Do not go to this dealership. Brought my Durango to get the e brake fixed. The technician ended up breaking 3 plastics throughout my vehicle and even my knee air bag cover. Took pictures to document and brought to managers attention. In December they said they've had issues at this location with bad reviews and wanted to make things right. So I would email Mary Gagnon and Andrew Panageotes and they would tell me still no plastics. Three months later I'm still emailing and now no response. I ended up taking my SUV to Ron Bouchard in Fitchburg and they had to re work on my ebrake and replace those plastics that were promised to me. Costing me over $800 more. Do yourselves a favor and drive 15 minutes to the closest Chrysler dealership to save money and headaches.

If you are looking to do business with a terrific group of folks, look no further!I searched far and wide, across nearly every state in pursuit of someone to work with to order a RAM 2023 TRX and ending up finding this gem of a dealer!After researching the RAM 1500 TRX and contemplating a purchase for a year or 2, I visited quite a few dealers in search of someone willing to work with me, without any surprises.From the moment I called the dealership, I knew I had possibly found people who weren t playing games. Just providing terrific service to their customers.I visited the Salvadore dealership in late August of 2022, met Ashley Alliy and we worked together to customize an order which they placed immediately. Once I was provided with a VON and VIN, I ignored the order until I got word it had been scheduled to be built!Ashley provided me with updates, making sure I understood the process and addressing any and all questions.Believe me when I say this, there were a LOT of questions!Everything was answered in a timely manner, and with thought for accuracy the first time.I ve bought a few brand new vehicles in my life, and Salvadore Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM was the BEST experience yet.Even upon receiving the vehicle they took the time to perform an extremely thorough inspection and rectify a few problems, post haste! They had new parts, (fender flares) installed and on the truck 2 days after notifying me they found scuffs. They even immediately ordered a few parts, that didn t have the proper red stitching on the upper door handles, and a new harness for rear accent door lighting (RAM forgot them) which will be corrected.Outstanding!Special shout out to Jim Langley who was very helpful, and a shout out to Austin who remembered me when I called several months after ordering it to provide insight into the order, when Ashley was out.Thanks Ashley, Jim, Austin, and Brian!!!So happy with my decision to buy the TRX from you. Love the truck, I hit 500+ miles today.On a side note:When I visited the dealership to get my first look at the TRX when it arrived, my Audi S5 had run very low on oil and it was late. The service department took the time to find exactly what was required, and refused to take my money and topped it off - for free, as I was a customer. Run to this dealership without hesitation, you will not regret it.

I was not sure about what I wanted at all when I arrived. Between Glenn and Germaine they helped to narrow down what was a good fit for me. No rushing or being pushy. I can't wait to drive my Chevy Trax home!

While entertaining the idea of buying a new vehicle I had the great fortune of finding the perfect fit at Salvadore Chrysler, Dodge. My good fortune continued when I was introduced to Ashley the Sales Rep. Ashley is very knowledgeable, easy-going but direct in her approach. I completely enjoyed my experience dealing with Ashley and would highly recommend that anyone interested in buying from this dealership seek her out as they won't be disappointed.A big thank you to all the sales staff at Salvadore Chrysler Dodge in Gardner.

UPDATE- Well I traded in my Wrangler for a used Grand Cherokee Overland, again Ashley was AMAING!!! And Ed the finance manager was GREAT, had a few laughs while signing our paperwork, thanks Ed lol If ever I'm interested in another vehicle we will be back!!! Thank you Salvadore'sI m a little late in rating this dealership lol but in 2021 I bought a Jeep Wrangler and Ashley our sales girl was EXCELLENT!!!! Transaction was smooth and easy, so smooth my husband got a Gladiator. Thanks Ashely! Let s hope this weekend goes smooth like before ( looking to trade my Wrangler for a Grand Cherokee) getting old isn t fun lol

From the moment I arrived Ashley was as friendly as can be. Smile on her face. I told her what I was looking for in a car and what I wasn't looking for. She was extremely helpful and not a bit pushy. Answered all my questions. The sale went off without a hitch. I will certainly recommend friends and coworkers to see Ashley if they are ever in the market for a new car. Everyone at Salvador that I met with were very kind. Extremely helpful. 5 stars all the way!!!

We recently bought our second vehicle from Salvadore and we had the pleasure of working with Ashley Alliy. Ashley's no pressure approach and patience was awesome as I was deciding on which truck I wanted. She helped with all our questions, arranged multiple test drives and ultimately made the entire purchase process painless! Also we again had the pleasure of working with sales manager Roy Mitchell who remembered us from our previous purchase. But also Roy clearly explained all the numbers so we can work a great deal. We would highly recommend Ashley and Roy!!

Free oil Change and Tire Rotations brought me back after acquiring my new vehicle.Service requests can be a bit challenging, need to be assertive to get what you want done.Time to get it done goes quickly when you have an appointment.Personally I think that the work force is awesome. I'm looking for parts and every one was willing and did help me out, from managers to subordinates, all are fantastic.Even when I drop in for Air and oil check it went quickly through the process of my requests.Mr. P says

Update to my original review, when I first went to the dealership I was met with a lot of resistance from the staff my service rep was excellent however the tech was rude and treated me as though I was an idiot and incompetent the service manager was also rude. Now people have bad days so maybe it was them maybe I was off putting but when I left I still had issues with my truck.Shortly after leaving I received a call from one of the managers who overlooks Salvador they spoke to me about the problem and were able to help me we came to an agreement that helped my predicament out.Long story short: not the worst place to go but do you're research, ask questions beforehand. Overall still better dealership then most in the area.

I m extremely happy with my experience at Salvadore Chrysler! They worked with me to make sure I could afford my Jeep and I didn t feel like it was bothersome to them or they were just trying to get the sale- it felt like they were genuinely happy to help. The whole team was easy to work with but my salesperson, Ashley, is doing a wonderful job and the Sales Manager, JC, had a great attitude and was very helpful. Thanks guys!

I m not one to write reviews but I wanted to thank to the service and parts department at Salvador CDJR after a recent service visit for some warranty repairs and maintenance on my Jeep Jk. After having several bad experiences at another local dealership that was charging me far above Mopar factory retail pricing for parts and unreasonable diagnostic fees, I spoke to Peter in the parts department who said that they have a great service department and I should give them a try. I spoke to Tim, the service manager, who got my Jeep in quickly for repair. They replaced my radiator, heater core, and thermostat under warranty along with some routine maintenance. The technicians did a great job. Tim along with service advisor Patrick kept me informed on the status of repairs and answered my questions with patience and knowledge. The team exceeded my expectations for great customer service, parts pricing, and labor fees. Peter and Mark have been very helpful in the parts department also providing great customer service. They have gained a loyal customer with four Jeeps who will gladly give them all of my business.Thank you!Jeff M.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Salvadores made purchasing my 2016 Charger a breeze. Tyler, Ed, and John, were such a pleasure to work with and definitely took away some of the "first time buyer" nerves by being an open book. I can't thank you all enough! If I was to compare this experience to the many vehicles I have purchased over the span of 25 years and 15 vehicles I've owned thus was the best. I was not pressured at all. Ashley made this purchase very easy and she was extremely pleasant to both myself and girlfriend.Highly recommend her to any potential new car buyer.
