Horrible and to call a customer crazy is really unprofessional I'd rather just take my car somewhere else and then blame other people sad that you actually talk to people the way you do you have no respect never again I'll take my car there I guess you wasn't raised correctly to talk to people the way you do

Friendly service, fair prices. Always well done quickly. I'll never take my car to anyone but Frank Mello! From the first time I went, it's been like taking my car to my buddy's place - I trust Frank entirely, and I have total peace of mind getting my car serviced there. Mello's is a perfect example of why it's better to support small businesses!

This mechanics shop is the BEST!!! BEST pricing, BEST service and QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!!! Frank is a very kind and honest man whom WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF!!!My son got a quote from Midas to have some work done and was quoted over $1400 before taxes...... Frank only charged him around $860 including taxes and his work is phenomenal and right on point!!!!Thank you Frank, we will ALWAYS use you and recommend you to everyone

Awesome place! Fixed a couple issues on my car that the dealership couldn't repair and charged me a way more reasonable price. Mello's Service Station is highly recommended for any car repairs. My family & I will always be taking our vehicles to Frank and guys from now on! TY

So I had a noise in my front end after I had to make a panic stop. I took it to Mello's Service Station, I had been there before, I had to make an appointment because they were booked. Must be the great service. I got a call a couple of hours later and it turned out the main problem was my tire. Apparently I may have broken some of the steel belts in the tire. I also had some other minor work to be done but it was unrelated. The mechanic said I could wait and recommended I get two new tires, which they don't do there. I was impressed with the honesty of the mechanic, unlike large chain places like Firestone who give you a grocery list of things you don't have to do but they insist that you do "for your safety"Mello's is your modern neighborhood Service Station who gives it to you straight. They say it's hard to find an honest mechanic and they're right but if you want honest service at a fair price try Mello's Service Station!

Just had my car repaired by the crew at Mello's. Very happy with the timely repair (ahead of schedule!) and the price. I've found my new home for car repairs. I really appreciate the guys at Mill City Diesel for the referral to Frank for work on my VW Passat TDI.

I really like Mellos I have been here a number of times with both my vehicles. They have done a few big jobs for me. As iam not able to do them myself cuz they are a bigger job or need a lift. Very polite and informative, Will look at your car and tell u what's wrong b4 he touches it. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Great service!!!

Frank, the owner Mello's, is a great guy. He thoroughly explains everything he finds out about the car, shows you the bad parts, fixes everything, and charges a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Fall River for auto repair!

Fast friendly service. It was nice to go to a mechanic that I didn't feel was over charging me. While they had my jeep informed me of possible future problem . Told me what to look for, and assured me I would be at while before I had to go back.

Went there for inspection sticker, my first time there, I think it was the son who told me my front tires should be replaced soon. I knew this but the fact that he went the extra mile to let me know showed me their honesty.

Melo's might look small in reality but all of them guys in there know what they are doing from the littlest thing to the most intriguing complicated thing some guys know what they are doing and they are reasonable with their prices a lot of these bigger garages do not know what to do when when you pull up in a Cadillac XLR but no mello's does pull up in a Corvette mello's does in all aspectsthey all know what they are doing in that and they are reasonable withwith their prices I suggest you have a problem you go there and might not look big and fancy but have you ever heard that saying looks can be deceiving trust me

Great service friendly staff pretty much up front with costs to repair and if they really don't think you need to fix something they will tell you instead of just trying to make a quick extra buck for nothing
