Everyone knows Brian is skilled and reliable but I also want to add he has always been so kind and accommodating to my family - me, my husband Jack, and our son Bill, over the years. We feel blessed to have him, always ready to help. He s a gem!

He is my favorite mechanic, he is very honest and is very knowledgeable about cars. He does my oil changes for me on a regular basis and has done my front brakes for me, and will always notify me if my car needs a service done go to this mechanic.

I've been using Brian for years and I've always been satisfied and pleased. Excellent service and a good man. Don't pay ridiculous prices at the dealership. Get to Brian's!! Always satisfied.

The best mechanic we've ever done business with, hands down.We have brought our vehicles to Brian's a handful of times in the past 2 years, from minor repairs and maintenance to big, complicated jobs. We have never had a bad experience.Brian and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, and just all around kind, friendly people. This is a pretty tough combination to find, so I'd highly recommend Brian's to anyone in the area looking for excellent auto repair service!

I have gone to Brian's Auto Repair & Tire for almost 15 years. Prior to finding Brian and his team, I had my car serviced in a number of different garages only to be disappointed both with the quality of service and the integrity of the business. When I was referred to Brian, I found he and his team to be excellent. They are clearly professionals, do quality work and I am always happy with the results. Throughout their work on my cars, I am consistently informed as to what they assess and how they are proceeding. The transparency in Brian's business supports what I have experienced to a place with high integrity. Brian and his team do their work with an expertise and honesty that I trust and respect. I have since sent every one of my sons and other relatives to him and will continue to do so. Thank you, Brian!

So I've been a customer with Brian and his crew for several years. Every time I go to him for service, whether its for an oil change or a more serious issue, I know the job will be done properly. I never have to worry about what they are doing to my car when its there for service because I trust them completely. I will continue to have my car serviced with Brian for years to come because of their honesty, pride in their workmanship and the friendly service. I highly recommend Brian's Auto Repair for small or large jobs.

Brian, Nate, and Jay are fantastic and honest mechanics. I researched local repair shops heavily when I moved to the area a few years ago and Brian's was undoubtedly the best. I will only bring my car to Brian's now, for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They are honest and helpful, never price gouge, and there is always good conversation in the garage. Hands down best shop I've ever been to, I feel lucky to have trustworthy mechanics on my side! Julie at the front desk is also awesome, friendly, and helpful. She even calls a few days after repairs to make sure everything is working smoothly!

We are new in the area and needed a mechanic. I read many good reviews concerning Brian and his team so we brought our truck to his shop. Brian was very accommodating and made you feel that you were in good hands. He was resourceful and patient showing us and explaining in detail the problems with our vehicle and the best way to address them. I am happy we found a mechanic I feel is fair and looking out for our best interest.

My family has been going to Brian for decades now because he's not only a GREAT mechanic, but he's honest and always looking for what's best for his customers. Even if what's best for his customers is to bring the car to the dealer for a recall, he'll tell you instead of charging you to fix it himself. He really cares about people, and you always feel like he's on your side. Great guy, great team, great company!

I have been using Brian's Auto Repair & Tire since Brian opened his doors. I know that when I need my vehicle serviced that I am receiving exceptional care. I will get the proper repair, done correctly, the first time and in a timely manner. What I love best about Brian and his crew is their honesty. The advice they give is invaluable. I have needed to purchase a used car and they have checked it out and advised before purchase. I have also been told when its time to let go of a vehicle, that its not worth the repair, saving me so much time and money.

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Repair & Tire for a couple years. Every time I get work done, I'm greeted with a smile and a rose when the work is done. Brian gives upfront pricing and labor costs and doesn't try to fool you about what needs to be fixed.He gives you an honest evaluation of your car and doesn't try to nickle and dime you with repairs you don't need yet. But he is not shy about letting you know that your belt is on its last leg, but it could still last another week if you needed it to.I would highly recommend going to Brian for small or large repairs, or even a simple oil change. They are quick courteous and always leave you glad that you chose them.

