helpful and got me the deal I was looking for. My experience at Sudbay was excellent! The professionalism and stress free atmosphere at Sudbay was unmatched. I live a considerable distance from there dealership and let me just say it was worth the drive! If and when I'm in the market again I'll definitely be going back. As alway it was a pleasant experience getting service for my car. Everyone was so kind and so professional. The receptionist was very helpful as was Jeff in Service and the man doing the servicing. I also ran into Sal who sold me the car. He took time to say hello and see how things are. What a terrific guy! The waiting room is so clean and neat with all the amenities. Coffee, tea, cocoa, and snacks if desired. I am so glad that I chose to deal with the Sudbay family!

My husband and I recently leased a Buick Envision at Sudbay Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC in Gloucester. Our salesperson was Joe Loan. He was knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure us in any way with our decision making. He presented us with a number of options and sales promotions to choose from and answered all of our questions clearly, so we felt certain that our final decision was the right one for us. In addition to the excellent experience we had with Joe, we were also extremely impressed with the atmosphere of the showroom and surrounding premises. It was clean, bright and modern with a wide variety of inventory. The other salespeople also interacted with us and were friendly and welcoming. The day we picked our car up we had our two young grandchildren with us. While Joe was educating my husband about the features of the Envision, I took my grandchildren to the waiting room. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with snacks, coffee and cold drinks, which my grandchildren and I enjoyed. The play area for the children was colorful, well equipped and so clean that I did not hesitate to let the one year old crawl on the rug and play with the toys. I especially appreciated the spotless restroom with the sturdy changing table. This is certainly a family oriented dealership! No matter what your transportation needs, anyone would feel welcomed, comfortable and well served by the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Sudbay...and we LOVE our new car!l

I've never had a truly no-nonsense car buying experience until I shopped at Sudbay in Gloucester. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy, Luke had an approach of being helpful and informative through the whole process. Any questions that I had were answered thoroughly and with competence. I felt like I was buying a car, not being sold one. He found every possible discount to apply to the purchase, making me feel completely taken care of. I will definitely be buying my next car from them and you should too, and do yourself a favor: ask for Luke when you go.

I just purchased a car from Sudbay and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! From the sales team, to the service department everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made my experience very enjoyable! The cost of the car was much lower than what I have seen at other dealerships and they offered more than double from what I had received from another quote for my car which I had traded in. The interest rate that they had offered me to finance was unbeatable! Thank you Sudbay and everyone on your team for making my experience so easy, painless and extremely exciting to purchase a new car! I look forward to bringing my new car back to get it serviced there!

I can t say enough good things about our buying experience with Tom Abbot at Sudbay. He got me my dream truck and the process was smooth, easy and quick. He made what is often a stressful event fun and enjoyable. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, the facility is clean and bright.
