I hate to post negative reviews but I want you to be aware. I bought my GMC Sierra here and within 1 yr have had to replace fuel lines and fuel pump, rebuild the transmission, and the truck headliner is now stained bc of a roof leak. I haven t even had this truck for a year yet. I m in an extra $7k+. I feel like I m just waiting for the next thing to go wrong. DO NOT rely on their knowledge, bring your own mechanic or better yet avoid altogether.

I just had my car inspected. The serive lady technician was very kind and professional. She took my car straight away and started to inspect it. She also had some nice cars for sale in her lot. I would recommend this place for service and I forward the car for sale to my niece who is searching for a car

I can t say enough about this auto dealership. Mr. Baptist saved me thousands of dollars by doing some research on my Hyundai Tucson . They always do an amazing job on my vehicles.

So far I only purchased one pre-owned car from here, it was a '14 Chevy malibu and I would definitely car shop here again. The business is family owned and I can say with confidence that they are the nicest and most honest and fair dealers to work with. She only gets the best pre-owned vehicles.

We bought a truck 2 months ago. The fuel lines had to be replaced and the transmission failed all under 100k miles and within 4k miles of buying it. Was told we clearly bought a lemon. Putting 7k into it after paying a crazy price due to the current used car pricing. The owner was nice enough but we should have read more into their reviews where this seems to be a common issue considering their small warranty timeframe

Honesty, integrity and family are some of the first things that come to my mind about RRR Auto Sales. My husband has been dealing with Lou and Rachel for close to twenty years. He has purchased quite a few vehicles there and has NEVER been disappointed. If there is a problem, they are right on it. I had the pleasure of recently purchasing a vehicle from them. I was extremely impressed with Rachel who had a very firm grip on the business and was very knowledgeable. They do not hover over you as other dealerships do. They want you to make the decision that is right for you. They honestly care about their customers and want them to be fully satisfied. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. It was smooth from start to finish. I would also like to give a shout out to their mechanic, Talon! Not only a great mechanic, but a personality to match. There is a reason why RRR Auto Sales has been in business all these years. If searching for a vehicle, be sure to at least check them out.

The owner was nice. An older man very informative and flexible waited for me an extra 15 min for me after closing . The other lady that works there the daughter or w.e she is was super rude didn t seem like she cared if the car sold or not. I went with my own financing and she gave me a hard time as I already had the check in hand. Mind you I commuted all the way from charlton Massachusetts almost 2 hours of a drive. CAR FAILED INSPECTION cause of rear brakes and Emergency brake not working. Didn t get my car cleaned or anything at time of delivery.and didn t want to negotiate anything the price was the price. If it wasn t cause I needed the car since it was what I was looking for with the seating capacity of 7 I would ve not bought the car .. would never buy from them again. But the owner at least bought me the Emergency brake shoes cause I was not taking a day off to drive up there again. It is what it is but how you buy a 30k car and don t even get anything no wash not even a full tank ..

I recently bought a 2016 F350 from RRR and it was a great experience. The customer service of a family run business was fantastic. Paperwork was quick, and some small issues with the truck were promptly fixed by the service department. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great deal on a used vehicle without the usual dealership run around.

Bought a car from them and it s been nothing but problems since I bought it. I see why they have such a small warranty timeframe. Bad calipers , bad wheel bearing on passenger side, TPM sensors don t work , had to replace radiator, alternator failed, center dash console with the radio , temp controls and rear camera all stopped working. It s insane what a lemon it turned out to be. It s not like it was cheap. $16k just to have never ending problems. I told them I was buying a car because I was having a baby and wanted something safe for my family and yet they thought this was good to sell to me. Made me so angry

Loved the place! Nothing spectacular to see, just good cars reasonably priced. I learned they've been around for over 35 years.Louie was great to meet and talk to. I went in to look at one vehicle, while waiting it was no problem to look at another vehicle. Once the vehicle I went to see was ready to be test driven. I was given the keys and off I went. I returned with no major hassle and wound up committing to purchase the vehicle I test drove.There's something about these mom and pop's establishments. The cars will pretty much sell themselves. As consumers we know what we're looking for and what we would like to spend. What I don't particularly care for is a pushy salesperson trying to meet a quota for their monthly goals.Well done RRR Auto sales. You may just have a new customer for life.

