Paid 15$ for the self service car wash and there was no soap. No one working to help. Super disappointing

I love this place... open 24 hours so I can get that late night car wash done .. vacuums are really good & its just a clean & quiet place.I give it 5 Stars!

Usually don't have an issue with this place, but the last two times I've went through the automatic car wash it was so abrasive that I left with tiny little chips all throughout my windshield. At first I thought it was just from little rocks on the highway, until I went last night with a brand new vehicle and left with cracks/chips covering my windshield that I can 100% guarantee were not there before. I won't be going back.

Love this car wash, it does a fantastic job every time. Vacuums are great and the help is always friendly. I recommend this to anybody that likes to have a clean car without scratching it.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

The machine really does shine all four tires completely if you go through correctly.One time I zoomed through too quickly to get to the air dryer and it didn't look too good; so don't do that.Enjoy.

The car wash is under new management. They have installed new automatic bay equipment and the wash is fantastic! Does a great job and highly recommend it! Will be back. My car looked great and the shine lasted forever days.

I love this little car wash because it helps my 4Runner get clean after four wheeling. There aren't any other self serve car washes....most of the car washes in the area are automatic, and they have no hope of getting my car clean.Generally, there aren't any lines, and no wait. Nice and easy to use.

I have been using this car wash for years, especially after snow storms to clean the under carriage of my vehicles. Today, I had my car detailed there with Wagner's Detailing and detail was NOT what I got. What I got was taken for $150 for what I could and should have done myself. The car wash side of the business is great. The detail part of the business is lousy and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Turned out to be much better than I expected upon meeting them. The staff is not exactly friendly or welcoming. But when they got to work they did an excellent job and spent a great deal of time applying the soap ad physically cleaning the car before sending it through the wash. I paid extra for cleaning inside and they did a very good job. And then at the end I was so pleased I gave one of the two guys ten bucks and asked him to please share with his coworker. Barely audible he mumbled out a thanks, looking down the whole time and briskly walked away...So, as I said, not a great place for good vibes and warm fuzzies but they do their jobs well...

Generally excellent and I use them regularly. However, today, after paying, I was unable to get the selfservice wash bay to work. When I looked for an attendant or staff person I could not find anybody. Frustrating, but I assume it was a one time issue.

Who's waiting for the commuter rail at the train station I noticed people have the option of getting their cars washed or I'm washing them themselves I like it maybe once I get a car I can do a 5-star rating and I'll clean it thank you

Great self-wash experience, but they have no designated place to towel off your car.

You will need more time on the meter than you think. Prob 10 minutes! Gave my car a real nice shine

This dump completely blows i put in 10 dollars to get the 15 minutes and the foam brush doesnt even work went and spoke to an attendant who turned out to be completely useless- property is dirty- attendant's lack customer service- insufficient space between vacuum stations- wash stations are faultyIn conclusion I'll drive the 20 minutes to Ipswich car wash I'll never return to this dump
