The repair bay for my car was open at the time of my appointment. Work began promptly on my car and they pre-ordered the parts so there was no delay in waiting for the parts to arrive. They did additional trouble shooting. Work proceeded and the car was ready when estimated. Repair costs matched the estimate which they gave me. Prompt, professional & friendly service----I was very pleased with the experience. On the drive home, the car felt like a new car. Thanks Fortiers!

Literally walked out of the previous place I was at without even test driving a car due to lack of professionalism so I was already in a bad mood. Fortunately, the Fortier family immediately turned it around and I bought the first car I drove! Clean, quality cars and a caring and professional staff was worth the drive from out of state. The Fortier Family made the purchase of my Toyota Corolla so easy and stress-free. Every car they have on their lot is top notch, so you can't go wrong with whatever you choose. I can t explain how happy I am purchasing a vehicle with Fortiers , I m very very happy ! They all went above and beyond to make me happy and excited about my purchase . It s been a week and I am still very happy about my car purchase ! Very clean cars and serviced very well AND FREE inspection sticker . Even though I changed my mind on what car I wanted, I have to say I m very very happy ! They went out of there way for me and all very professional and helpful . Will buy there again . Great family tight business with such great attitudes all the time, nicest people you ll ever talk with. The most honest auto sales and mechanic shop around, very knowledgeable of auto repairs, great technicians with a lot of experience and they will NEVER proceed forward with any extra repairs without keeping the customer informed, highly .very hghly recommended

I had an exceedingly good experience with Fortiers buying a 2010 Toyota Corolla. I will definitely be telling my friends to go here if they are looking for a car.I was trading in my previous car, which was in really bad condition and was having engine problems. They gave me an extremely fair value for the trade in (twice what other dealers were offering).When I said that I wanted to have the car looked at by a mechanic before purchasing, they were very encouraging of my doing that. When I called the mechanics in the area to set up an appointment, they all mentioned without my asking that they really trusted Fortiers, and that I would know that I was getting a solid car since I was buying from them.Fortiers serviced the car fully before I bought it, and even made a second key for me without my asking.They do not charge a document fee, unlike the other dealers I was speaking with who charge $495 for document fee. Despite not charging the fees, they still filled out the paperwork and made sure I had everything I needed to go to the RMV.I live far from Fortiers and it was totally worth it making the drive to buy from them. Hopefully I won t need a car for a while, but when I do I will go straight to Fortiers!

I can't say enough about the Fortier Family . I've purchased 2 cars in the last 6 months from them and everything was perfect. The second are I purchased I threw a curve ball at them with the paperwork. They handled my problem with precision. Paperwork was still done by the end of the day . Matt ,Justin and the rest of the team there are awesome. I cannot forget to mention Mr. Fortier a man of integrity!

Got some tires installed. Justin was a pleasure to deal with, as was everyone else I came into contact with. He was pretty busy but squeezed me in and even took the time to answer some questions I had irrelevant to the tires. Garage itself was very clean and very professional! Will definitely be suggesting to friends and family!

If you need great quality repairs, you found the right place! This is the spot to go in Fall River for car repairs they are always professional, and helpful! They are even going out of their way to help me with my cars warranty, which I had no idea how to even use because it seemed very confusing to me. Also, when I totaled my car a year ago, they offered me the best price that I could find for the sale of the totaled vehicle.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Was offered a ride to and from my home, while the work was being done. The work was done in a timely manner. The was checked and driven, to assure the repairs were done properly. I will be returning to Fortier's...

I had to have my car towed here on the Friday night before New Year's Eve. I'm not from the area and was unfamiliar with the shop, but it was close-by and within my AAA towing range. It was after hours, so the car just had to be dropped in their lot and the keys left in the drop box. My car has a lot (270,000+) of miles on it, so I was afraid that this was maybe finally the end. Nope! She lives!!! I was very happy with the work they performed to repair my car! It ended up costing significantly less than the original estimate we talked about. They are honest, fair and trustworthy folks at Fortier's. They are 30 minutes away from where I live, but I'd definitely considering bringing my cars back there for work if they need it. Thank you for some additional months without a car payment!

