I chose Vendetti for their reputation in sales and service. I had owned my last truck for 24 years so I knew choosing a new truck was going to be an investment so like Vendetti I knew GMC would be my best bet for quality and durability. As we walked into the dealership we were met by Julie who greeted us and treated us like family. We were then introduced to Sean who also was courteous and professional, after sitting down we were able to take two vehicles for a test drive. After returning and explaining a little more about what I was looking for and planned on using the vehicle for, Sean informed us that he did have another vehicle that might have just the options I was looking for.The vehicle was perfect and working with Sean made the purchase simple and easy to finalize all of the details from purchase, insurance transactions and making sure our truck was perfect on delivery.Thank you Julie, Sean and Abe who helped make our financing a breeze. We couldn t be happier with our choice to choose Vendetti for our new GMC truck.Len and Jennifer Gosselin

Overall a very satisfactory experience. Charlie was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Sadly, one doesn't expect to be so fortunate these days when dealing with the service industry. Maintenance and associated costs on a vehicle comes with its own anxiety, having it compounded by dealing with negative people and personalities is a game breaker. And, the technician identified a few additional things that needed attention, precautionary recommendations that were appreciated. The truck runs great. Great job by all. I'll be back.

I ll start off by saying I ve bought a lot of vehicles in the 33 years I ve been driving many more than the average person. Im not a person that usually does reviews either. This place was a class act from the moment we walked in. We met Sean. Talked for a minute about the vehicle we wanted. He got us the keys to it, we gave him our key to look at our trade. When we got back from the test drive he already had the figure for our trade in. It was more than I was expecting. We agreed on a price on the new vehicle no haggling back and forth going to see a manager 5 times. I was worried it was going to be another dealer like most and I said to my wife as we pulled in to the Vendetti lot I m not looking forward to this. As we had a horrible experience at another dealer a few months prior and walked out. We live 45 minutes away and they now have a customer for life!! The Vendetti experience was top notch.

Talk about matching?Well my driver's side door was getting bubbles and rust spots was showing and I was worrying about matching "off shade".I took my SUV to Vendetti Buick GMC and collision for repair, when I spoke to Mr. Douglas Begin "I noticed he was very knowledgeable with details" he then scheduled a drop off date and setup the rental car. I worked for 35 years in textile industry and I know a thing or two about different shades. I got the call the SUV was ready to pick up and when I first looked at my SUV I was speechless "it was a perfect match. I highly recommend to anyone with a fairly new vehicle to Vendetti dealership if quality matters.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED every single thing about my experience at Vendetti Motors, from start to finish! To begin, the sales managers I worked with, Sean & Tom, were phenomenal at communicating and fast responses with every single inquiry I had with viewing their website even when they were closed they kept in touch.They had a good selection of trucks to see, which we all know is rare right now! Tom was so nice and genuine from the moment I came in to test drive my truck treated me so well. After I made my decision, Sean s whole team, who are incredibly nice and professional, worked very hard to expedite the entire sales process, including getting my insurance co. to get off their a$$ and take care of their paperwork so I could go home with my new truck the same day. Tom was so thorough with every detail, making sure I had everything I needed and every question answered. Sean kept me updated constantly until the very end when he gave me my keys. You are missing out if you don t give Vendetti a look!

I had an outstanding experience with Sales. Didn't think Service could top that but they did! My service issue was somewhat unique but Vendetti was able to find the issue. So pleased. They go above and beyond!

Needed a replacement work truck ASAP, after mine had became totaled in a storm incident. In search to find a GMC similar to the one I had, no local dealers nor others within many other states surrounding had inventory of.Luckily my wife and I stumbled across Vendetti Motors that showed one on their web page. I made a call after hours and had a return call the next morning by Tommy who was willing to help me out by taking a small deposit to hold until I could make the trip 6 hours away the next week for purchase. Throughout the week Tommy picked up the phone even on his day off to answer any questions that I had and made the entire buying experience easy. Their service was outstanding enough to my wife and I, to where if we are in need of another GMC again we would be willing to travel the distance to this dealer due to the easy great buying experience.Thank you Tommy, Abe and team for helping me get back into a work truck!

Vendetti staff are always polite and professional. I highly recommend them. I ve had Paul Sullivan for several recent service appointments and he s very helpful, knowledgeable. and courteous. The same is true for all staff I ve encountered.

Service was fast and efficient! I got my car back the earliest they estimated and was super happy with the results! Excellent paint job by Tom, my car was shining at me as I was walking by to get the keys! They also notified me about other concerns they had with my car that I needed to get taken care of as soon as possible! Thank you to everyone who worked on my car for your hard work and attention to detail!

Sean was amazing in the process in me ordering my vehicle kept me informed what was happening. With the vehicle and when I picked it up. He was very patient with the process of showing me the vehicles controls. He got in touch with me if I needed anything after I picked it up .I would strongly recommend Vendetti Motors.

