I paid $45 for a car wash 3/21/23 inside and out, they were supposed to clean everything on my blue Subaru forester inside and out. I could have went down the street for $20 at Sammy's near Dunkin. I am a professional auto detailer with my own shop and never really have the time to maintain both my vehicles! I absolutely try not to go to any automatic car washes as the induce swirls and scratches into the paint but Vic s car wash is very soft brushes and seems like the keep up with maintenance on the wash bay! I brought my Supra in for a quick wash and love that they do a wash vac windows tire shine and scent and towel dry the car including the door Jambs! My wheels were actually almost spotless which majority of automatic car washes suck and don t clean your car at all! Not at Vic s they do a phenomenal job and will definitely go back when needed!! Probably the best carwash I know of around!! Thanks salem and his team for a great job on my Supra!!

5+ stars for this company! The owner, Joe, went above and beyond for me. His customer service and compassion was beyond what s ever expected! He made a challenging situation much more manageable for me. Highly recommend. Thanks again Joe!!

Beware of this Company!!!! I contacted Vic's Towing for recovery of a company vehicle from an employee I was terminating. I explained to the owner that the employee was not home and not aware that his employment was being terminated. He said no problem I will let the tow truck driver know. He said the driver would be there in 30-45 min to complete the tow. Two hours later I received a calls from the driver. The driver stated to me that he knew my employee and that he called him to let him know that he was coming to get the vehicle because he was being terminated. This caused a huge issue and the police had to be called. On top of all of this the owner stated that I owed him $350.00 for the 4.8 mile tow from Westport to Fall River. When I gave him the information for payment he charged me $415.00. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!! Still to date I have not received an Invoice that I have asked for numerous times. I do not recommend using this company.

You own a building with a business but pick to park in neighborhoods that only have street parking. I truly hope Noone ever uses your company and you have to sell your bed truck. Park your property somewhere else.

Still the BEST... Just better. New Crew/Management care as much about your vehicle as you do. They go above & beyond to satisfy. Services have expanded. Prices have increased. Still worth every penny. If you love your ride, bring it here.

I don't trust anyone with my car but Salem is a car guy and he and his crew appreciate cars and service them with the utmost care. Joe (manager) was one of the nicest guy's you'll meet and he makes it easy to want to go back and do business with them. I'd recommend checking them out if you haven't already. Get your car cleaned, waxed and dried off by hand at Vic's and chances are, you'll be happy with their service too.

I am beyond impressed with how amazing my car looks. They detailed the Inside and out ! shampoo all the rugs and seats. They didn t leave one spot on this car dirty! Between my door jams , my rims, EVERYTHING looks like the car is brand new ! If I could give a place a 100 star rating this place deserves it! I am very picky and am so happy with what looks like a brand new car! They even went out of the way and waxed the car , my tires look brand new . Every little detail was payed attention too in doing this car. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best detail shop in the east coast! Also customer service was impeccable! I will be recommending this place to anyone I know and will definitely be back !Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

If I could give them 100 stars I definitely would. Salem and his father joe are very good people. I was stuck and out of luck. They replaced my whole brake line. Free of charge. Will never forget the help I really needed right now. I will definitely pass it when I'm in a better position someday.

I recently scheduled an appointment to have my car buffed as there was a stain of some sort on one the doors. I spoke with the owner on Friday and after his quick appraisal of the car, was given an appointment to buff out the car on Monday. The owner assured me that I would be amazed with the results of the buff. I arrived at the appointed time, was greeted by the owner, and my car was taken into the shop on schedule. Later in the day as promised I received a phone call to advise me that the car was ready for pick up. I must say that I am very pleased with the entire experience in terms of customer service, excellence of the workmanship and completion of the job on schedule. I am very pleased with the results. They took me in with no appointment & finished the car within 4 hours. I was amazed by the quality of the work & their attention to small details. The price was very decent & it definitely on my go to list. As being a long time resident of fall river this was the goto place many years ago. I hadn't been in a while , but let me tell you from what i remember to what it is now what a big difference. I brought two vehicles to be done today and to say they came out amazing is an understatement . Salem and Joe have a great group of people who take pride in there work. The guys that works there are professional & courteous. They go through your car with care if it was their own car! Towwing is reasonably priced & taken well cared for while there...

