Kenny was great, very friendly and respectful, definitely a rarity when dealing with men in the car industry. He also went above and beyond even though it was just a tow service through my insurance roadside assistance program (which pays them less) worked with me to find a shop that he knew would provide good service, they were just unfortunately closed. First time I ve ever had to ride in a tow truck, happy to say it wasn t a bad experience at all.