For over 10 years we have brought our cars to Brian and Nate for service, everything from oil changes to brakes, exhaust, and major repairs. Brian has gone out of his way to be friendly and helpful- whether it's taking our cars to the inspection station to save us a trip, or searching for a rebuilt (great condition) engine for our old Saturn Ion, a car that managed to hit over 250,000 miles, thanks to his TLC!It's awesome to have such a reliable, accommodating and friendly mechanic within walking distance!

I have spent the past 6 months living in North Carolina trying to find an honestmechanic as efficient as Brian. Brian is not only the best mechanic around, but easily the best this side of the Mississippi. I generally drive older, high mieage vehicles but Brian and his crew have effortlessly maintained any car or truck I have brought in. Precise and quick diagnostics, very reasonable prices and quality work. I've had them replace transmissions, clutches, water pumps, timing belts, brakes, and wheel bearings on several cars. In 10 years I have NEVER had a problem with his service. I have 273,000 miles on my truck but I trust it to make it back and forth from NC to MA because Brian is my mechanic!

This was my first experience having my car at Brian's Auto Repair and Tire. I was a bit nervous at first, but after my husband brought his car there, I was able to experience their professional work first hand. I knew immediately that Brian's was the place to take my car. My experience was positive. I was given clear and fair quotes, explained what were priorities and what could wait. I felt I had a choice for my car and my purse. Brian has smart, well trained and professional mechanics on as his crew and I am glad my car was in their hands. After the work was done, my car drives brand new, my purse was not affected (that much) and I received respect and professional feedback by the whole team! Bonus; 4 roses! Thank you, again. Kim

I have been going to Brian's for over 10 years now. He prides himself on quality and service. That is just what you get when you go there tremendous service with quality work done. You never have to go back for the same job. His advice on automotive matters are spot on. Do yourself a favor and use Brian's Auto repair for all automotive issues you'll be very satisfied.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Brian's Auto for many years. They are the nicest, most honest and accommodating in the car repair business. Brian will actually show you the area that is causing whatever problem that needs to be fixed. He has even actually told me not to get something fixed as he knew I was planning on trading in my car and it would have been a waste of my money. What other repair shop would do that?!? I definitely recommend their business!

It's pretty rare that you can use the words "auto mechanic" and "integrity" in the same sentence; rarer still when you can also include "expertise". I consider it a privilege to be Brian's customer, because I know he'll always do quality work at a fair price, and also spend the time to explain what should be done and why. Brian and his staff are the best! I've been going to Brian's for 7 years now from oil changes to bigger repairs, Brain and his mechanics have done it all. And they do it honestly and with quality. Brian is the first mechanic I've trusted. Brian and his staff are friendly and helpful and do their best to be flexible. You won't be disappointed with Brian when you need car repairs or maintenance.

I highly recommend Brian s Auto Repair shop! Brian and his staff are friendly, professional, incredibly honest and trustworthy. Every time I ve brought my car in, Brian has taken the time to explain what is wrong and make sure that I understand all of the options available to me. I know that I can expect high quality work every time- whether I m bringing my car in for a simple oil change, or to repair a more serious problem.

I've been to Brian's Repair three times now and each visit has exceeded my expectations. He is honest, fair, and upfront with pricing. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the mechanical issues in a clear and simple manner--he will even show you what the issues are when your car is on the lift. It is easy to schedule an appointment and his staff are equally professional. The shop is very clean and organized and has a comfortable seating area. Even though I live more than an hour away, it is definitely worth the drive to have the assurance that my car was repaired correctly the first time. Highly recommend!

After taking my van to several area shops searching for the perfect one, I found Brian's Auto Repair & Tire. I was able to wait and watch as he and his mechanics worked on my vehicle which was a unique and comforting experience. Brian is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and it shows! I ran into transmission problems shortly after finding Brian and he went above and beyond to get me a proper diagnosis and steer me in the right direction... No doubts when it comes to his honesty and integrity.

Have brought three of my cars to Brian over the years and it s always a great experience. Informative, polite, professional, knowledgeable and never have a problem after I pick it up. Plus you get beautiful flowers on your way out after paying a fair price. Thanks for everything you do!

