Mike has always done a great job and has really gone to bat for me with my insurance company. I highly recommend him and trust him. Mikes professionalism and integrity is on a whole other level.

My beloved Miata was hit and all seemed lost. Mike and Steve walked me through the insurance process. Their excellent team repaired my car and now it is as good as new. Great job. Would recommend.

Went to Mike's because my car was towed there, so had no previous experience with them. Dealt mostly with Mike and Steve and they could not have been more helpful and accomadating. Can't cay enough about how well myself and my wife were treated. I highly recommend Mike's and if I unfortunately need body shop services in the future I will be a return customer!

Mikes auto body is the best around! Super efficient, professional and the final outcome is as though nothing has happened! This business is one I ve been going to for a very long time and I m truly grateful for them! I love the fact they truly care about you and getting the job done right and in a timely manner! Accidents happen but they make the process smooth and are very flexible with their customers needs! They even have rentals right at their location! I will always be a returning customer - Thank you Mike, Matt, Andrew, Steve, Jay and the rest of the group who are involved with making this all happen!

Mike is the best. He was able to save me so cost needed to get a new bumper on my car, and it came out looking fantastic 10/10 will be sending all my friends and family to him for all the needs we have. Thank you very much for the fantastic work, and it was fast.

Had a few noises coming from my car and needed a professional to look at it. Mike personally got back to my online service request quickly, and worked around my schedule to get the necessary work done. Even had an employee give me a ride to work. I had a wonderful experience at Mike s Auto Body. Great people and great prices! My 2021 car looks factory brand new again. I also used their rental car option there while my car was in the shop, and it was again a great price. Brough my car in to have the bumper fixed and had a great experience. They were honest and up front with the cost and had my car back to me very quickly looking good as new. Would definitely go back if needed.

Steve and the crew at Mike's were unbelievable. I had a minor crash and didn't want to pay through insurance, they replaced my doors in a matter of days and they kept me in the loop throughout. When I returned in a week to have my door handle replaced (it had been ordered and just come in), they asked if everything was perfect so far. I told them there was a little air leak from the top of my window and they fixed it immediately. Everything was quick and easy, excellent price and service and I'll 100% be returning for any auto body work I need in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the best shop i have ever been to!!!! The took care of me from start to finish in the most genuine way! I ve never met such kind and honest people. The work they did to my car was amazing, the cleaned my car so amazingly too that it honestly looks better than it did when i got it! I can t rave enough about this place!

I was referred to Mike's Auto by a friend to fix a small cosmetic area to my front bumper. The price was 100$ cheaper than the auto body shop next door and the service was fantastic! Not only does the outside of my car look brand new again, the inside does too. They were fast and more than accommodating. I primarily worked with Mike the owner & Steve who were up front and polite and well exceeded my expectations. All other staff members were readily available asking if I needed any assistance as well. I truly can't say enough about Mikes auto and would highly recommend to anyone that needs cosmetic work for their vehicle!

I had a dent on my bumper that was preventing me from passing my state inspection (even though it's passed for the last 10 years), so I called up Mike's to talk about options. Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. I am so excited to now have a auto shop that I can trust :) Thank you Steve!!Service: Body & Trim

Awesome customer service and communication! Mike s made getting my car fixed after I was rear ended easy.Steve was awesome and great at letting me know what was going on while my car was fixed. I would absolutely return as a customer and recommend them to anyone!

These guys are top notch! Steve kept me in the loop with the progress of my vehicle with pictures and daily emails. My car was ready when I got there and had been freshly washed and vacuumed gleaming like new. Even the tires glistened. They pride themselves in their high quality work and it shows.I highly recommend and will be sure to refer my family and friends to Mike's Auto Body.Thank you for a wonderful experience.... at an affordable price.

I had an issue with my ABS module and called for an estimate (as a Dealership estimate was astronomical). I received a quick quote that ended up being almost the exact dollar amount that I paid. They requested a small amount as a deposit while they obtained the part and had it programmed by a Ford dealership. The repair was fast, accurate, and relatively inexpensive. Every single person I met who worked there was friendly, cordial, knowledgeable, and up-front. Mike himself is a wonderfully nice man who made a concerted effort to make sure I was comfortable in the waiting room and satisfied with my visit. They even topped off my fluids and changed my oil free of charge. I will definitely be returning.

