I cannot believe there are any negative reviews on here. My experience was fantastic. I had my brakes replaced, and my husband had an oil change/service. Maddie is an absolute sweetheart and took care of us immediately upon arrival. The mechanics are all attentive to detail. They even cleaned the interior of my car prior to pick up! Will be back and highly recommend this location over all. Go visit, you will be so happy you did!

The location in Fitchburg is where I always go for oil changes for all of our vehicles. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Never have an issue when I leave their shop.

Service was timely and convenient. Pricing was fair market for oil change.I did notice the service tech bend my skid plate considerably by hand to get access to by oil filter vs taking it off completely. Not sure if this is a common procedure in changing the oil but everywhere else I ve been they take it off all the way.Service: Oil change

This is my go-to spot whenever I need an oil change or any services/repairs on my car. Mark does great work, and everyone I've met on the team has been incredibly friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I just moved to MA recently and have been looking for a place to get my oil change because I was going to a place across the rd from me but I was paying $144, that s outrageous! I called this place and they got me in right away and got me out quick. It was cheaper than the other place and everyone was absolutely amazing. Maison greeted me as soon as I drove in and Madison checked me out at the register and both experiences with both of the employees was phenomenal! I will be coming back here from now on!! Left a tool in my engine compartment and overfilled my oil by a lot. They offered to look it over after having an issue, but can't trust the work they do and neither should you. Take your car to a reputable mechanic or do the oil yourself, not worth it.- Owner replied doubting I was a customer of their shop, not a good look, I have all the paperwork from my visit boss, wont be bringing my vehicle anywhere near their "certified techs"

!!DO NOT!! Bring your vehicle here. If zero stars was an option I would have selected it. I payed 100$ for a Mobile 1 full synthetic oil change and watched them put cheap conventional oil in my engine not only that but they also flooded my engine with too much oil and tried to scam me for both cabin and engine air filters for triple the price. When you can get them for 10$ at any hardware store. I m also very disappointed with the women who works the front desk. She was nothing but rude and had zero customer service skills.Service: Oil change

Staff is great here. I took my car in for an oil change and it apparently didn't even need one so instead of the guy just doing it anyway and taking my money he was nice enough to let me know I didn't need one. I was very impressed and since then that's the only place I will go!

These guys are phenomenal. I m a diesel mechanic and simply don t have the time to do maintenance myself. I stopped in for an oil change and was in and out within 15 minutes. They didn t pressure me into getting an air filter change or other services. Yes my oil change was $98 because it s full synthetic, that s the cost of oil and the filter FYI ., I was truly impressed.Service: Oil change

Trustworthy, honest and know their job. We have been taking our cars here for years and always leave satisfied! Mark even gave me a second opinion (free)when a local mechanic wanted to charge me $589. for a repair I didn t even need.

Been going here for years. Mark, the manager, is personable and hires equally personable staff.I like that I can get in here for an oil change with little notice, they put air in your tires, and can take care of minor issues while you wait.Another plus is that don't try to hard upsell you on stuff that really doesn't need to be done (I'm looking at you, Valvoline up the street).Enjoy your oil change in a comfortable, fleece-free environment.

Disappointed in the service. Had an 8 quart synthetic oil change on my pickup truck. They failed to fill the washer fluid, it ran low the next day, and failed to vacuum the vehicle. Also requested a tire rotation, but was told I didn't need it. They just didn't want to do it, as a vehicle was in the lift bay. Won't be visiting againService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went to get my oil change yesterday, and was not aware of the changes made since COVID-19. I was not told what their new protocols were, just that I pull directly into the garage space and when I turned off the car to get out, I was instructed to stay in my vehicle for the duration of my oil change! It only lasted about 10 minutes, but I was incredibly uncomfortable and if I had realized I wouldn t be able to get out of the car while the service was being performed I would have left and gone elsewhere! Staff should inform customers before they enter about what the new expectations are, or have them posted clearly somewhere. When I was spoken to it was one word sentences or impatience that I didn t know exactly what I was supposed to be doing. Won t be returningService: Oil change

Other reviews said there was no pressure. I got nothing but pressure. I went in for a standard oil change, and I was told something about the manufacturer recommending some kind of synthetic oil that was double the price, and it coincidentally started with my car's exact model year. I said I'd stick with the regular. I had no less than 3 other employees swoop in during the 15 minutes my oil change took to try and talk me into the synthetic oil. And windshield wipers, too. I managed to walk out paying the $39.95 for the standard job after all that, thankfully.And then a week later, I had a mystery fluid leak inside my car, and my check engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic, and the oil release valve was improperly seated and had been damaged. I don't know if it was related or not (likely not), but I'm not taking any chances. Especially not after the treatment I received. I'll just enjoy the junk mail I get from them with my amusingly misspelled name.

Being new to the area, we weren t sure where to go. I m so happy we found this place! The first time I went for an oil change they said my oil was too clean and they didn t want to charge me for something I didn t need! I of course came back when I did actually need a change and now we bring both our vehicles here. Great service, and fast!

I got an oil change here. The staff wad knowledgeable and swift. I really felt likemy car was in good hands. They alsomanages to fit me in for an oil change when at least three other locations refused because they were 'all booked up.'

I have to say, Mark at this location is amazing. A few months ago my car broke down, and I had it towed to Speedee. He looked over my vehicle and informed me it was too dangerous to drive, which was devastating news, but he offered to inspect any car that I was considering to ensure it was safe to drive. He honored this promise and was absolutely amazing and honest with me. Him telling me the honest truth about my old car may have saved me from a much more serious accident down the road. he could have easily gotten about 500 dollars from me for performing the repairs on the brake lines I needed, but instead, he was looking out for my safety and told me he couldn't allow me to leave with the car knowing how dangerous it was. And now, with my much newer and better car, I make sure to go to Speedee first with any maintenance or issue I need. The rest of the staff, every time I've come in, is always knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Speedee was always a location I went to, but this experience definitely solidified that for me. These guys are a great location and I can't recommend them enough. :)

Excellent service. My check engine light came on, he told me why, told me it didn't need to be fixed, walked out without paying a penny! It really restores my faith to find a mechanic who doesn't insist on fixing things you don't need to make the car run.

A little bit out of my way, but worth the trip... I felt welcomed from the second I drove up. Easy to talk to staff with no pushy sales, everything I wanted was taken care of. Did I mention quick too? SpeeDee in Fitchburg has made a returning customer out of me!

Mark is amazing! I went to a Midas beforehand and was told my car would NEED over $1,000 in repairs just to run. I took it to this Speedee location to have a 2nd look and was told what I ACTUALLY need by Mark and he saved me over $600 while also doing much more work than Midas was going to do to on my car. My car runs absolutely great now, thanks so much Mark, you have made a repeat customer out of me for sure.