For the first time, my car was actually clean from a car was!! Friendly and not overpriced. They vacuum and wipe down interior before taking it the wash. Then they actually hand dry the exterior including the door frames and the glass. I absolutely love it!

Best car wash in the city! They vacuum the inside and hand dry the outside too! Also offer scents for the inside of your car. I will never go anywhere else again

This place will take care of you from top to bottom. My go to spot for regular washes and love the hand towel dry. I've also used their detail services which I was greatly satisfied. I had oil residue all over my vehicle. Salem and his crew expedited my request for a cleaning of the outside and brought the shine right back. They also took care of a small stain on the passenger seat. Will recommend and return in the future

The only reason one star is because the site doesn't give you the option to give less. It should be minus five stars. Horrible service, dashboard and windows poorly done, dashboard left untouched, wheels were not done just as filthy as it was when I brought the vehicle in to be clean. I was the only customer there to have my car clean, no one else was there to have their car washed. I paid $22.00 for "THE WORKS", what a complete rip off. I will never go there again, my business will without question go to one of their competitors.

Just left this car wash. Both windshield wipers were broken during the wash. The employees - both very polite and professional - call the owner. His response was "not my problem." If that's how you treat your paying customers, you don't belong in business. My lawyer will be delivering an invoice for the windshield wipers and they will never get my business again. Me or my 8 fleet trucks that go through there weekly.

Used to be very good, but they've gone downhill. While still better than a conventional drive through car wash, do NOT purchase anything above the basic wash. The wheel clean and tire shine you pay for 'The Works' rarely gets done.

Went here today, was highly disappointed. I've been coming to this car wash since I've been able to drive, and this was my last time. Prices keep skyrocketing while customer service plummets. My car wasn't touched with a vacuum. Many spots that needed to be washed are still there, so I still need to go to another car wash. For the price I paid I could have gotten my car washed twice and vacuumed myself at the nearest competitor.

I typically never complain or write reviews. This was the absolute worst interior cleaning I have ever gotten. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Left with a dusty dash and crums in my cup holder. Would leave zero stars if possible. 100% do not recommend. Not worth my $27.

American Express didn't work on both cards, he wanted another card, and I refused! Secondly I paid for the works , come to find out , they now do not do the inside rear & front windows ! Really use to be a good place ! How long to clean the front inside & rear , maybe a minute & a half ! Well I will find some else, the last $22.00 he'll see from me !

Haven t been in some time. Went today and boy has it changed. I ll pay the $18 price for a wash wax vacuum etc. But when I got to the waiting room I only saw 1 kid waiting with towel when in the past there used to be 3 or 4 waiting. They did not clean door jambs, did not clean interior windows nor did they wipe down dash or console. What happened to the old Vic s when they did this for a basic wash? Exterior seams were still clogged with pollen too. I ll be looking elsewhere. Poor quality wash from a place that was once the best around. 06/17/19

Not like it use to be. Wiping my car left full streaks all over it used same cloth to clean windows and nothing but streaks. My windows looked better before than after. I asked the guy about that he said it will go away, yea right. Instead of $5 tip he got $1. Didn't even wipe inside. I remember going there years ago and your windows got clean not dirtier, and your car. Looked like they had wax all over clothes that should be clean. People don't have any pride in anything they do now a days! Prices went up also.

BEWARE!! Most unprofessional, shady operation I have ever had to deal with. Both my friend and I's cars were in the process of getting hooked (staff under vehicles) when we came out to the parking lot and said we were present. They informed us we had to pay a "drop fee" of the FULL towing price ($108)..which we paid. Upon getting home and reading the federal laws we realized they are only supposed to charge half of the towing fee as a "drop fee", not the total amount. As a courtesy my friend called the tow company and when informed the man on the phone he said and I quote, "If you can read the laws then you should have read the sign." and then we she said she was going to complain he said, "and who will listen to your complaint?" Turns out the Department of Transportation listens and guess who had to refund us a check of $54? Vic's Towing! Get your act together Vic's and stop STEALING money from people.

This place does an AMAZING job detailing your car and absolutely worth the price they charge. Very friendly staff, even had a cute friendly dog in the office they let us pet and play with when we came to pick up our car. Will absolutely go here again and will reccomend it to others
