Brought my 04 WRX to John back in February for a 4 wheel alignment and steering issue. I dropped the car off at 7 a.m and I got the car back at lunch time the same day. John explained what he adjusted and what caused my steering to become tight at certain points. It s been 3 months now and my 19 yr old Subaru feels like a brand new car. His price was great and his work is spectacular. I would not got to anyone else after this. Highly recommend him! A++ in my book.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

We've had several vehicles aligned over at John's, and I have been very impressed with the results every time. Besides being a really great guy when it comes to customer service, John has got a professional set-up that is state of the art. John's a local guy with a local shop that has carved out a well deserved reputation for being the best around. I would give John an "Outstanding" rating, and would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking to make their car or truck drive down the road like it was new!

I am SO THANKFUL for John's Alignment. My car has needed an alignment for quite a while, my tires keep shredding bc of it and I recently lost another one on the highway to the shredding. I showed up at John's with one tire a different size than the rest (I had no idea) and he was completely honest with me that if he did the alignment it wouldnt be accurate and that I was better off getting my front tires taken care if first. So I left, went and got tires and he accommodated me with an appointment the very next day and did an excellent job. I seriously feel like I'm driving a brand new vehicle! He went above and beyond with my vehicle checking on things that I mentioned might be an issue and tightened up some things that needed it. Not only that, but he knew it was my first time coming here and was waiting for me at the entrance to guide me in. I will forever bring my business here! Thanks John I appreciate your honest work!

I am a Fleet Manager and resonsable for a fleet of 60+ vehicles. I have been using John's Alignment for 33 years. If you want someone honest and well versed in the Alignment trade, you will not find anyone better than John. I have even seen exotic cars on his lift when I drop off vehciles for him to align. John takes care of my personal vehicles as well.

Anytime ive gone there john ends up telling me that it cost 3x the price to align my truck because its " more work" . Never got a printed out spec sheet saying what my exact alignment was, just a note saying that is more expensive then thought. I think if your friends with him you get hooked up if not you get bent over

Had my 02 mustang aligned and he did a great job and fixed my negative camber issue. Very friendly guy and would definitely come back if I need an alignment again in the future.

If you want your vehicle alligne or fixed, bring it to John, he will tell yoi whsts wrong, give you a much lower price then anywhere else, and fix it for you. Drive away and the problem is ALWAYS solved. I've been going to John for about 30 years and never had a problem, or a surprisingly high bill!!!
