Saw a crack on my tire in the morning and called into the shop. Nick answered on the phone and was super helpful to find me the tire I need and I was able to come in the same day for a tire replacement. Didn t try to upsell me or anything extra I didn t need. Great price compared to other stores I see online. Highly highly recommend! Get Nick to help if you can.

Absolutely lovely experience. I was having, quite literally, the worst possible time and I m an anxious human. They were super accommodating with rescheduling me and super kind. I know zero about cars but they were super helpful and informative. Cost breakdown was awesome. Once again super nice OH and very fast. I opted to wait and it was worth it for what I needed done. Definitely worth making an appointment in case they re busy but they take walk ins and are very down to earth. Thank you Joel for your help, understanding and listening to me rant. You guys are the best! Thank you immensely! (I ll bring coffee next time )

Melvin C. Please give him a bonus or something, guys. I came all the way from Allston to Everett because they only have my kind of tires here. They first refused to replace my 2 front tires because they were very busy but Melvin C. saved me. He said: "I m not letting you go home without a car, I got you." And he did a very nice job, calmed me down, and gave me the best service ever. They replaced my tires on time ,even earlier, and only because of him did I have the best experience at the town fair tire. Highly recommended Melvin.

Joel was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Very knowledgeable about tires too. My car was ready long before I expected. I appreciated the monitors that tracked the project time and showed my car being worked on. Clean and comfortable waiting area too! II had to take this pic of the rainbow that appeared just before my car was ready

I was greeted by Dennis who was extremely helpful. I purchased 4 new tires in my price range. Made an appointment ; dropped off my Lincoln MKX ; went to Encore for 2 hours; received a call my vehicle was ready. Met Joel & Melvin who are knowledgeable & professional. My Lincoln never rode so smooth. I am very grateful & satisfied with Town Fair Tire. Great job.

Joel was very kind courteous and helpful. Their price match service was also very helpful. I will definitely return to this location. Not to mention how quickly I same day scheduled an appointment and was in and out in under an hour. Can t beat it.

Yesterday, I blew out my tire and went to Town Fair Tire. They gave me an appointment immediately the next day. Price was fair as well. Nick and the other workers provided wonderful customer service support and calmed my nerves about my car. Nick and the other workers answered all questions I had and were transparent about the process. I will definitely be coming back for all of my car needs. Thanks!

These guys are the best! When I needed winter tires, Dennis drove all the way to NH to get them for me (with no extra charge), and still got my car back to me same day. They re always happy to explain things to me and answer questions. Joel was also a lifesaver when I popped my tire. Not only did they make me feel a bit better about it , but Joel went out of his way to make sure I would have my car back ASAP. I was able to have them swap all tires the next day and it was really quick. I definitely recommend them!! Thanks guys!

I am a little late in response to the outstanding service I received by Joel and staff. They were extremely busy but they were able to replace my tire from the night before leaving the hospital my mate was at thru the pouring rain I slice the tire call AAA the next day was back In Boston attending my care giver duty. Spot on service Thank you

Christian was super helpful when I needed to get my tire replaced! He provided me with the information so I felt comfortable. They also were able to complete my service within the time frame (and not any time over!) I will absolutely be coming back to this town fair tire location in the future. Thank you!

Terrible experience here. Left my car to have all season tires put on and when I came back to get it 3 hours later, they d curbed up one of the rims. I confronted them about it and the manager was extremely rude and took no responsibility. And then when I reciprocated the same energy as him, he went and hid in a back room. The other folks were nice enough and did what they could by wiping the rim clean. Personally I won t be taking my car back there and I encourage everyone else to steer clear as well.

I went to town fair tire today. Nick helped me out he was very knowledgeable, personable & handsome! He was a great help, knowing I didn t know about cars you can tell he didn t take advantage of me. Very patient. Made getting my alignment a breeze. I will forever come back here , where they take excellent care of you.

Had an unexpected bump on tire! Called in today and was able to book a last minute appointment and got my tires changed within 2 hours! Just purchased four new tires. My car is a 2011 with about 115,000 miles and I told Christian I did not really need the top of the line since I think I will have the car 1-2 years. Christian reviewed my options and did not push the highest priced tire. Scheduled an appointment and tires we ready within the time period indicated. I would recommend Town Fair tire to others.

The team here was fabulous! I drove over a nail and brought my car in without an appointment, and they fixed it immediately! Christian was very helpful. I would highly recommend using town Fire in Everett!

I went to town fair tire without an appointment. It was busy, but the employees took a min to let us know they would be with us shortly. When our turn came, we got a great employee Joel . He took the time to help us and explained all of the services they offered and helped us is timely manner. Thank you Joel we felt well treated and the services couldn t be better.

Nick was extremely helpful with finding tires that fit my needs. He was aware I lived out of state and that I got a flat the night before so wasn't exactly prepared to replace 2 tires that had just recently been replaced ! He was upfront, honest and to the point which was much appreciated being tired and frustrated . I will def seek out town fair tire in nh now and hope I get the same great service!!

Despite being understaffed and a walk-in I was still handled quickly which is great because my time is very limited. Everyone really did their part to make my experience great specifically excellent customer service from Christian whom took extra care to make sure everything went smooth. And it did.

Nick is an all star! give this guy a raise and the manager position he deserves!!Helped me with a complex issue of my lug nut being stripped on my VW arteon! granted he wasn t able to get it off, referred me to an auto body across the street!Appreciate your honesty and transparency!Keep up the Great work guys.

Went to Town Fair Tire in Everett this afternoon after getting a nail in one of my tires. I have never had this happen so was very unsure of how things worked. Manny waited on me and was great! The nail was right between the red and black area of the demo tire in the showroom so there was a chance it could not be repaired. Manny told me this right up front. Luckily the tire was able to be repaired and did not need to be replaced. Manny was very professional. I highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Everett.

Walk in, received assistance as soon as I came in. Very helpful, and kept me updated on the process. Even have advanced on where to get my body work done. Was pleased with the team and Christian assistant and help with everything. Will always continue to come here for my tires! Thank you.

I m very very grateful, because today I arrived at town fair tire in Everett ma, with my tire flat , I was desperate because was after 6 pm.And they was closing, but there was an angel, gentleman named Joel, his give me attention , I meant they all give attention, and take a good care of me.I m here to celebrate for the beautiful attitude.They worried with , then they saved me.Thank you so much!God bless you all .

I was assisted for a flat tire by Joe. Great costumer service. Looked up all the tires that would fit on my car and gave me his opinion. He was very clear on the pricing and the extra cost for balancing, taxes, etc. I m a happy costumer. Will be back!

Town Fair Tire is great! Got a couple tires replaced and one of them went went flat a few weeks later. Melvin was very helpful with assisting me, he replaced the tire for free under the warranty and didn t even charge extra for labor. Would definitely come back!

Dennis was able to provide us with the correct tire size. I took my friend to get her new tires also, she was concern the snow was coming. Came to find out that she had the incorrect size tires. Dennis caught that for her. Thank you Dennis. She appreciated that tons. She now knows her child will be safe with her new tires, you help her choose. I then went ahead and purchase tires for myself. He was professional, knowledgable and kind. I got my car the same day. That was perfect. Keep up the great work. The location was clean and their inventory seem decent.