I purchased my 2024 GMC 2500HD Denali in April this year.the sales process was seamless and very well executed. I was very happy with the sale process.Now for the bad part! A couple of months later I started having AC issues and could not keep the cabin cool . the vehicle was in service 3 times before they even believed me that there was an issue. The service manager Bill Gardiner was dismissive and treated me like an idiot on the phone . After visit number 4 the technician took my vehicle home and reproduced the issue. I was immediately told it was a sensor and on visit number 5 it was replaced. The issue happened again when I left the parking lot. I use this vehicle for towing equipment and have never been offered a loaner vehicle. After a week of back and forth regarding a vehicle for me to use, I was told I can get one 15 miles away and would go there to sign paperwork . however, this can't tow the equipment I use my truck for so I would be without the ability to move equipment yet again .I started the buyback process with GM. Mr Gardiner lied again on his response to GM so now we are stuck in a loop, I have no option but to let my attorney fight with Vendetti Motors for lying and holding up the process.Avoid this rinky dink dealership, avoid Bill Gardiner and go somewhere else. No loaner vehicles, 1 service advisor and a bad attitude.

Go here if you like being slammed for service! The advisor I think his name was Charles even got mad and gave me attitude for not wanting to do all the services he wanted. Had a coupon and he didn't even apply it I'm done. Use to be a family business!

Service department reps were very helpful. However, upper management does not value their customers. We bought a certified pre-owned SUV less than 2 months ago. We brought it in to address 2 tire issues. They were losing air in the cold. The service manager repaired a stem on one of them. Upper management charged us for taking the other tire off to properly reseating it. Obviously, this was nothing we did to the tire. It was a money grab by this dealership. I've reached out to GMC on this, and they created a case number to hopefully resolve this. It appears the manufacturer cares more about the customer than this local dealer.

I purchased a certified preowned 2020, 2500 Denali. Apparently it had illegal tint on the front windows but magically passed for the first sticker when I purchased the truck now on my second sticker it won t pass inspection at the dealership. They wants to remove the tint. I purchased the truck with tint. I expect the truck to have legal tint as it was a certified preowned from Vendetti motors. At this point the dealership is refusing to replace the tint with legal tint so much for a certified preowned GMC truck.

Charles provided exceptional customer service. I would say that he went above and beyond when he suggested a welding shop to repair rust on my truck. This is a service that not provided at the dealership. Exceptional experience.

I saw a Buick Regal TourX and said Wow. Then I saw that Vendetti had one just come in and I couldn't wait to go see it...I liked it and the Salesman Tom so much that I rather spontaneously bought the car, trading my perfectly fine Acura.It was a great experience all around and would recommend dealing with these folks (especially Tom) to anyone!

All communication was thorough and work was completed in the anticipated time frame. The waiting area was comfortable and had some nice amenities. My experience has always been positive at Vendetti's. The customer service is exemplary.

I was traveling in the area from out of state and suddenly found myself needing 4 tires. Vendetti was able to get my car there safely, installed 4 new tires, got me back on the road that day and were very fair on the price. I would highly recommend Vendetti Motors to anyone! Super nice people!

I never thought I'd have a good experience from a dealership again. Vendetti Motors changed that. I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I reached out to several dealerships outside of my state for pickup truck. So I wasn't able to ever meet any of these people face to face. Vendetti Motors had much better communication than any of the others. Not only did they get back to me much quicker than anyone else did, they went above and beyond to make my buying experience unbelievably smooth for an out of state buyer.Abe put in tremendous efforts to assist my purchase. He was extremely thorough and helped me through every step needed to buy the vehicle. He even got me a better loan APR rate than my credit union gave me which was already good. So Abe saved me enough money to buy the vehicle. Sales guys Jim and Dave were extremely helpful, prompt and fast with answering any questions and giving me all the info on the vehicle I was buying. I'm sure there were other people that helped me out that I'm not mentioning, but these guys were the main ones. My vehicle did have a very small dent in it that I wasn't told about. But the vehicle did have many more features that weren't advertised on their website too. So that was a great surprise!So far it's been 2 weeks since I bought a used 2014 GMC Sierra from them. And I couldn't be more impressed. The truck only has 35k miles on it (37k now) and is like brand new. Vendetti Motors sold me a vehicle that would have cost me $5k-$7k more in Minnesota. They have given me the best experience I've had from a dealership. It's too bad they're so far away from me. And too bad more dealers aren't like this one. Thank you for everything!

I bought a pre-owned car from Vendetti more than a month ago, and I am still delighted with my purchase. I bought it off their lot, and I got as good a deal as if I had purchased it online. My "new" used car came with their 6-month warranty. Every person I met at the dealership treated me like I was buying a brand-new car. I totally recommend Vendetti.
