Bought a used car here and the vehicle was great! Also had tires purchases and installed on another vehicle. They thoroughly went through it to make the vehicle is in tip top shape, unlike other used car dealerships, that just make sure the car turns on and can drive a 100 miles. The Viola Brothers were spectacular to deal with. They talk to you like your a person, not just a sale. I highly recommend anyone to go here for honest work on your vehicle or a great vehicle at a great price. Thank you Viola brothers!

I went to Violas for the first time a few days ago since they were so highly recommended - and now I see why. I ve never been treated so kindly and patiently when it comes to getting my car fixed. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process, and now I have four new tires and a car that is safe for my children and I to be in all winter long. Definitely will be back, and definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Possibly the nicest guys I ve ever met. They are utter gentleman who truly know how to operate a business. Upon calling, I was blown away with the prices and there package deals when buying new tires. I just moved back to the area after many years and I will never go to any place but here ever .hard to find honorable or customer service oriented folks in this business but not here. Ty Mike and Steve. I m telling anyone that will listen to go to you guys. Btw, I bought 4 Pirelli Scorpion Tires today and they ride smooth and the tread is great.

They've done so many tires for me. Between company trucks and personal vehicles they are the only company I trust to do a quality job. You'll be supporting a local small business when you choose Viola's, and you'll be receiving small business customer service, which I appreciate the most.

Best tire repair shop in the area hands down! These guys are extremely honest, trustworthy & friendly! From the moment we walked in they made us feel right at home. These are the guys you want working on your vehicles if you want top quality work. Out of all the shops I've been to in the area I highly recommend these guys over any other.

I first started going to Viola tires because after calling many tire shops, their prices were the best. Now I go to them for everything! They are extremely kind and honest. After a winter storm, I realized I needed snow tires and they were able to fit me in their schedule sooner than I expected. This is just one of the many fantastic experiences I have had with them. They have worked on my car numerous times and i have never had an issue. Also if they can't do something, they will suggest another place to go. I am lucky I found them!

The staff goes out of their way to help me make a decision that best meets my driving needs. I find that staff are always personable. The service is top-notch! Product guarantees are provided and honored. I know it to be a generational family run business and, I believe, reputation is very important to them. I had a screw in my tire and needed it repaired quickly due to a work commitment. Mike squeezed me in to a very busy Monday morning, and made sure my tire was repaired and I was on the road asap. He & his mechanic were very professional & kind. I highly recommend Viola s Fitchburg Tire & Services and will bring my tire business to them going forward. Thank you Mike!

Very wonderful place. We were visiting from out of town. We had our vehicle towed in expecting a lengthy delay. I was surprised that they had the tires in stock and quickly had us back on the road.

John and his family were absolutely the best!!!! I had tires that needed to be replaced on my 2020 Subaru Forester and called around to other tire centers in the Leominster Fitchburg area and they couldn't accommodate same day service but the last phone call I made was to John at Violas we talked he said he could service my carat 3 O'clock that day and had tires to replace I got an oil change as well very accommodating at a fair price these days that's harder to find !!! I highly recommend their service 8 stars to Violas

Once again Viola's saves the day. This is the second or third time I've had my vehicle worked on by this small, family owned local business and I have yet to be disappointed. The crew here is always accomodating when I need work done in a pinch and the prices, quality, and service is nothing short of excellent. Thanks again guys!

I knew after the potholes would need a couple tires as well as brakes. This is not the first car we brought to them either. They have the utmost best mechanics and very knowledgeable staff. I can't thank you enough for once again taking good care of me and my family and our cars.

The Viola brothers and staff are top notch! I bought a wheel and tire package for my truck from them and just had the install today. Mike and his brother treated me like family and the service is the best in business. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. Their customers are treated like family.

Have bought several sets of tires here and have found the pricing more than fair. However, it is their excellent customer service that keeps us coming back. This week two of our 2 month old tires were slashed.They were special ordered and arrived on Easter Saturday at closing time. Two gentlemen stayed without complaint to get us back on the road. We highly recommend Viola's.

At first, I was going to leave a negative review as to why Viola s was not a reliable business. I had grown frustrated as I had my brakes changed around April. After I picked up my car my brakes were squeaking. The squeaking did not stop after several weeks so I contacted Mike. Not only was Mike extremely professional and patient, he was also dedicated to making my purchase 100% satisfactory. My brakes were examined and nothing seemed to be wrong. I drove off thinking that I wouldn t have to come back. However, my car sucks and continued to squeak. Mike had my brakes fixed again without charging me a dime. He explained to me in an email as well as in person what was done and why. He apologized for the very unique instance with my car and was extremely personable. I would recommend this business without any hesitation. Their goal is very clearly to continue to meet 100% satisfaction. They have also changed my oil several times cheapest rate around for full synthetic (from my phone calls to different garages.) This garage is definitely worth supporting.

Best tire shop around with awesome down to earth staff and management always ready to help no matter how busy they are. Very knowledgeable on the business and always doing their best to keep you safe on the road.

Unfortunately can't leave zero star.Terrible service. Just called to get estimate for alignment, guy said they don't do service for customers ,who didn't get tires from them and hanged up.Terrible.I am so surprised how they got 4.8 star reviews

Violas Fitchburg tire is the best! I will not shop anywhere else for my tires or my families tires!you support local and they will support you. I had a big screw in my rear tire on my suv. They seemed to think that the tire was unrepairable so they put a used tire on (Michelin) at no charge!! Thanks Viola tire!!

This place really saved me I was in Massachusetts on a vacation going camping for a weekend and I got a flat tire and I had the cruise around on a donut temporarily not knowing where to get a tire or the fix the one I have so I looked at a few places and this is one of the first ones that popped up that was close to me. It was a little hard to find that first because it was in the middle of a city but it wasn't as hard as I thought the service here was absolutely fabulous everyone there was really nice it was really quick they are very knowledgeable and they got me back on the road for a very good Fair cheap price. For example I usually buy my tires offline and it actually cost me less to go through these guys I was extremely happy with the service. Not only that but they have a very good waiting area if you have to wait there for your car to get maintained with a TV and they're plenty of seating and even toys for the kids I wish I can go here more often but I live in Connecticut and this places in Massachusetts but if you do live in Massachusetts and you're in the area I don't know why you would not go see these guys it's probably one of the best garages I've ever been to.

We have been bringing our company trucks and our personal vehicles here for tires and oil changes for many years. Mike is absolutely wonderful & personable and they are as honest as the day is long. They don't have a fancy lounge area nor feed you donuts or breakfast but the customer service and neighborhood loyalty is unmatched.

Beautiful new 225 45R17 Michelins. Viola techs communicating with me directly as to recommendations. My older vehicle had an alternator problem and Viola techs literally hooked my battery up to a tenderizer while they were installing brand new Michelins. Thanks Viola!

These guys are honest and will give you a fair estimate of the work you need. If it turns out that something did not go right they will not hang you out to dry. I went to see them for a flat tire and was so impressed with the straight talk, that I went back for my brakes. My brakes were in bad shape but instead of running me through the ringer they only fixed what was necessary. Then when I failed inspection for other things (not my brakes) they fixed those issues too (at a fair rate!). After I had exhaust work done one more thing needed to be done and they offered to fix one last minor issue at no cost because they missed it on the initial estimate. The thing is, nobody is perfect and if they make a mistake or miss something, they will own up to it and they won't try to rip you off.

There really good with getting your car done fast if your going to stay there and if you can drop it off on time. Has good people working there will help you get the best bang for your buck. Also has used tires that you can look at before buying will work deals out with you also. Good location hard to pull out sometimes but right on the back side of main st.
