Great local place that sells tons of accessories for trucks. Staff was really knowledgeable. Provided me with tons of info on the product I was looking for. Prices were same as online. They install all items they sell. The installer did a great job. Clean and professional. Nothing better than supporting local business. Showroom is smaller, but full of tons of accessories.

Brent was extremely helpful in helping me select a shelving system and ladder rack for my work van and the installation technician did a great job and gave some good advice to keep my system looking fresh and clean. Always great service for whatever I am looking for!

Awesome customer service! The staff goes above and beyond what is expected. My jeep needed a trailer brake controller. It was incorrectly wired by the dealer, a complete rewiring needed to be done, I was leaving on vacation after the install. They attacked it as a team and completed the job. Outstanding people,professional installation and quality products I highly recommend Bay State Truck caps.

Recently had a trailer hitch installed at Bay State, they did a great job on installation. Researched many options before going with Bay State. Right from the first phone conversation it was clear they were my best option. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. Also provided an estimate which turned out to be accurate on final cost of installation. Very happy with every aspect of my experience with Bay State Truck Cap.

Had a pullrite 20K slider hitch installed just today on my F-350 diesel . Frank did an amazing job. Perfect install . Very conscientious employee . Not a scratch on the truck and even in bed - mats and blankets laid down to minimize possible damage. Absolutely would do business here again.

Excellent customer service. Bought a sno way plow from them and they have been great. Even ran a remote over to me in a parking lot when mine was acting up. Some times it pays to get in person live consultation instead of just buying on the internet.

Great shop. Only problem is I want to much stuff for my truck . If you need something they ll have it or get it in no time. And I wouldn t trust anyone else installing stuff on my truck. It s definitely a gem

Great service and really helped us chose hard tonneau cover for camping in bear country of New Hampshire.Service department also removed and replaced cover so I could transport newly purchased snowblower.

Bay State Truck Caps has a nice selection of truck accessories displayed in a large showroom. I purchased a Thule bike rack, and after installing, realized there were some parts missing. Glenn Arnold was extremely responsive in reaching out to Thule and making sure that I received the missing parts. Overall, great experience!

I got two quotes in two moths price raised almost $600. They blamed President Trump for tariffs, even though the product is American made. Terrible customer service, I over heard a person tell an employee there was a customer waiting, employee responded, let him wait.

Just had an Access Lorado tonneau cover installed on my Toyota Tacoma. I checked on line figuring I could find the same cover cheaper. I could not find it any cheaper and would have to install it myself. The people at Bay State were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bay State, can't get a better deal.
