NAPA is the most expensive auto parts store. Do not buy from NAPA. You can literally buy anything from any other auto parts store, and it will be cheaper. I recently purchased BlueDEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) - 2.5 gal because I had to have it today and it was $25. It cost under $17 literally everywhere else. Amazon even has it under $17 and that's with shipping. I had a similar overpriced experience years ago. This place has everything way way overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And I will never go back.

My car battery died in Gloucester so I bought a new battery from them. I asked the owner if he could help me replace the battery, which honestly is a big deal since they are not a mechanic. They just sell car parts. The owner drove up to where my car was parked, helped me replaced the battery, and didn't charge me a single penny. Super nice guy! Its things like these that you don't get anywhere else.

Awesome staff who care about customers and don't try to ripe people off. Super knowledgable, community oriented, and kind-hearted people. Reasonably priced and good selection of auto products. I wouldn't bother going any where else for auto needs.

always a good place to find what u need, if not Donna will go way out of her way to make it ,From parts to paints show special order it for me and it's on time every time also correct the first time no reordering neeeded !
