Tony welcomes you when you walk through the door and Brad my mechanic explained current issues as well as details of upcoming maintenance on my Subaru. Great service and all the great reviews are correct ! This is the best auto shop I ve ever been to. I will definitely continue to rely on these guys for all my automotive work !Thanks guys !!

These guys are the best. Every time I've brought my car in they have helped me to find a solution and taken the time to explain all aspects of the problem to me. They are patient and they really know what they are talking about. I am a grad student hoping to get a couple more years out of my car, and I feel that they treat me and my car with the same respect they would give to anyone. Extremely honest and affordable, multiple times I've picked my car up and the bill was $0 because the fix was something simple like removing corrosion from a switch and there was no part required. I can't say how much I appreciate them.

Have been dealing with Family Car Care for 30 years. They have always been professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and just generally good guys and excellent mechanics. Highly recommended.

I have used FCC for 12 years & never been disappointed. Professional friendly service, reasonable prices & timely service. Trouble shooting is excellent. FCC continues to provide excellent service. They are the best!!Still the best!! Once more, the Best!

I've been going to Family Car Care for 10 years and the prices are always reasonable and competitive, the work is done very timely and I really feel like I can trust them. They always present to me all my options with associated costs and make a recommendation, and they never pressure me. So lucky I have this place to go to.

Customer service is absolutely worthless.I called ahead and was told to arrive at 9 on Thursday morning.Now, their skinhead behind the counter tells me no. "Hehe, not today"Acceptable work, garbage service.

Absolutly the best place to bring your car. The owner is a real nice guy. There not shady like the usual dealer or other around the corner mechanic. He got me the best tire with rebate, for half the money. They never come with 100 other issue in your car. They are truly honest. I recommend them to my family and friends. For an oil filter other places wanted to charge me 40$. They only charge 16$!! At autozone they sell it 16$! But then you have to add it yourself. EtcTruly the best place.

Highly recommended! I've been going to Tony and Dick for years with my 3 family cars and they're great. I've gone in thinking "brake job" and come out with a short bill for brake fluid. We trust them implicitly.

We moved to Gloucester a year and a half ago and have used these guys for inspections several times now. Most recently my old Volvo failed, but they told me exactly what to do and 1 day later it passed. They are very efficient, helpful and friendly, I would recommend them strongly.
