What can I not say about this place? The receptionist is now my best friend in the entire world, the work done? Phenomenal. I would recommend A &P auto in Fitchburg to anyone who needs help. My 2017 Subaru engine went while driving and I was towed there , completely in disarray and was met with nothing but kindness and support. If you are someone who doesn t know a lot about cars and are worried about having it be fixed come here. They explain every single detail you, contact you with any updates and additionally have the best prices around. They have gained themselves a loyal customer as well as someone who will positively vouch for their company . I m beyond happy with the results and will be coming here from now on for tune ups and anything else my car may need. Thank you so much A& P auto Fitchburg for turning this really scaring experience, into one where I felt supported and truly helped. And a huge shoutout to the receptionist again, she goes above and beyond with her work ethic!!!!!

I give them A&P a 10.... i have a BMW X5 and it's hard finding people who know how to work on BMW or who want to work on them.... They took care of me and got my Transfer Case squared away without any issue.. They will definitely get my business again

I knew I needed a wheel bearing & possible wheel axle. I think I speak for everyone nowadays that we all work hard for our money at least I do and had priced the parts to get an idea of what I was looking at for cost. I asked if it would be possible to have someone take me home( I was waiting for shoulder surgery) and even the 10min walk seemed daunting. They quickly volunteered and said no problem. I got a call and it was what I suspected but the price was fantastic!I highly recommend them...you won't be disappointed!

Have been coming to A&P for a few years now after a recommendation from a friend. They have always done a fantastic job servicing my car with whatever it has needed, urgent or not. Prices have always been reasonable and the staff has always been extremely helpful and informative when I've had questions. They've even gone out of their way to fix and solve some issues I had without outright replacing parts, saving some time and potential costs in the repairs. Highly recommend them!Services: Transmission, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have had very good experiences at the Leominster A&P and decided to get my car checked out at this one. It seems like this location is not very knowledgeable as I was told many things and left for a loop. They also ended up doing an oil change that I did not ask for. Needless to say my experience was disappointing! The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the receptionist Nelly was very accommodating and provided great customer service. She was excellent :)

It was very pleasant working with Nelly the woman who runs the office! Very sweet and knowledgeable. They told me to come in to see my brakes and they may be able to take me same day. I came and they said they could do it and there were no issues and I would recommend to friends and family! My dad loves the one in Leominster as well!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Brought our Hyundai in for headlights and a coolant leak. Had to come back to get the headlights aimed properly. Called Srini about it the morning after the repair. He totally owned the issue. I brought the vehicle back in that afternoon. It was near closing and Nelly was busy. But not too busy to help me. She had notes from Srini and was expecting me. Shaun and Sergio stayed over a few minutes and got the lights squared away. Great experience! Great shop! Even better people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went there for the first time after recommendations from friends. Shaz greeted me when I came in and was eager to help me. I explained my problem and her knowledge made me confident I could be helped. I appreciate her professional, courteous and pleasant attitude. She is a wonderful asset to your business. I believe there is STILL good people left in the world and I wasn t wrong. This business is absolutely AMAZING. Starting with the owner and ending with the entire staff! I have two kids with disability and couldn t get my car to the shop so the owner send his mechanics to my house. They check my car and took it to the shop for me as a precaution. They told me with details everything and fixed it in the same day. I didn t have someone to take me to get my car from the shop once it was done, so once again the owner had his mechanics drop my car off and he didn t charge me a cent for that! Their prices are super affordable and they do EXCELLENT work! My car is like brand new and they have no idea who thankful my family and I are to them for helping us out so much!!! Would definitely go back here again and no where else, this shop and their personnel are AMAZING PEOPLE! Thank you again so much guys!Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

