All Town Collision & Repair is a top-notch auto body repair shop and local mechanic serving the city of Fitchburg, Massachusetts and its surrounding communities. A full range of auto body services are offered by the facility, such as scratch, dent and body repair, whole car and spot painting, rims refinishing, interior clean up, and bumper repair and replacement, among others. Eric and his team will have your vehicle so much better than when they came for repair at the shop, that's why customers keep coming back for their vehicle needs. 10/10 the staff and technicians working where extremely friendly and answered any questions I had throughout the whole process. I was able to have my car back in amazing condition I couldn t imagine it would look so good again very thankful to Eric and his team.Service: Body & Trim

eric and his secretary are the most accommodating, friendly, great all around people. i would recommend all town collision to everyone! the body work that they did for me from an accident left my car looking like i just took it brand new off the lot! they did everything for me including getting me a loaner car so i could still get to and from work. the work was GREAT! i highly would recommend going here for any of your car needs that they service! they were also very honest and communicated all the time. answered any questions i had no matter the time or day i reached out to them. 200 outta 10 stars :DService: Body & Trim

I recently brought my truck here for damage repair. Erik, Chrissy and the team did an amazing job from inside the office to outside in the garage. I made the initial call to insurance and Chrissy handled the rest. Erik and his team were very professional and my truck came out looking just as good as the day I bought it brand new. Erik and his crew are AMAZING! This is the second time I ve gotten into an accident this year and they have fixed it to look brand new, you can t even tell the difference! They have been so helpful and amazing to work with and very patient! They let me know everything that was going on and always welcomed me to see the progress my vehicle was making! They stayed late and worked hard to get me up and running in no time! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone looking for quality work with great service! This is the only shop I have and will ever be using!

Erik is a very honest, and helpful owner. In today's world it is not often that you can find a business that will treat you like family. Every question was answered in a timely and honest manner. As often as I reached out with questions he stayed humble, never bothered and helped me until the end with a smile. Always have your services done with this small business as they will treat you as a person not just a number or a dollar sign.Very direct, Honest, and friendly

Having All Town Collision do the repair work on my Lexus IS250 was really stress free! Eric is great to work with and he did an amazing job making my car look beautiful and brand new again! I would highly recommend having all of your body work done here. They did a fantastic job!

This place does great work! I brought my BMW X5 for repair on Feb 2018 and was very impressed with their services. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to All Town. Initially I was on my way to a different shop and accidently pulled in the parking lot of All Town, and GLAD that I did because these guys took care of me.

All Town Collision went above and beyond with the repairs on our truck. Had numerous issues with our insurance company, which wasn't in our favor, however, the All Town team was. The work that was performed was expert level. You will be in the right hands if you go there.

They took care of everything from start to finish, excellent customer service, and made everything very easy. Although I wish my cars work could have gone faster, I do realize my car required A LOT of work. I m very appreciative of everything they did for me.
