The crew did a great job on the service. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. My truck is running great! One thing that I would like to be better as a customer is the customer service aspect. The guys didn't seem like they wanted to be there or want to talk to the customers. It would be nice to have a more positive experience with the workers. But other than that it was great!

I won t ever go there again and would not recommend this place . I don t post reviews unless there good reviews. Brought my car there to get an alignment after I basically replaced my whole front end with OEM parts and they messed my rack and pinion . I reached out to them to make them aware after they did my alignment my steering wheel locks as I m driving they charged me $10 to check something they messed up on. They told me I need a control arm but what legit what I replaced and replaced it with brand new OEM parts from the dealer . Never again , thanks Firestone . Trashhhhhh

I am never returning. Had a flat repair, but was charged for a vehicle inspection. When I got home the oil was low, and the air in another tire was low. The wheel bearings make grinding noises, and there is an exhaust leak, but the inspection didn't find any of that. I went in one week later for the wheel bearing assembly only. They drove it and called to say they recommended two bearing replacements. I said no, just the driver side. It's ready 2 hours later and they did not replace the bearing. He said he understood me to say I didn't want any bearing replaced. It was the reason for the appointment. Another inspection fee, if you can believe it. Also, that second appointment was scheduled four days previous, but when I arrived, they said they should not have scheduled me. The trip is over an hour in one direction. I drove over 7 hours to have a slow leak repaired and about 8 more hours of my time wasted on top of that. I'm letting all my friends know the problems I had for a simple procedure. Typical sleazy mechanic practices, but I didn't expect it to be THAT bad.

I brought my car to get a wheel bearing fixed. They changed two wheel bearings and still left another one broken. I was charged 1006 dollars for the work and my car still had a broken wheel bearing. They were more worried about selling me tires and struts than they were actually trying to fix the problem I had with my car. Never in my lofe will I go back yo Bridgestone

They mounted my new tires with no appointment on a Saturday. They were all super nice and informative and I didn't feel like as a woman I was getting all the correct information and wasn't over sold on products or repairs I did not need. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for my tire needs!

I had an appointment. I got there 15 minutes early. I told the person at the computer my name. It took him quite awhile to fiddle with that. Then he looks up and says they are behind in their work and can bring my car in, in about 2 minutes. I asked them what? He informed me it could be a bit of a wait, but if I would like I could make another appointment, or he will just check my air pressure, for now and then come back another day. I told him I would like him to check the pressure. And I would not be coming back. The manager was at the other computer and informed me the way overbooked and they do not have enough staff. Nice to know. So in other words whenever or if ever I come back I may have the same problem. No thanks. Never admit you don't have the staff to run your shop. Make it happen even if the manager has to get his hands dirty. He must know how to take off tires and check the seals and find out why my tires are loosing air ever 2 to 3 days. He did check my tires a few days previous and I never heard air escaping from my tire or the machine he was using, as I did that day. So evedently he might not know how to do that job. He must just manage. My tires are all Firestone and I probably won't go there again. I will go to Tire Warehouse next time. It is close to where I work. There is no appointments and you get results right away. My kind of place.

Brought my car in to have my front two tires replaced and have a front end alignment and oil change done. After one week my rear tires had completely worn down due to failure to correctly align the tires. I brought the car back to have it re looked at and the tech told me to contact the tire place that gave me my rear tires and I had told the tech that they gave them to me. He then told me he would have to talk to his manager. I got a call later saying that they would charge me $49 per rear tire and re check my alignment for free. Totally dissatisfied. I would t recommend them to work on a kids go cart.

They failed to call me after they looked at my car. When I called the next day they hadn't even checked the reason I brought it in and had to keep it another day to actually do the test needed. Then they didn't record any information on the test and refused to write it up. Also wouldn't show me the bill before asking me to pay.

Took longer than expected but, but you can't guarantee that all employees will show up to work. The staff was very helpful in making sure everthing was done properly.

DON'T BUY HERE! SERVICE IS GARBAGE AND QUALITY IS TERRIBLE! Bought tires for my truck, dropped it off the night before. They called at 9am saying they had just put it on the lift and I reminded them to put the old tires in the bed. By 2pm I hadn't heard from them so I stopped in to check. Wasn't done yet so I went to the movies. Came back, STILL wasn't done walked to get a haircut. Came back still had to wait an hour. By that point it was 6pm and I was a bit frustrated so I left as soon as they said it was ready. I got home and realized that my old tires were not in the bed. So I called and they said they would put them aside and I could pick them up tomorrow. Drove the truck the next day to work and felt a bad vibration. Returned to pick up the old tires that evening and they weren't there! We searched through all the old tires in the back. They didn't put them aside like they had said. Still don't know what happened to them to this day, but they were good aggressive tires with half the tread left. Over the next month of chasing vibration symptoms at two different shops the cause was found to be two of the four tires I had purchased were defective and the alignment was not completed! They had to be road force balanced to discover this, which was a $200 service at another credible shop; Firestone doesn't offer this. All they have to offer for the headaches is a $90 credit for the improper balance and warranty replacement of the two defective tires. Meanwhile I'm out a half used set of expensive mudding tires and over$400 in costs to determine that the tires are junk. They won't even refund me for the set so I can get another quality set from another manufacturer. At this point I've had enough of their garbage customer service and after 10 years of loyalty I won't spend another dime there. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake! I made an appointment by phone on Monday for Wednesday, get a call Tuesday that they double booked for my time and I changed it to Friday at 3:00. I get a call Friday at 2:30 that they are not even equipped to work on my truck. I would not recommend them to anyone who doesn t want their time wasted.

