Brought a SUV for 15 thousand with only 50 thousand miles ...it's been nothing but a nightmare..already spend over 3 grand in repairs..haven't even drove out of fall river ..and it seems the engine is about to seize ..can't even get a inspection sticker and it's only been two years ...we only put 9 thousand miles in over two years ..do not buy a car from this scam artist ..rude and condescending..will try to get in your face ..like a tuff guy ..terrible service ..run don't walk ...

I have owned my car for 5 months and I haven't had any issues. Everyone at the shop showed me nothing but kindness and they were really helpful. Originally when I was looking at the car it needed 2 brand new tires and the next day when I went to pick my car up it had 4 brand new ones. If you are looking for decent, reliable transportation I highly recommend them.

Was searching for a used car to replace my old car that blew it's head gasket, and found this place. Took a test drive of a manual transmission vehicle as I have been driving manual cars since I started driving. I was even taught how to drive in a manual transmission vehicle.Anyways, when I got in the vehicle and tried to drive it out of the parking space, I immediately knew there was a problem with the clutch. I did the standard test of letting off the clutch pedal until it just barely started to grab so I knew the pedal travel required to shift. Another issue I noticed immediately was the distinct smell of a burned clutch coming from the vents before I ever moved the car. Next I took it around the block which wasn't easy because the only way to shift or take off was to get the RPM above 4k before releasing the clutch fully, otherwise the car would stall (This is not normal behavior for a manual transmission).I got back from the test drive and told the young salesman of the issues I noticed, and that we would not be getting that car. As I was speaking with the salesman Bob comes over and checks the car himself. He then loudly whispers to the salesman not to let me see any other manual transmission vehicles and accusing me of burning out the clutch in that one test drive. Bob then gets back in the car and drives it away violently so I make sure to tell the salesman that he was great and that he did his job the best he could, and that he was very helpful.Finally I left to find a better place to buy a car and ended up at Worldwide Auto Sales where the customer service has been great and all the vehicles are in good condition compared to Bobs.

Bob & Ray are great guys. Both have been in the business longer than I ve been alive. They truly want the customer to be happy and will accommodate in any way they can to achieve just that. They re transparent, honest and willing to work with you and your concerns on all fronts. I purchased a 08 black on black, fantastic Saab 9-3 2.0T 6-speed Manual from them. They even bought my car from me too! Will definitely return for my next vehicle and certainly recommend to others.Thanks, Gents!

Spent good money on a Mazda here, brought it back the next week with the oil light flashing, they told me the mechanic was on vacation. I went back and they told me they didn't know what the problem was. 1 year later my engine blew from a massive oil leak. Within that year I was dumping oil into this car. One mechanic told me that the whole undercarriage showed evidence of the leak. I didn't know better to bring it back for my money. Lesson learned. Don't be tricked like I was.

Sold us a car knowing it had massive body rot, endangering not only my life but my daughters. Control arm and tire rod snapped off from the rot on the highway 6 days into having the car. He is a liar and a cheap one at that. Dont waste your money with him.

He doesn't deserve 1 because they sold my lady a car worth $1000.oo the most for $3000.oo! After 3 days the car had lifters banging! We took it back & they charged her a $100 when it had a 30 day warranty? They took her for a ride & the car isn't running as it should! We should get our $ back! I was outta state for a month so i couldn't be there.. "DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T GO THERE!" My opinion & why scam a woman! Hopefully you get too see this Bob Luongo! We want are $$ back for that

Bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 weeks ago n it was pretty cheap so was a little nervous about why it was cheap but I put 2000 miles on it n absolutely no problems at all n I m very happy, just hoping nothing changes lol But yes I would have to say as of right now I would go back n would recommend them, They did me good I love my Jeep !!!!! I've purchased several cars from Bob in the 30 +years I have known him . I recently bought a suv for my daughter and as in the past he has always given me a good deal with a great warranty . I am completely confident that my daughter will be safe .

Absolute Trash, Purchased a vehicle, never passed inspection, sent everywhere to get it repaired and never been fixed.. first time ever in life, actually have to take sue and take a business to court.There is even more but I wont waste my time, just like you shouldn't waste yours. THE WORST place to get a car from.IF I COULD GIVE THEM LESS STARS I WOULD

There is no possible way these poor reviews are accurate or fair! We have purchased 2 vehicles from Bob Luongo and both were reliable, well priced and clearly well maintenanced. I'm sorry but if you had a poor experience than it wasn't to do with them!

just bought a car here and today will be the 3rd time since purchase that ive had to drop it off for repairs. First was needing a "charge" that didnt work then replaced the battery ...then the alternator..now the car still is giving issues while they treat their custumers with attitude and condesensing nonsense. HORRIBLE place to get a car worst mistake spending money here.

Horrible services 2009 nissan rogue my mom bought a car there the end of May first was ac not working at all2 months after she got 4 things wrong with the car how the hell a suv can pass on the sticker unreal very disappointing

Sells lemons I bought a vwJetta four months ago has a bad cat airbag light and light sensors only light that doesn't stay on is the seatbelt DO NOT USE Will get ripped off!!!

Never again will I buy a car here the first week it completely stopped on me then they just told me it just needs a good charge still stopped after that then said he has to charge me 100 to fix it a month later check engine popped up &now 5 months later it completely stopped working because of an alternator problem &other issues.
