Just had my 2007 jeep grand Cherokee serviced at Florence towing. I could not be more happy. So professional so helpful. I will continue to bring my cars to Florence towing and I will continue to tell people to use this service.

I want to thank Bobby and his entire family for serving me and my family along with countless people from the valley and hilltowns by genuinely repairing and maintaining our machines at the fairest price and with the friendliest interaction experience ever... talk about "old school confidence" in your mechanic!!! NO ONE can claim that virtue percent and maintain their modest humility like these people... they are gifted, and we are blessed to get an appointment My only regret is I have a new model presently covered by the dealer for maintenance, and we don't get to see Bobby much. Thank you for being so flexible and saving me THOUSANDS of dollars over the years that dealers have tried to con me to spend on bogus repairs... they also have great suggestions for excellent local restaurants

Nailed it. I needed my truck towed. I showed up at the garage,they took down my data, paid for it, we left, tow completed.Excellent service, reasonable, very nice people to deal with.5 star all the way !

Florence Towing came to the rescue today when I locked my keys in my car! I was able to pay a small fee over the phone and then they came right to my car and managed to open it up. I'm really grateful and would definitely recommend them for that, and likely all the other things listed here that they do. Thanks Florence Towing!

I've brought my Toyota there three times and had excellent experiences each time. I found them to be honest, reliable and their prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

This is a decent station right in the center of Florence. The option exists for full-service at the Diesel pump, but they're not offended if you pump your own. The price is reasonable, even for full-serve.

Florence Towing is a Small Family Owned & Operated business (Emphasis on Operated by family) which has the lowest quotes in town for Towing services. We are also the only Full-Service gas station in all of the Northampton/Florence area with a full-time mechanic on staff who also happens to be one of the owners. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers, they offer services to their regular customers for lock outs & jumpstarts. Their prices are extremely competitive to others in the area and has a large following for car repairs. Need an honest mechanic? Is your car broken down & need a tow? Call Florence Towing for an honest quote!

This place will rip you off. Florence towing quoted me one price, delayed the tow 2 days without apology or explanation, and then doubled my quote. No attempt to fix the problem. My mechanic says they have had many similar experiences and never do business with Florence towing. Stay away, and don't trust them with your vehicle or your cash.
