TLDR: The most straight forward and caring car buying experience I've ever had, plus a great deal!I worked with both Rick and the manager, Sarah, and both of them were fully honest and communicative with me the whole time. I was told exactly what I was buying and why it was priced the way it was. I had purchased two used cars before and both looked good on the surface but died within a year. The car I bought had some minor issues at first but they fixed everything for me and now it is running great. Lots of companies talk about "straight forward" and "no nonsense" car buying but Rick Ruberti actually delivers on that. I would go back again and would send friends and family here.

We have bought 3 vehicles from Rick Ruberti Auto Sales, every one of our purchases has been fantastic experiences. I would absolutely get my next car there. We have also had Rick do some auto maintenance (we were having some transmission issues) on our Mercedes. He offered great service at very reasonable pricing, much lower than the dealership. I have bought my vehicles from Rick for the past fifteen years after leaving the Marine Corps, and my mother trusted him before that for her automobile purchases. If ever an issue presents itself after purchase, Rick is there to assist and correct the issue.Rick has become a personal friend, someone I like to see even if it is not regarding a purchase. He is personable, honest, and knowledgable.Not only does Rick stand behind his vehicles, he has vehicles that you cannot find elsewhere: his cars are unique, stylish, and reliable. My 2015 Mercedes C300 that I just purchased is one of the sharpest rides on the road.As long as Rick Ruberti Auto Sales is in business, I'll be making my purchases there. If you're looking for a classy, trust worthy car, look no further. There is a reason he has been in business for as long as he has. I only rated the business 5-stars because there is no option to choose 6.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The mechanic was nice, but the place itself is horrible, from answering the phones, to customer service especially the manager (Sarah). I changed my rear breaks and oil on my Audi. It was unreasonably expensive ($835) and unfortunately the sensor was inadvertently broken while the mechanic was replacing them, so I had to go back 3 different times for them to try to get the code removed from the dash. The third time, I had my 3 year old son and was in a hurry to pick up my daughter at daycare. I had no desire, neither did I have another 3 hours to wait for them to try to get the code removed and the manager took major issue with me waiting outside! To the point of threatening to DENY SERVICE. Deny to fix an issue that I did not have before. She wanted to reschedule me, which given the fact that it was the 3rd attempt, I was not coming back a 4th time. The way the manager handled the situation was VERY RUDE and unacceptable. She not once apologized for the inconvenience, quite the contrary, she tried to argue with me and treated me like she was doing me a favor. That s no way to run a business. At the end of the day, I paid $835 for a HORRIBLY UNPLEASANT experience, but the mechanic (who was a nice guy and did treated me well) did fix the issue and removed the code. It was just frustrating to have to deal with the manager watching me like a hawk, as if I was going to destroy private property as I waited outside with my 3 year old. Never again In response to the reply:1) I was not in the parking lot, I was on the sidewalk where you threatened to refuse service if I did not go where YOU wanted me to go.2) To the contrary of your belief, the oil leak was NOT fixed. The oil was changed and per the mechanic, a thicker type of oil was put in which may or may not make things better, but no, the issue wasn t fixed.3) given the fact that it had been my 3rd time back for something relatively simple and straight forward, especially after having been told by the mechanic to go back the next day since all that was needed to be done was hook the computer to the car, I felt 40 minutes was appropriate. If you had not gotten involved, it would have been a farther better experience both for myself and the mechanic. You created a bad atmosphere and it was unnecessary.

Mr. Ruberti and his Staff are very knowledgeable and informative. A place you can trust and feel comfortable with your purchase. Always a genuine and friendly environment. Not to mention the lot is always full of classy, nice rides

Nice but didn't fix my 2014 gl450 they sold me ticking knocker that bottoms out they sold me a lemon and they screwed me I give a 0 thanks for ripping me off

Bought a vehicle from there, everything was fine for the first week until it kept dying, brought it back to Rick's for them to "fix" the issue, had to bring it back twice for the same issue that is still not solved. They managed to get the vehicle to stay running for the last week of my warranty, but literally right after that last week my vehicle has been dead every morning now which its now left up to me to bring to a dealer and pay for. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here, if you do take it to an actual mechanic or to the dealer ship that is specific for the type of vehicle you buy and have them go through it with a fine tooth comb.

