Took my too loud car to the dealership to find out what was wrong. They recommended I go to Mario's because it would have cost me over 1k for them to fix. Quick turn around and saved me so much money. Like others have said, he's a man of few words but I don't think he was rude, just running a business. Would go back and/or recommend to others.Service: Exhaust

I cannot say enough about Mario, he took my car in same day and was very clear about the diagnosis. He charged what he quoted me because thankfully it was a fairly straightforward job. He is a super nice guy, very afforable and HONEST. We will absolutely be going to him in the future as needed. We had my car back within a few hours, he explained exactly what he did and he turned the car on to show us the improvments. We are very happy with his work and will recommend him to friends. Mario is Honest, nice, fast and reasonably priced. What else do you want from an auto mechanic. We've done regular exhaust maintenance with him as well as some performance stuff and he always delivers. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. The guys at Mario's get the job done right the first time at a far lower cost than anywhere else locally. This is the second time I've used Mario's in the past five years for exhaust/muffler service.

I have gone there twice with muffler issues and both times they took care of the issue for a very reasonable price. My most recent visit, I called and they told me to bring my car in that day and they fixed the issue that day. I had my car back and didn't have to miss work.

These guy's are honest as the day is long (on June 21st) These gentlemen repaired what they could and replaced what they couldn't at a fair price (pay cash) my 2011 ford escape has never been more quiet. They where up front and direct on what had to be done and they got it done quickly. If you want a hug when you walk through the front door go to a salesman, if you want a good mechanic leave your keys in the slot of the door. This was my first experience at Mario's. They did an awesome job. I dropped by without an appointment hoping they could just look at my car and give me a quick estimate for some exhaust repair work. He immediately looked at my car, told me he could have it fixed in just a couple hours and even worked with my budget. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future.

Looking for an honest man with an honest staff,who has great skills as a mechanic? Mario and his staff are skilled exhaust mechanics and treat their customers with respect. I had an expert repair done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was more than fair. Thank you Mario

My exhaust had separated for the second time in 2 months. Mario communicated the entire process and did a great job. One thing to note is that I had to order the part and in the process found that one dealership almost doubled the price of other Audi dealers. Mario was totally unprofessional. I had been there a number of times before, the exhaust only lasted a year but you get what you pay for. Today he was just rude for some unknown reason. I usually do not write reviews but this guy earned this one. I have no idea how his rating is 4.6 on google reviews. Take your work somewhere else where they actually appreciate the business and want you to come back.

Mario's does quality work at a good price. Brought 3 cars to him this year. Nice welding work and he stocks allot of pipes and flex sizes so you can get on the road again in a day.

Mario is the best! I called him Monday and he told me bring my car over at 8 am Tuesday and he had it fixed within an hour so I could get to work on time!! super affordable, nice work, great guy!

If you plan on Calling this place they call an exhaust shop, better think again. More like calling the biggest a-holes. My first car I brought down last year he did great. Was super good everything was fine, did everything I asked at a good price. So I got another car. Called. We talked about what I wanted done. He said no he won't do that but will do this. So it sounded good to me. For an okay price. I bring it down there. I go to pick up the car. Absolute opposite of what I asked. Then Charged me an absolutely unreasonable price for his screw ups. I told him that that's not what I wanted and he said well it's done and over with. So I called the next day and said again it wasn't what I wanted. He said being it back I'll do this. Did it. Said it would be perfectly fine for the car. Drove about a month. Cats fried. I fixed his screw up from the second time I brought it down.Now I'm going to another shop that's going to do what I asked for the first time for a 95% cheaper price, than he charger to do a terrible job and not listen to what I wanted. I will never go there again. And be disrespected and waste my money again. Now my brand new car has cats because some idiot can't listen. Very disappointed.

Top notch!! Mario is a great guy. Pulled up to Mario's because my car was making a awful loud noise under my engine. I was not sure if they would be able to help me. Jamie took a look and said it was a flex joint pipe. We can take care of that no problem. I dropped the car off on Monday morning and it was done by lunch. Great price!!! Loud noises under the car these guys will take care of you!

I've been to Mario's many times and I don't even bother going anywhere else for exhaust repair. I highly recommend it! The owner is very fair and does his best to save you money. He will only replace what is absolutely needed. There is no waiting area, however. But there is a nice coffee shop (Mr. C's) just a little over a block away on Summer St.

