First time bringing my car to Tom s for an oil change on my BMW. I showed up early for my appointment and they got me in immediately. Mike was super friendly and they were much less expensive than any other place I ve taken my car. I highly recommend them to anyone who s looking for fast, honest and friendly service!

Highly recommend Tom s automotive. They are extremely kind and very open about letting you know what s wrong with your vehicle. Very reasonable pricing, great people and staff down at Tom s Automotive and they do excellent work. Issues I ve had on my car for months they have been able to fix with just 1 visit. Stop in check em out!

I went back to Tom s with an unexpected flat tire. Mike and the guys did an excellent job matching the exact same tire for me. They were able to mount and balance my tire in less then 15 minutes for me. Thanks for the rapid help guys

I had brakes, two new tires, a defective bearing replaced, an oil change, plus a part of the undercarriage replaced that was damaged when I hit a curb. A little over fifteen hundred dollars. Far less than I expected. Also they cabbed me home so that I wouldn t have to wait in the office. Got it done the same day. Would ten out of ten recommend

Since the death of Tom and new owners took over it is not the same kind people and good service. So sorry for the loss of this wonderful man. I will be going elsewhere for servicing my Jeep.

Pretty annoyed. Drove 35mins each way to get new tires mounted and balanced. Came to find once I was almost home that the technician never even bothered to reflash my tpms sensors. Now despite pressure being correct my vehicle shows it is not. Super annoying little things that I have to stare at now or take more time out of my work schedule to get fixed

I'm recommending Tom's Automotive to any one that needs their vehicle serviced or work done. They far exceeded my expectations on integrity and workmanship. They truly care about providing the best for their customers. NO nonsense work and pricing. Dealerships had me believing I needed expensive repairs.and Tom's found that not to be true. If you care about getting the most for your money, TRUST TOM's AUTOMOTIVE. They truly care about you and your vehicle.

It took me about a week to get my truck in. Their customer service was great and I was able to wait while the repairs were being completed and the price was great. I would go back.

So I left work early this day. Which was cause I was really tired.. trying to get home before sleeping... the unthinkable happens and I closed my eyes for a second to long.LUCKY me I was ok and so was my car sadly my left front tire... was damaged. I was taken to Tom's by my AAA and they checked my car and got my tire replaced even asked me if I was okay or needed something. They were so kind and happy to get my tire on as quickly as they could was in and out in 45mins which amazing considering they had to call to get my tire to the shop too. So If you are ever in a tight stop or want good work done please Tom's has your back like they did mine.

Due to a malfunction of a new starter in the car, I needed to come back to Tom's Automotive to rectify the situation. Tom was gracious with scheduling and getting things available for the work to be done. Other staff have been professional and welcoming e.g. Patrick, and the mechanical expertise of Armand help me feel confident that all works on the CRV up to par again. Much appreciated, Denise

Tom's Automotive Repair is Fantastic!! My car overheated and could not be driven. I had my car towed to Tom's. That same day they evaluated my car and explained my options. All the work was completed that day. They answered all of my questions. Very professional! They do great work! I highly recommend Tom's Automotive!!!!

I have to come here once a month to get my intoxilock calibrated and every month the make me call intoxilock and get a po#.. The same po# that intoxilock emails to Tom's. They don't want to take two seconds to open the email so every month I have to call intoxilock and plead with them because "the po# gets emailed to them" meaning I have to go back and forth with intoxilock just to get that number, it's a constant battle that could be easily resolved if they would just open the damn email. You have a choice of places to go for calibration, do t make the same mistake I made, go elsewhere, give someone else your money. Someone that won't treat you like you're some terrible person because you made a mistake in life... I'd switch to a different location but it's a pain in the butt and I'm almost done in general. But take it from me, they're herks here, have been for a year now. It's literally becoming the worst part of the whole process