I came to Ricks with no experience when looking for a car. He was very funny and helpful. We discussed my price range and the type of car that I was looking for. We ended up test driving a few cars, then I found one that I really liked. It had the features that I was looking for in my first car. We then went into his office and further proceeded to discuss buying the car. He helped me set up car insurance, get my registration and my plates. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. It has now been awhile since I bought my car and I still come down when I need maintenance. Everyone that works there greets me with a smiles when I stop by. I would recommend this place to anyone around the area looking to buy a car!

Don't do buisness here. Rick is not a good guy, try to sell me a car for way over value, tried lying about the features the car had all to get more money for it. When I told him I needed some time to think about it, he was super pushy about it.

Horrible place to do business. Done over 200 repairs for this company, always helping when he was in a bind and his service department could not figure something out. He got mad at me for no wanting to return a car with out cleaning it up after we had done a major repair in it. He is refusing to pay for repairs claiming that a car we repaired 5 months ago came out junk even though the day he picked it up he went out of his way to call me at 7pm to tell me he drove the car home and it was amazing and rove so smooth. He has abandoned a car on our lot and now refuses to pick it up or pay for repairs completed on it. Keep your head on a swivel hear. He would constantly try to get me to say cars were safe when they were not just so he could sale them. I thought Rick was a grade A guy but it seems i was sadly mistaken.

Just went there today with very little experience with dealerships, and technically as a first time buyer. Everyone was very helpful and helped point me toward a reliable car within my budget. Test drove it too and that 2010 Corolla really exceeded my expectations! Great service, great people, highly recommend!--Zander

Brought my son to buy his first car. Everything started great. Day the car was "ready" it still needed an exhaust leak fixed and an alignment. Owner was pushing to sell the car that day. Wanted us to pay for the car before care was fixed and safe. Said I will come back when its fixed, than stated " I need cashflow I will just sell it to someone else" I stated we would have the cash and to call when car is ready and Rick said " I don't make phone calls". Not a great attitude when you need cashflow. Very pushy and unprofessional, but than again it is a used car dealership. Beware

From the moment I walked in until I left, Rick made my car buying experience an extremely pleasant one. Never did I feel intimidated or pressured. The process was stress-free and I felt well cared for and heard. Honestly, it felt like family, very welcoming. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new car purchase. My Daughter and I visited quite a few car dealers looking for something that would fit what she wanted, and what we could afford. I couldn't believe the condition of some of the vehicles OTHER dealers were trying to sell. Dirty interiors, etc... I'm REALLY Glad we stopped into Rick Ruberti's. All the vehicles were super clean, which I took as a good sign. We saw one we liked, so we took it for a test drive. After that, we sat with Rick for quite a while and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Super nice guy!!! We took the weekend to think it over, hoping no one else would grab it. We went back Monday morning to try and get it. Rick was wicked helpful in getting everything done. We basically had to do nothing but "sign on the dotted line". They handled everything for us, from the Financing to getting the registration and plates. It's been a few months and I noticed Rick out there washing his cars, so figured I owed him a review. I couldn't be happier with how well things went, and my Daughter LOVES her new SUV.

I don't give 5 stars often. I reserve them for places I feel exceeded my expectations and go above and beyond. Four stars would be a perfectly satisfied experience for me.Rick Ruberti Auto Sales goes above and beyond what I would expect from a local car dealer. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them , and they offered fair and reasonable prices and trade-in values. Complimentary service for minor fixes, and flexibility for those large, unexpected repairs. Professional staff and technicians - they never talk down using auto repair jargon, and they explain what's being done. They also stand behind all their repairs and will fix any mistakes (luckily I've had few if any).They have an inventory of high-end used vehicles, but they also stock vehicles for all types of budgets. They may not stock the cheapest cars, but they have high-quality cars at good values. If you use KBB for your pricing, so does Rick Ruberti.Small business owner Rick Ruberti is also an active community supporter, philanthropist and sponsor of an annual cycling event. He is passionate about cycling, and as an alternate form of transportation as well. I believe he looks past the bottom line and sees that there is more value in community engagement than just making a buck, which I think keeps him in business.

I found the car I was looking for on their Craigslist ad. I got a solid deal on my new car and it was delivered immediately. I had a rewarding car buying experience this time around. Rick and Mauricio are the most diligent customer service men. They have proven to me that they have integrity. If you see the car your looking for at Rick Ruberti no need to look any futher.