I had to write a review. My car stopped in the middle of the highway and after much drama ( another story), the car was brought to Fortiers... and it wasn't an easy fix.... but what I can say is the team remained courteous throughout...Thank you!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Best place for car shopping and mechanics. We have purchased 2 cars from them.Our experience was top notch. They are sincere, honest and genuine. My family and I are Fortier's customers for life.

In today's world it's hard to find a business that provides exceptional customer service. Fortiers in my opinion is a family owned facility that does business with integrity and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else and would always recommend them to family and friends "

I brought my car in for a simple oil change. Fortier"s ended up charging me OVER $100 on repairs and parts unrelated to the oil change and NEVER once spoke to me about this nor did they get my PERMISSION. Fortunately my credit card company sided with me and I got a full refund even though Fortier's would not refund the charge. I emailed Bob Fortier (the owner) and NEVER got a response. Not cool at all! And not an honest way to conduct business!!

In all my years of car buying I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. When I first knew that we needed to buy a car I was already dreading the process but luckily I found a car I was interested at Fortier's and I feel fortunate that I did. Justin, Bob and the whole Fortier family were super friendly, kind and very helpful and made a normally stressful experience into an amazingly easy one. I cannot recommend them highly enough, when we ever need a used car in the future they will absolutely be my first stop!

These people rock! They worked with me a ton on getting my car at a price I was okay with, with a good warranty. They fixed everything they could find even slightly wrong with the car without raising the price at all before I even bought it. AND! Best part, since then they've fixed my car 3 times for free, which included a new radio, and an engine issue! 15/10

Very friendly service. Very honest and easy to deal with. They made sure the truck I purchased was perfect. They kept me well informed as to the status of the vehicle and the new parts they were installing before they would let the truck leave their shop.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at a reasonable price.

We recently purchased a car at Fortier s after looking at several other dealerships. Our experience with this family was top notch.Their level of sincerity, honesty and genuine interest in making the customer happy was evident from day one. It has been awhile since we have purchased a used car but I certainly don t recall having the comfort level the Fortier s provided.Before driving the car off the lot they went through the entire car and made sure we were happy with the finished product.They refer to it as Fortierized .... great concept !This is the first review my husband and I have ever posted but given the 5 star service they provided it is well deserved.

There s so many good things to say about this dealership. They are not pushy. They are not rude. They are helpful. The guys didn t act like I knew nothing and they knew it all. That s typically what I expect from a car lot. This place doesn t get enough credit. They put me in a beautiful Kia SUV. I have been looking for almost a year for a car. They took care of ALL the leg work. Stood late for me due to my work schedule a never once did I receive any attitude or frustration from them even when I had questions. My best friend and her husband just recently bought two cars from them also. And she too had the same experience. People who want to help you, not just make a sale. I didn t feel pressured at all. They didn t make me feel uncomfortable, I actually feel like they really do truly care for the customer. I m so excited to be in my new car and SO happy I found them! Huge blessing. If you re questioning stopping by and looking at their selection I hope this gives you that push! Thank you Fortier s - I m beyond grateful for all the kindness and professionally getting me in the right car for me!

Service is phenomenal, people are very friendly and professional. They did my service for almost half the price of other car repair quotes I received and promised my car to be done in 2 hrs. and it was. They are definitely my new car repair & service people & I will recommend them to everyone I know. On a scale of 1 - 10, they are definitely a 20!

I had a one of a kind experience at Fortier s. You can absolutely trust that the vehicle you purchase from them will be gone through thoroughly, inside and out. They take great pride in the vehicles that they offer and it shows. 100% satisfied with my Ford Ranger. Have no hesitation when buying your next car from these honest and hardworking individuals.

This is the best auto shop I have ever dealt with. This family owned business is honest, fair and knowledgeable. I have purchased three different cars from them for members of my family and every one has been a gem! We also do all of our repairs here, again with exceptional results. Justin is an amazing mechanic. He is so knowledgeable, but also takes the time to explain everything so thoroughly that there is never any guess work as to the repairs or the bill. The whole Fortier family is fantastic and they go out of their way to make everything so easy. In a world where money and profit rule at all costs, it is remarkable to find such a true and honest family business like Fortier's. I would give them six stars if I could, they have my highest recommendation!

Fortier family and team are amazing. They always come through for you . My snow tires arrived Thu prior to blizzard and they were able to mount them for me that Friday at 2:30 , even though I missed the original call to be there for 2 pm . Politetrustworthy and fair pricing
