Don t go here if you are not familiar with auto body. They will take advantage of you. Went to get a quote. Before I went there I researched and got several other quotes. For minor paint bubbling at the edge of my hood they said I needed a new hood. I won t buy my vehicles there anymore

We had a horrible experience there! To begin with the fact that they had us sign a paper requesting the check to me mailed directly to them, saying it would expedite the process! They kept the car for more than a month, to be exact; 36 days! Every single week we would get a different excuse! I honestly don t know why a big insurance company like Plymouth Rock works with them! They made it seem like I had no other option, but to fix the car with them and with that they took that long to fix the car. I will never ever use their service again and will never recommend that anyone uses it. They do not respect you as a client, does not respect your time and do not care about what you have to say!Service: Body & Trim

After a horrible accident, we took the car to the collision center for repairs. The staff goes above and beyond to keep you informed of the process and very accommodating. Melanie exhibits the best professional, customer service qualities I have ever seen and always has time for you in a pleasant, comforting manner- The car is beautiful and I would highly recommend them for body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

To me, Sudbay's excellent customer service and collision repair work are second to none. They have a real team approach so everyone in the process is up to speed on my vehicle's status. And they work seamlessly with my insurer. Our family has used Sudbay several times over three decades and we've been entirely satisfied every time.

Very happy with Sudbay collision center! They did all the work with my insurance company. Did a great job restoring my car after being sideswiped! Got it back sooner than expected and they even cleaned the interior Joe was very helpful and answered all my questions.

My car looks better then when I bought it !! To say they went above and beyond is an understatement !! Joe and the women ( wish I got her name ) that work in the office were awesome !
