Trust worthy, convenient place. Needed 4 new tires. Inspection sticker. Fair price. Gave options! Within walking distance from home. No waiting in dealership/car rental/appointments. Highly recommend.

STAY AWAY! Recieved oil change, new filter and attempted to turn a check engine light off! Freddy replaced 2 sensors along with the oil change and filter totaling $700. After driving about 30 minutes my engine light is back on! Freddys response it could be a million things then proceeded to tell me i can bring it in and he will charge me for a new vacuum and gasket save your money and go to someone who is reputable.

My water pump went, and since I have had great experiences with this shop regarding inspections, I figured I d give them a chance. I am VERY glad I did. I called at 11 am on a Saturday, they told me to bring it in. I figured I would get it back Tuesday, Monday at the earliest....nope! They got the part and installed it THAT DAY. They even replaced the thermostat, all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using Freddie and his team again. Highly recommend.

Super happy with Freddy and the crew at this local joint in Georgetown. I ve gotten my car inspected here a couple times, buy gas on the regular. I stopped in today to get gas and an inspection with just one problem - the check engine light was on because the stupid 3000 mile timer on the oil change clock went off last week. So annoying. But they said they could change the oil so I could pass the inspection, no problem. But then.. an exhaust leak foiled my plans for a quick stop:/ Never fear, Freddy to the rescue. He got that thing fixed up lickety split for me and I was on my way got to have an enjoyable coffee and a bite across the street at the Village on their recommendation. Freddy showed me the exhaust problem with a flashlight and fixed me up the same afternoon, and for not a lot of money. Crisis averted!

Consumer beware! When I got an oil change, they turned the cap too tight and had to replace the next time. I returned and they insisted I needed ball joints for $695 and my car had shooken on the highway ever since. Then I was told I needed struts and $468 later my front end still grids because I actually needed a CV joint. Highly recommend going somewhere else!

went in for inspection the man tells me i failed automatically for my aftermarket exhaust (which isn t why i m leaving a bad review because i get it) but the guy had an extremely bad attitude and didn t tell us if anything else was wrong with the car and brought my car out and then got in his and tried to drive away but we went up to him and had to ask. we weren t given any details about the car. he basically refused to talk to us.

The absolute worst service I've ever had. Some stupid lady pumped gas into my DIESEL truck and destroyed my entire fuel system an injectors, and to top it off I had 7 horses on the trailer that were being dehydrated because my truck couldnt drive anywhere in the beating sun. Then called me screaming at me to bring it their shop so their mechanic can deliver piss poor quality on a million mile truck that he knows zero clue about or how to fix. Never ever go here unless you want your engine destroyed and people to be calling you all day screaming at you. I'm be glad to come back to deliver my $6,000 bill that you guys will be paying for.

I was driving my wife and two daughters home with our Christmas tree on the roof when the serpentine belt and tensioner broke. I had been hearing a strange sound for months and didn t realize it was an issue. Anyway, I pulled into this place and these guys took care of us straightaway. They had to take two trips to Napa but took care of it while we ran across the street for dinner. Great station, great people!

Freddie, George, Lisa, and the rest of the team are great! Any problem, they can fix; and fast! Found them when we lived on E. Main St. Still go to Georgetown Mobil, though I live in Haverhill.

Been here a few times in the past month and credit card readers have not worked. When I went to the clerk the response was, they're finicky...how about getting them fixed? I want to fill my tank, not guess the amount I need and cross my fingers. Won't go back again.