This was my first visit to Mike's in correcting a front bumper crack. Steve demonstrates A+ customer service. He was on the mark always. If I asked him a question through text I got answer right back. He ensured that my experience with correcting the cracked bumper would go off with out a hitch. He did not disappoint. Mike has a star employee that someone would try to take away. Just kidding. I work in the service industry and if I could clone my team to be like Steve; I would be in heaven. My car came out beautiful and it was clean. Just the way I left it. I will be back for an oil change:), and I will refer all my business associates to go to Mike's . I have wanted to write this review for maybe two weeks. Steven and Mike went above and beyond to help my boyfriend out when he got into a car accident. They were able to pick up his car on our schedule and had no problem with us calling all the time to figure out what was going on. They kept us in the know with every detail. Not only were they respectful and polite they make you feel like you're part of the family as soon as you walk in. They ask how you're doing and genuinely care about you as a person not just your business. When the insurance was taking too long, Steven was calling them to see what was going on. I would recommend them time and time again they were amazing and I can't thank them enough for all their help with not just dealing with me all the time, but helping my boyfriend Stephen out the way that they did. They truly are some of the most amazing and genuine people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They take pride in their work and it definitely shows.

Mike will do and say whatever possible to make himself as much money as possible at your expense. He s interested in helping himself, not you. The cost of repairs was outrageous. Car should ve been totaled but Mike did not want this and proceeded without communication, and later pretend he misunderstood. Conveniently placing more money in his pocket as a result. This guy paid more for repairs than the car was worth..He did warn me to remove everything from my car before leaving it, as his workers are known to steal things from the vehicles. I did not expect my car speakers would be swapped out for blown speakers. All four door speakers..I promise I will never use Mike again. I feel like I should call a lawyer.Service: Body & Trim

Mike and Steve made the process easy from drop off rental car to pick up.. All I can say is wow! Amazing customer service at Mike's. I went in with a dented front bumper and they not only gave me a free estimate on what it would cost to replace the parts, but the mechanic moved my bumper so the tire wouldn't rub against it at no cost! I will absolutely recommend to a friend. One little side note, the parking lot is on a hill so you may have a tricky time with parking. Great place, 5 stars easily.

I brought my 2010 Elantra in last week with a pretty ugly dent in the rear door, probably from a shopping cart while I was in the store. Mike gave me a very reasonable estimate. The door looks great! It's hard to match a nearly eight year old car with new paint but Steve did an excellent job. They also tidied up a couple streaks on the rear panel and a small bend on the bottom of the front door. These small fixes were without charge. Plus it was cleaned inside and out! Highly recommended.

Mike's has the best prices and service of any garage I've been to in New Bedford, Fall River, Swansea, and Somerset. I came in without an appointment and with an urgent issue, and Steve Medeiros took time out of his busy day to immediately diagnose and explain the problem. As someone who doesn't know anything about cars, I really appreciate how kind and respectful he was while explaining. I'll never go to another garage than Mike's!

I went to Mike's for a ding in the door of my new car. Steve treated me as though my car was of the utmost importance. He arranged for me to meet the 'ding' guy the next day and they fixed my car within an hour for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier and will go back to them if ever I need any bodywork repair.

Mike repaired damage to my car and matched the 19 year old paint perfectly. He even buffed the old paint to make it look like new. Mike is very customer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. He really takes care of his customer!

Back when I was a teen my car was hit. Mike took care of me. Then, at 23 i hit Someone and it required 10k in work. Mike took care of me. Then just a few days ago someone hit me in my brand new car causing significant damage. Without hesitation i went To mike. I pick up my rental today and I ll be on my way. I ll never go anywhere else. Mikes Autobody is amazing !

Mike's a nice guy, his staff are attentive and helpful, and my car came back looking good as new. Was even able to set me up a rental! Can't say enough good stuff about Mike.