I have been going to A & P for years and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and that of integrity. Srini and his team are efficient, honest and they get the job done . They have accurately diagnosed my car and repaired issues for longevity. I appreciate Srini very much. I continue to go to his garage because I feel that he cares about his customers and his craft and same with his mechanic team. When I told him that I needed an appointment because of a sound, he scheduled me a week out. Then I described the noise and he bumped my appointment up to 2 days out because he said that he didn't want me driving on the highway with the protential problem and that he wanted to fix it asap. When I brought it in, his secretary, who has phenomenal customer service, looked at my file and ordered parts. Srini diagnosed my car and his team fixed it. My car is driving like brand new, even my husband and teenage daughter commented on the difference.A & P is the best for problem solving, excellent customer service, accurate diagnosing, repairing car problems and for their integrity. The good: showed me exactly what they did.The bad: Went in for a noise repair in the rear back. The told me its was some links, but forgot to mention the shocks needed to be replaced too. I don't know about you guys, but when I take a car to the shop, I expect the full job to be done, not just part of it. Ended up paying for only a partial fix. Not happy. this shop has potential. The crew is very friendly they just need to do a more thorough search the next time they check a car.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Woke up to a flat tire. I called A&P Auto to get my tire repaired as a soon as possible. Nelly was very kind to get me in sooner so that I can be where at had to be later on in the day. I know these days with the shortage of workers is hard to meet everyone s needs in a timely fashion but I truly appreciate the quick service. Can't say enough for this place hands down. Great honest mechanics they're awesome at what they do and they do it with pride. Great friendly customer service and professional about handling things. And for prices very much affordable and they don't try to sell you on things that don't need to be changed. The techs will explain to you what is going and let you make the overall decision. Awesome place to get your car worked on for a fraction of the cost.

As customers, we research and inquire about how and where to acquire the best quality for the management and budgeting of our funds during these critical economic times. It is essential that we connect with obtaining the best service available.I have a 2008 Cadillac DTS and I unfortunately failed my vehicle emissions inspection (the notorious check engine light was on). The inspection station also addressed additional issues requiring replacement of tie rods, control arms with ball joints, ignition coils, plugs, valve cover with O rings.I was purchasing parts via the internet so I drove around andcalled some repairs shops asking would they be willing to put them on.Well, despite the reasons the overall response was NO!The EXCEPTION was when I called and contacted A&P Auto.When I called, the CSR offered to make an immediate appointment or come in. I decided to go in. Upon entry the CSR courteously asked the customer for a pause. I was greeted, Hello, I will be right with you. And went right back to servicing the prior customer. When my turn I was greeted with a how can I help you. I explained I had previous called, decided to come in. Discussed my vehicle issues. I had to allow for separate product arrival it took two shipments. As each shipment arrived I called, made appointments dropped vehicle off and it was rolling the next day each time. This business relieved any stress or anxiety by helping me save hundreds, allowing me to use products of my choice, their Customer Service are very helpful, professional, to include providing quotes upon request and are close to being quite exact, the mechanics being ASE certified experts will even engage to discuss with you, the labor costs very reasonable, Mr. Srini has a great location, staff, offering a valuable much needed customer service product. I got my inspection sticker and My Cadillac drives so smooth as Cadillacs do. Brakes, Shocks, Oil change are next. WHY? No doubt, Rating 4 out of 5. No one is perfect.I will remain a repeat customer and I invite you, no I encourage you to try A&P Auto. When you do, DON T THANK ME, THANK THEM! I DO! Stay safe and well. Blessings to all! I had my car repaired here last weekend and I thought they really did a great job! My car runs great! Besides that, I also saved a lot of money by not having to bring it a Honda dealership. These guys know what they re doing and customer service was also very good. I definitely would tell my friends and family about this place.

Phenomenal shop to say the least. Super friendly crew. I brought my truck there shortly before closing and they took her right in and got her ready to go. They definitely go the extra mile and care for your vehicle like it's their own. I've been there 4 times now for miscellaneous things and always have had a great experience. If you need something done, come check these guys out. They will go the extra mile
