I have now used Amie s Auto repair twice for my Mercedes 300 vehicle. The first time I used them (from a referral) my car had an issue that Liz actually called the dealership to see if they would cover the issue. It didn t, but she made the call without even mentioning it to me first. I mean what company would try to get something done for a customer, especially for a first time and take the chance of not repairing it themselves ? My car has now been in a second time and I was originally quoted a worst case scenario that turned out to be considerably less than expected. They could have tried to charge the quoted price but yet again, Liz was honest and went the honest route. I have used my dealership in the past and have been taken advantage of. In a world of dishonest businesses and non-customer service care, Liz and her shop brings honesty to the car business world. I am grateful to have found Aime s Auto Repair. If I could give 10 Stars to a company, this one would be it.

Brian is probably one of the best mechanics for Europeans in the area and his wife Liz doesn't awesome job explaining Is the repair And is awesome in the office highly recommended

I can't say enough about how awesome these guys are. They always take care of me, when I have an emergency, they squeeze me in, their prices are fair, they always suggest options to keep the price down. They are very helpful and friendly. I needed my brakes fixed and they got it done earlier than expected, and they did a good job. They allowed me to come in 40 minutes after closing to retrieve my car so that I wouldn t have to wait for the next day, which was very considerate.Services: Auto brake repair, BrakesServices: Auto brake repair, Brakes

I've only been here one time but it was over the phone conversation that I had with the MRS. Owner, in regards to my AUTO problem which encouraged me to come in 4 car repairs.Surely, don't regret my repairs. I will be back. They were very trusting and very kind that is a drawing card for anyone needing auto services.Yes, kind, professional, respectful, and hospitable.Also, My opinion I felt they didn't change their prices bcuz they saw a woman coming through their doors without a man/husband accompanying them.These days trust is insurmountable when getting car repairs.Thank you Aime's Auto Repair YES, I WILL BE BACKBLESSINGS, I'll go tell on the Mountain...

I recently purchased an Audi and had a few minor concerns and fluid change I wanted done. Good European car mechanics around this area seem few and far, but I heard many good things about Aime s so decided to give them a shot. I was very pleased with the communication about the diagnostics of the issues and felt my car was in great hands.The price was very reasonable as well. I ll be using them in the future and would recommend them, especially to anyone with a European car.Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

I was lucky to meet Brian and Liz in the Newport area. Both are very enthusiastic about their business and resolving issues other mechanics just don't want to commit the time into resolving. I'm looking forward to bringing my A4 for it's next scheduled service.

First and foremost I am not writing this post because Brian and Liz are friends of mine, I'm writing this because Brian, Scott, Ed and Liz are very good and honest people.They are professional, honest, upfront, and the list goes on and on if you know what I mean.Those guys are some of the best Mechanics around and their prices are very reasonable and fair. If you're looking to have a job done right take your vehicle to Aimes Auto Repair. I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I trust them with everything and if I can trust them you can too. Highly recommend this shop. Not only do they know their stuff but they are super friendly and listen to you. Liz and her husband Brian are great people. The prices were reasonable they re not in business to rip you off like most shops do. I do most of the work on my truck myself but this job needed to be done in a shop. My truck was fixed the same day I brought it in. Shoutout to Eddy for giving me a ride home and a ride back to pick up my truck. All of the people the are friendly there.

I've never had a problem they haven't been able to fix. Anytime of vehicle of mine has had any issues they've fixed it in a timely and (more importantly) affordable manor. They are very upfront and will never hide things from you. Love em!

I would recommend Aime's auto repair to anyone who wants an honest reliable mechanic. Very professional and so kind. They went above and beyond to help me even tho they didn't have too. I will definitely be returning for any further repairs I may need in the future. Didn t have service because they were booked they were just returning from vacation but I was pressed for time and needed service as soon as possible. Liz emailed back answering my questions and gave me a recommendation. Aime s came highly recommended to me will keep them in mind in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for car repairs.

Horrible service !!They worked 3 times just to fix an oil leakage. Finally by the third time they damaged an engine so the "check engine" message was light on ( it's never happened before). No apology, no compensation for rent when my car stayed at their facilities because of their fault. Also, the owner was rude and unpleasant. Stay away !!

one of the best in the area, i lost the key to my car and i needed it to be chipped to my car.. the dealership wanted 575 to order and chip my key, Aimes did it for half the price and guaranteed the work! Amazing!

Amy's Auto Repair has been in business in Fall River for many years the gentleman who runs it now bought it from Amy they specialize in farming cars and repairing them Weatherby Mercedes BMW Nissan Toyota Honda it is the place to go they treat everybody with respect and that's why I have stayed in business

This place is a joke drop my car off to get fixed on 11/12/19 first excuse was no one to work next was thanksgiving week next was a trip to Aruba New Years week long story stay away from these place and on top of it all my car worse the it was when drop off to the circus
