Definitely recommend central city auto sales to everyone. John was great he had Great customer service and Their Prices are the lowest around! Bought a mint 2005 Mercedes with 99,000 miles for a great price.

Found a 20 year old Chevy Venture with incredibly low miles for its age and only one previous owner. Carlos made me comfortable during the test drive and purchase process and John was excellent with helping me get the necessary repair to pass inspection. I came down with covid shortly after purchasing the vehicle and had to delay my registration and inspection process, right up to the last day of my 30 day warranty. John was kind and covered the repair and the car passed inspection. I love driving it.5/5 Recommend

I call John last minute to come and look at car,On his day off he left what he was doing to meet up with me I came from Boston the car had a lil light issue he fix it right away, the car was a great priceJohn it s very good at answering the phone or textI m happy that I have my Family car I just Took it and it pass inspection I so thank you for taking the time to meet with me and my fianc� we be back next year to purchase another one for our Son!!! very honest guyI recommend him

20 year old car runs like new, well worth the price. Not a typical used car shopping experience, Carlos doesn't carry neglected or abused vehicles, they're just a little on the older side which is fine by me. I wasn't looking to spend a ton of money and I didn't have to. Thanks again

Unfortunately they live up to the "used car salesman" reputation. They scheduled 3 different people to see 1 car at the same exact time, several of us driving from 1-2 hours away. We were the first to offer full price, and were accepted, until another person there offered over asking and volunteered to forgo warrantees, etc. The owner, John, who created the situation but for some strange reason wasn't there to deal with it, made his fairly new employee deal with the mess with back and forth phone calls and messages. I spoke to John on the phone during the deal and he advised me "I'm in it to make money". I told him that businesses should also care about customer service, doing what's right, and their reputation. He didn't seem to care. All about the buck! Shady, greedy and dishonest.

They were nice people and the car was in decent condition. Although, when I got it checked, it came with an alternator problem and the car was solely running on battery power. I tried contacting them but no response. I m just lucky to not have to spend hundreds of dollars to go to a mechanic when I can just do it at home. But, it just sucks that I did have to put in extra cash for a new alternator.

Carlos is the best! I came to central city looking for a car I saw online, and it had already been sold by the time I got there. Carlos showed me the rest of his lot and let me test drive a couple cars before selling me a beautiful ford fusion. Because I needed the car registered to RI, he had one of his guys do it for me! That was a huge burden taken off my shoulders. Then, when I went to get my car inspected, I took it to my local Firestone (yeah, I know, my mistake lol) and they said I needed new front brakes & rotors. When I talked to Carlos, he didn t even hesitate to have one of his local mechanics take care of it for me! I didn t have to pay a dime. Coming to central city was the best decision I ever made.

I can not express how great of an experience I had buying my vehicle from Carlos. I git exactly what I wanted abd a a very good price. He us a man of his word. You will not be sorry purchasing a vehicle from him. I felt very comfortable and no high pressure from him at all.

Great service been looking for a decent car with good pricing not to mention great customer service. The guys made me and the wife feel like we ve been driving around a gold mine finally had to stop by and we were sold upon entrance

I came and purchased a car that was supposedly ready to go with no problems. On the ride home my check engine light came on so I brought it back. Not only that but the ABS light and brake light came on as well as the high temperature warning light. After I brought it back the first time the check engine light came back on after 100 miles. I brought it back again and the same thing happened afterwords. Now I m stuck with a car with loads of problems that was ready to go . Very dissatisfied with my purchase, I do not recommend coming here to buy a vehicle.

This place is a total rip off do not buy a car there don't know how they get all these good reviews they must have paid the people do yourself a favor stay away I bought a car there with the engine light on they said they were going to repair it I got the car back but the engine light off I still couldn't inspect it they told me to drive it around for a while I did and I brought it back to there mechanic who couldn't fix a car if his life depended on it but when I got the car back it was loaded with grease all over the car now they won't return my calls or text messages don't spend your hard earned money there next call will be to the attorney general's office better Business bureau my lawyer etc!!!!!!
