We wouldn't go anywhere else! Jeremy is a complete pleasure to deal with and makes it super easy to get the right tires and have them installed! The process is personal, fast, easy and gives complete peace of mind. Efficient and a delight to go to! HIGHLY recommended! We refer everyone to him and his business.

As the owner of a local excavation and trucking company, I wouldn t go anywhere else! Down time can be very costly, which we try to avoid at all costs. Jeremy and his team at Pete s always pull through for us somehow! Grateful to have them as partner to keep my business going! Jeremy goes above and beyond for customers whether it s during or after work hours. I ve reached out to him last minute and he s always very accommodating so we can keep working. Jeremy and his team over there I have been absolutely amazing. I think I may be going for a new record with screws in my tires but each time they get me in right away so that I never have to miss work and are always pleasant to work with, and when my 16-year-old son ran over a curb, they didn t turn him away, but fix his tire and treated him with the utmost respect . I will continue to go back there and no place else.

October 2018My husband and I have brought our business to Pete's Tire Barns for nearly two decades..They have kept us coming back due to their fair competitive prices, along with their fast and efficient service..In all the years I have not once run into a problem with the tires they have recommended and put on our vehicles, nor have I had any issues with their customer service or business practices..I highly recommend Pete's Tire Barn and will continue confidence in referring family and friends to the businessUpdate December 2020Pete's Tire Barn pulls through once again! Jeremy recommended a tire that better accommodates what my vehicle can benefit from with the New England weather/roads. As always, ease at booking appointment along with friendly and fast service. We had a front end alignment on our converted ambulance done here. We made an appointment. It was super efficient. They drove it right in and did the job while we waited. The price was reasonable and the folks we dealt with were friendly and no nonsense. We are very pleased.

Regretfully went here for a tire patch. They damaged a brand new rim removing the weight put on for balancing. they failed to put the spare tire back correctly. for being on the high side for just a tire repair i m in full regret that i went here and i advise anyone to go anywhere but here

You drive by this place and you say oh my. Then you wonder why you cannot find a place to park as everyone else is already there. This place is a gem to be reckoned with. Not only from the management and their recommendations, to the individual workers, and the fair and honest prices. Become a regular and they will treat you like a king. The locals know this is the best place around. People travel for miles to get here. All for one good reason, excellent and friendly service and best prices around. They will bend over backwards for you. Most loyal customers already know and appreciate this.

Professional, courteous and fast. Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else for tire service. Be aware that they are currently only taking customers by appointment only so if you need work done you will need to book it ahead of time.

The most affordable and highest quality service I've found in this area. They could definitely make some serious renovations and improvements, however. First, the waiting room is a mess. It's dirty, disorganized, and cold in the winter. Get a carpet, some comfy chairs, get all the tires out of there and clean the place up. Business isn't just service, it's experience too.

These guys are fantastic. I ve used them several times, always without an appointment. It s always busy, which you d think means a long wait. But that s never been the case. The guy at the front moves vehicles through smartly and quickly. They ve got free high speed WiFi as well. Pricing is very fair and work is solid. Will recommend to family and friends.

Great staff, very helpful and always courteous. I have bought tires for cars, mowers, and tractors over the decades. Always got a good price and never any mounting or balancing issues.Place can look a little run down from the outside, but don't let that stop you!

I drove by and noticed the parking lot was quite full (8:45am, Friday before a snow storm). I spoke to a helpful guy on the phone and I booked an appointment for new all-season tires on my Subaru. Pete's got me in and out in under 25 minutes. Great team in Gardner, MA! The General Altimax Rt43 tires are terrific (I did my research with consumer reports before making my move). My family has been going to Pete's for over 10 years. Top Notch. Thank you for the good customer service and competitive pricing.

Just ordered a set of Nokian winter tires for our JCB loader, and the customer service was great! We're in Western Canada, and the woman we were dealing with called Nokian to check their Canadian warehouse to see if we could buy from a different company in Canada, and save a lot of money buying locally. There was no supply in Canada, but I am more than happy to pay a little more and buy through Pete's tire just for the service and availability

Used to be good but they dropped the ball a few times as of late. They Sold 3 of my rims and tires to another customer. Needed them, ordered them and told they'd be there first thing Monday, go there and no rims or tires, " sorry, tomorrow we'll have them" got a call they were done, I told them I'd be there Friday, went to pick up on Friday and.... "sorry won't have any till Monday" Thanks guys!

Great work they get the job done. Not as organized as they use to be when Timmy was there bless his soul.. you got to keep calling to see if your work is done they don't seem to remember to call you possibly too busy or not well organized you decide? It's not good when you got a machine tied up and you're waiting.

Needed two tires mounted...$62 and they couldn't do it until middle of next week...Can't blame them for being busy, but it seems expensive.

I really enjoy the down to earth people at Pete's Tire Barn. They are honest and hard working, sometimes with a workload for even a larger staff, a victim of their own success. Great value on many tires off all types. I have visited three locations and they always make me think that this is the place for tires. Give them a shot, be fair and honest and you should be treated to a good value and good service.

Quick pleasant and they get the job done. First come first serve if you don't want to make an appointment. You will have to wait when an appointment walks in but plenty of men working so basically your in and out!!

Bought winter tires from them on tax free weekend asked about installing in mid Nov they said sure just call ,came time to install them mid November called for appointment guy on phone said only taking appointments for new tire bought now couldn't fit me in till late January.

Pete's tire barn does good honest work. What more can you ask for? Good customer service. Year after year I see the same faces, and it's nice to think the guys working on your car are happy with their jobs.