I did not have an appt. scheduled. Called Tom's today and asked if I could have my truck towed there after being with a different mechanic who couldn't figure it out and gave up after having it for 4 days. He said it would cost me a lot of money to fix. Tom's told me he was busy today and probably won't be able to get to it today which was not a problem. They not only figured out what the problem was, they fixed it today and it didn't even cost that much. I highly recommend these guys for service. I would give more than 5 stars if allowed.Service: Electrical

After our vehicle broke down, we had it towed to Toms automotive they did a $900 repair and told us the vehicle was good to go.2.5 weeks later the same issue happened, we towed it back to Toms because it had just been there. They don t work on weekends so it took a few days for them to look at. They drove it one mile and told us the transmission was shot repairs between $3,800 - $5,100. We couldn t afford the repairs so we salvaged the car. Went to get the keys and Tom charged us $105 just to tell us about the transmission repair. We were shocked he would charge us that money after we just spent a significant amount of money at the shop not even a month prior.To be honest, we thought they would be more understanding considering how much we spent previously and how quick it broke down again. We were very disappointed, it is clear he is more interested in making money than customer relations. We will not be going back and will not recommend this shop to anyone.EDIT, Response to Owner: Thank you for your detailed response. We understand businesses have practices and need to make money. That being said, we chose to work with smaller shops over dealers because of the relationship we build with a shop, the trust, the customer service. To us this means that there are sometimes exceptions to standard practices because of specific situations. We are disappointed because our situation was not foreseen, we didn't expect to be charged an additional fee after the shop knew the details of our particular situation. It just wasn't the best customer service we have experienced and come to love working with smaller shops. We just moved to the area and were looking for a trust worthy, relational shop and will be taking our business elsewhere.Service: Transmission repair

they had my truck fixed same day i had it towed in......had some wiring problems i spent 2 days trying to figure out before i gave up ....they had it fixed in a few hours...great service and decent pricing ..will definitely use again on those difficult to diagnose problems...

I called as soon as they opened for my slow leak this morning he was able to get me in right away! Took about 10 minutes to find the problem and now it's all fixed! Definitely recommend them!Service: TiresService: Tires

The best & most honest auto repair shop. I ve used their services a few times over the last few years & I have always received quality work & service. Tom & Pat are great guy s & totally professional. I highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking auto repairs or maintenance.

Went in right before closing and Tom was able to stay a few minutes late to fix my AC in this 95 degree heat. Quick, thorough, and cheaper than at a location like Valvoline or a big chain, I will definitely be going back whenever I need service.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I took my car to Tom s on Tuesday 8/1/2020 for a standard oil change and to check out some weird noises my car had been making, I received a call that day to let me know my entire subframe was rusted along with other issues and my car was unsafe to drive. It was going to be an expensive fix and not one that I was at all prepared for. As a full time college student and part time retail worker I was panicking. Tom helped me through the process and clearly explained what my car absolutely needed and what could wait for my next visit. He informed me it would take about a week to fix everything but the work was all done by today, 8/4/2020! I m so grateful for Tom, Pat, and everyone at Tom s automotive who helped me out. Thank you!

Tom, Patrick and Techs did quality timely work at a competitive price. While the car was there and they were working on the car's primary issues, the alternator failed (I knew it was a little noisy but was going to replace it myself) they called to inform me and I picked up a used one at the junk yard (14yr. old Grand prix GT car for son) and immediately delivered it to them and they put it in quickly. I like a company that's willing to work with the customer especially part-wise. If you please the customer they will return!Joe S.

We have entrusted our vehicles to Tom's for the last 15 years or more ...and are always pleased at the care and dedication to our cars. Fair, thorough, detailed, dependable...and able to help us when we have a car emergency. I'd recommend (and do!) Tom's to anyone who needs a good local mechanic.

I have been bringing my vehicle in for service for a few years now. The guys there do great work and they stand behind their work. They only do work that is necessary and won't take advantage of anyone. Alongside that they have a great customer rewards program. I can't think of taking my car anywhere else.