Mario's is AWESOME! I heard about him from a friend. They specialize in muffler and exhaust systems, nothing else. He put in a new flex pipe on my Honda Ridgeline in Apr2016. Saved me $200. Mario gave me a clear estimate, a definite time frame, I dropped it off, walked to the donut shop and he called in < 90min to say it was finished sooner than I expected. I'm a big '39 Ford fan, so I asked him if he had any t-shirts like the one he was wearing with the '39 Ford silk screen on it - I offered him $20 for it and he wouldn't take it - gave it to me for free. I'm going back next to get my Odyssey catalytic replaced. Highly recommend.

Good Service, Fair Price, Quick turnaround. Came recommended by a local mechanic said Mario can do less expensive and better as he has the pipe and bending equipment to fabricate OEM exhaust.

Amazing place; they did outstanding work and saved me a lot of $$$. Honest and ethical business. They reworked and fixed my exhaust front pipes and flex joints. Didn t just fix the source of noise, but the root cause, as the problem would have come back.

To start off, Calling this place won't do you any good. They will try to talk you off the phone as quick as they can. Speaking in person, Mario or his Co-Worker don't even say hello to you and will just have an immediate attitude towards you. Exhaust jobs that were quoted for $150 at other places are more than $600 in work at Mario's. He's nothing but a rude person. Would not ever deal with this guy again. Go to another exhaust shop if you want something done right and cheap.

The owner of this place is named Mario; he is a short, gray, man that speaks in vague terms. I've been to him twice and both times he would give me a quote on the repairs and then change the price when I dropped off the car. The last time I went there he told me that parts and labor would cost x amount of money. When I later checked to see the new part, I came to realize my old part was still there and he welded over the cracks. That wasn't worth what I paid, especially when for $20 dollars more I could have gotten a whole new part somewhere else. When I called to ask what happened, he said It was my fault for not understanding what I was paying for. He is the professional, he studied this stuff so that he can explain it to me or anyone else that needs car assistance.If you want to ask a vague man a million questions in order to understand what you're paying for, by all means go to him.BUT there is a better, honest, upfront mechanic right around the corner on Summer street. The owner is named Raoul. He never fails to explain to me exactly what is wrong, what he and his team will do to fix it, and exactly how much it will cost; no ifs ands or buts. He recently moved to a location right across the street from (Subway) and next to TD Bank (his building is located in the back, just drive into the drive way and you'll see them!) There's a small road called Gillis Ct, drive down that and you'll see them! This is truly an honest man here to make an honest dollar.Give him a shot! Good luck with all of your car troubles!

This was my second time going to Mario. Super nice guy and did a fantastic job just like the last time!! Extremely reasonable pricing and the job was done when he said it would. Would recommend them to any one

will never go to this place again. charged 500 dollars for a single exhaust. Asked for it to be straight piped from the the flex pipe back they added a resonator and a muffled and charged me just as much as they charged my friend for his catback dual exhaust. I told them i wanted my car loud and its more quiet than stock. Only reason they get two stars is because they are nice people

Never have I been treated so rudely and unprofessionally without the repair actually being fixed. I rarely review anything but NEVER do business with them I politely asked for paperwork on repairs made, I was rudely told none existed because I did not pay for it. I was sent by Prime Toyota I was told I had no choice by my Toyota salesman to bring my vehicle there Prime Toyota which initially denied I had an exhaust leak, dubious mistruth, I asked them to bring it in agian knowing that was false. I was told untruthfully I had to bring my used over 20 thousand dollar vehicle bought at Prime to this very unsafe, unsecure very sketchy looking shop. I reviewed and reviews were good, NOT THE TRUTH, their back alley type deals with no warrenty no paperwork and PROMISES are false. I was placated with a muffler that has ZERO warranty and my exhaust still has not been sufficiently repaired. I honestly believed I was in good hands, regardless asking for paperwork and being spoken to the way I was, DONT DO IT !!! I was told I had to bring it to this shop due to accounts, DONT BELIEVE THIS they will take your money, I was again lied to and told I had to pay and Toyota would pay them back, NONSENSE don't fall for it and this scam of an exhaust company. I did not pay I said I will leave!! TOYOTA and MARIOS WORK together not in the customers interest, they left my keys in the gas cap!!!! DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!

Mario is simply the most skilled exhaust mechanic / welder in the area and the prices are more than fair. Today he transformed my Saab into a super car with a custom downpipe and 3" straight that would've cost double anywhere else. Made my day. Now the turbo truly shines.