The staff at Brian's Auto Repair are friendly, attentive to detail, and commensurate professionals. That's why I've been going to them for a number of years! Always respectful of a customer's urgency, as well as his/her budget requirements, you might not decide to fix everything on the day, but you can rest-assured you'll receive a prompt and honest quote.Compared to big companies, you'll not notice sweeping price differences, but by choosing to go to Brian's, it is clearly obvious that the Auto Technicians here truly do take pride in their workmanship and also sincerely care about their customers.When you go to Brian's, you'll notice a very animated guy running the shop. His energy & enthusiasm for the business is immediately recognizable once you set foot in the door. Over the past several years, I've seen Brian slowly expand & hire a talented all-star team. We definitely need more small companies like Brian's Auto Repair, built right here in America.

I had my car serviced at Brian's this week. It was my first time going there and let me say I was more than pleased by the great work that he did to my vehicle, a 2004 Honda Accord EX V6. It was my first time ever having to deal with having a timing belt replaced and Brian helped me so much through the entire processed. He was extremely thorough with the entire process. His price was more than fair! First taking all my information then listening to all the issues I was dealing with with my vehicle, he then took some time to do a proper estimate and called me a short time later. He was right on target with his estimate. Not going a penny over what he had quoted me. He kept me up to date with what was going on with the process. Everything went great. His price was awesome and he and his crew are top not mechanics. I plan from now on only going to Brian's to have work done not only on my accord but also on my summer vehicle, a 2004 Pontiac GTO, which I am extremely particular on who I let work on that vehicle because it is such a special and rare vehicle. My car runs like it is brand new again and I plan on having this car for many years to come. Thanks for all the great work guys. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Like many of you I stumbled upon Brian's Auto Repair & Tire via Google and was immediately impressed with the reviews and told myself if there's a shop around here that's deserving of a shot it would be this one. So i Promptly called and was able to get my car looked at mere minutes after I called! Incredible professionalism on display by Brian himself and his entire staff. As well as remarkable knowledge and insight of as much car knowledge as you can think of. Not to mention he's a flexible guy with and outstanding attitude deticated to help you get what you need done in a very timely manner and an extremely reasonable price. So in short, if you've never given Brian's Auto Repair a chance or have just been contemplating a place you can trust that will do the job like you would. I strongly recommend Brian and his staff!

I ve had bad experiences with every mechanic that s worked on my car prior to stopping into Brian s auto to get a quote for a tune up. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 3 young men with the uttermost enthusiasm and it immediately made me feel as if I was safe by choosing Brian s auto. 1 day later and my car is fixed and the price was fair! I ve found my mechanic, I will not be going anywhere else with my car but Brian s auto.Thanks Brian!- Taylor K.

Being relatively new to the Fitchburg area, I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Brian by a coworker. It's hard enough to find a mechanic these days - never mind an OUTSTANDING one. He saved me a small fortune when my catalytic converter needed repair and outsourced another guy (Mario) who did the repair and didn't cost me more than $200 (versus $2000+). He recommended studded tires and advised around the rules regarding them - extremely useful in hilly, pothole-pocked Fitchburg. He replaced my wiper blades when he noticed that they had run their course of usefulness. Another nice touch is that he gives flowers to the ladies - who does that? While going to book an Uber to return home from the shop, he graciously offered me a car to borrow. He was supposed to retire in October - and for very selfish reasons, I am glad that circumstances made it so that he is still available for repairs. While he is overbooked, overworked and underappreciated, it has been my experience that he cares about his customers and consistently goes above and beyond. That being said, I work around HIS schedule - not mine. I respect what he does and the passion he has for his work. I feel that is not a common courtesy offered by the masses, but it should be. We're all doing our best.Thank you Brian for your consistently outstanding work!For what it's worth, I don't think that the previous negative review went to the same place as me or maybe was just having a bad day and needed to lash out. It's not my place to say, but it is definitely an outlier in the midst of so many positive rave reviews.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brian genuinely seems like he cares about finding and fixing the problem with your car. He answers calls and emails, diagnoses/repairs issues quickly, and his prices are extremely fair. Everyone at the shop reflects the positive qualities that make Brian so easy to deal with. I can't say I look forward to going back, but if I have to get something fixed it's nice to know that Brian and crew have it covered