Rachael and her father were incredibly friendly and courteous. They were more than happy to let me take a few cars out for test drives and answer any questions I had. I am completely satisfied with the Ford Focus I bought there, and would definitely consider returning to purchase another used car.

Shout out to RRR Auto. Rachael was fantastic . She made the purchase of my 2013 Buick Encore so smooth. No pressure like other Auto Dealers. Purchased the car Monday picked it up on Tuesday. All paperwork was ready for signature in and out in less then an hour smooth sailing. Rachael help me with syncing my phone, explained all the buttons and whistles. If you are looking for your next car go to RRR and see Rachael. Thank you Rachael great doing business with you. LOVE my Encore. As they say in the commercial it s not your grandmother s Buick.

Sold me a car, few weeks later brakes started squeaking and rocking when I braked so I brought it since it was under lemon law. They said they re was nothing wrong with the brakes, so I got a second opinion, all 4 rotors were warped and brake pads gone. They just didn t want to pay for the repair. Sells lemons

I haven't personally bought a vehicle from this place, but I know people who have, and I've been there once to check out a vehicle. Not only do these guys charge exorbitant rates for used cars, regardless of condition or mileage, but they also won't fix any issues with the cars they sell until after a purchase is made. A friend of mine bought a truck from this place that had a shitload of problems, and had to go back with a list of what was wrong with it. Bottom line, do not purchase anything from these guys. I would give this place a zero star rating if it was possible.

Customer service is always the heart of every business. As a small business owner, I have learned when dealing with the public, no matter what line of work, customer satisfaction should always be your number one goal. Going to RRR Auto for something as simple as an inspection sticker should not make one feel uncomfortable or intimidated. I should have known by reading the reviews on google not to come here. The woman at the front desk was rude and didn't show any interest in helping with questions and concerns I had with my vehicle. Luckily it was only a $35 lesson to never return.

Horrible experience. Will never buy another used vehicle! Quite a few years back my boyfriend went in looking for a truck. We didn't have much time. He found one he liked, told them he would come back with down payment on a certain date. When he showed up to buy it, THEY HAD SOLD IT. So he bought the other one he had also looked at, but definitely wasn't his first choice. I know part of it is our fault for not spending the time and looking around, but we didn't have the luxury of time. I'm not sure if they knew this or what was going on. But they didn't even clean the truck, inside or out. It was filthy. They were supposed to fix the A/C, which they did but after bringing it home we realized something was wrong with the heat as well. Which they ended up fixing because we pretty much forced them too. They were supposed to fix a crack in windshield, but did not. And they never told us the roof was covered in rust. Which we saw when we got up on our front porch after bringing it home. We have put ATLEAST the same amount of money we paid for the truck into repairs. Had to get a brand new engine TWICE! Truck has electrical problems, engine problems, heating/cooling problems. And like I said I feel partly responsible for not having someone we trusted look at it before buying, but we were in a bind and going on blind faith. Stupid. Never again. I just can not believe with how many problems we've had with it that they didn't know about atleast some of it. I could never re-sell this truck to someone knowing what we have gone through with it. Do yourselves a favor and read some of the reviews first.

90% of the vehicles sold here are all high mileage & overpriced. These vehicles are sold here because there not worthy at a large dealer. So when you see a late model with 150k miles for 5k off a local dealer it s because the wear, tear and life expectancy of that vehicle is more than half gone. Save your money and don t buy high mileage, rust, beaten vehicles or even worst a super low mileage 15-20 year old one. Use common sense and stay away from shops like these.

truck was just posted(tundra)on website asked to test drive & rachael was on phone when i arrived.Gave me keys to inspect,never asked for id and came out & told me take it for a spin.Came back handed her the sale placard ....sold.The placard was 1000 $ more than what was publicized on the website.No problem it was still a excellent price.Nope,she looks at the website & says that the website has it posted for the lesser amount so that's the price!No documentation/dealer fees ,the price posted is the out the door price.Honest straight forward business.But sadly no puppies.

Worst dealership. Bought my truck from there . They never fixed my ac. After bringing it back multiple times. And the truck end up being a lemon