I had an appointment for brakes and an AC recharge. After five hours they call me and say they couldn't do the recharge but they replaced a part and the ac worked, and asked if I wanted my cabin air filter replaced so I said sure. They didn't even do the brakes, they charged me for a "car care package" I didn't ask for, and my AC still didn't work.In five hours they replaced a cabin air filter.They didn't even give me the results of the vehicle inspection that was part of the "car care package" I didn't ask for.Edit: after a few hours my car won't start at all. I don't know what they did but absolutely don't waste your time here.

These guys are the best. They consistently go out of their way to help me out, after hours, without complaint, time after time. The extra effort goes a long way. I've been coming here for 8+ years and i have no complaints.

Big thank you to Ron. My vehicle had more than a few unexpected hiccups during it's service. Ron made sure to check and recheck everything to be certain it was done right.Staffing is a definitely short, make sure to make an appointment, Best to drop off and come back when it's done.

I was doing brakes on my son's car this morning, and I couldn't get the lug nuts off on one tire even with a breaker bar. I went to Firestone on John Fitch Highway in Fitchburgand explained the issue. They took care of my issue super fast. I don't think I was there more than 5 minutes. My son Nick goes to your Firestone location for tires, snow tires swaps, etc.You guys ROCK! Thank you so much for your help today.

I went for an oil change because the website listed $39.99 for a standard oil change. When oil change was done, they charged me $119.00. My dealership only charges $69.00 for an oil change and car check up. As far as I m concerned this is false advertising. I will never use their service again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went in last minute because my car was making noises and I was recommended to go here by a different auto body shop as a walk in. I got there, explained what was wrong and I was laughed at by the man working at the front desk. I am very thankful they were able to fix what was wrong with my car, but I felt very disrespected. At one point, five of the male workers were standing in a circle whispering to each other and staring at me. I was also spoken to like a child and felt like I was being talked down to. After they finished on my car, I thanked them profusely and was also laughed at again before I left. I felt very unsafe in there as I was the only female in a shop with five male workers, and disrespected.

Have been taking two of my cars here since we moved to Pepperell in 2017. They do good work for a fair price. They don't look for work to do. I am knowledgeable about cars and don't have to second guess any suggestions. No hard feelings if something is postponed until next time. Get the road hazard coverage on tires and the lifetime warranty. My wide and daughter are rough on the cars and this has saved my hundreds of dollars.

Brought my car in to have snow tires put on and couldn't have been happier with the service. The lobby and waiting area was clean with sanitizer available. The staff working the front counter was friendly and welcoming and it did not take long at all to get my tires done. Would definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

Firestone on John Fitch Highway in Fitchburg is AMAZING!!!!!! They always do quality work and prices are reasonable! They always offer up any coupons they have or specials they are running which are always great!!!! They warranty all their work and are very accommodating!!!! I have been taking mine and my daughter's car there for years and have never had any issues or been disappointed! I highly recommend them to everyone I speak to and now have many other friends and family members who now go there and are equally as happy!!! The manager Eric is a delight and very customer friendly!!! I gave them 5 stars but would give them 10 in a heartbeat if it was an option!!!!

Jim and Eric are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and always have what's needed in stock or are able to get it next day. They always get me in last minute, if it's needed. The business I work for, uses them on a regular basis and they always get our customers vehicles in and out in a timely manner. Wouldn't choose to go anywhere else for my tire needs.

I have brought my daughter's car in for alignment 2 times. First time they told me cam bolt was frozen. I brought to mechanic and he was able to turn by hand. I brought back again and they said they couldn't do adjustment to front end but when my mechanic put on lift bolts were never touched.

I was in a couple weeks to have a leaky tire checked and fixed. I met Tony and he was so professional, helpful and respectful. You see, my father Bob Taylor built and managed the store on the JFHwy. As his children, I spent many hours there during inventory days as well as taught how to maintain a vehicle before I was allowed to drive. I have many fond memories of being a Firestone Tire and Rubber daughter of one of the greatest store Managers ever. He formed friendships with his staff and clients such as Seppala & Aho. Many times we'd go on road trips with truck tires to fix or change on the road or at construction sites. So I saw alot my Dad in Tony, his demeanor, thoughtfulness and respect he showed me. This is the Firestone way of doing business and growing business. The crew took care of finding the problem with my tire and I left knowing I was safe on the road again. I think it was Carlos who fixed the tire and he too was pleasant and respectful. Just a real gentleman to this old farm girl. I returned today 9/10/2020 and gave Tony a token of my appreciation for all his help. Please extend my thanks and delight to all the crew. Just knowing the spirit of Firestone is alive and well at my Dad's store warmed my heart. Sincerely and loyal, Jessi Taylor

Went in today after getting a flat last night, Nick went out of his way to help get me two new tires and even saved me a few bucks which I sincerely appreciate. Great customer service is hard to find these days and that's why I'll be back again someday.Highly recommend this location!
