I will never come back to this place, and will actively tell others not to utilize their services.I dropped my car off for an inspection (because I had an errand to do in the neighborhood). Upon my return, the shop assistant asked me whether I m paying in cash or credit. As I was getting ready to pay, my boyfriend came back from the car and informed me that there was a red R on the car. I had to ask for the mechanic, who then told me that the car failed inspection. I asked if he can fix whatever is needed to pass, to which he responded yes. I asked about how long, he said within the hour. So I waited. Then, the shop assistant asked me whether I m paying in cash or credit again. I had to ask about the details: what exactly was done for the car, and how much, and may I please see a receipt. The mechanic/owner then came back and said the safety inspection is now all fine, but the check engine light still needs to be looked at and he would need to call for parts, etc, and can I leave the car overnight. I felt misled into using his services. I had asked for the car to be fixed, and thought that was what was happening while I waited. He fixed only one aspect of the car, and was now saying that he couldn t complete the emissions fixes until a later time. He never provided me with the inspection report until I asked for it at least 3 times prior. I ve never encountered such poor service and uncommunicative behavior. I hope no one else gets misled by this shady mechanic/owner.Upon return for a reinspection, the owner said my passenger side windshield wiper failed, and would I like him to replace it now? I had already replaced the driver side wiper because it snapped off (keep in mind that these are the same wipers he sold me the first time that are now useless!). I opted to go to a difference place and got it replaced. When I returned, he charged me for another $35 inspection fee. Had I known that I will be charged again, I would not have returned to him. He even lied and said 100% of this fee goes to the state. I called and verified that this isn t true. The state gets $11 and change.This pattern of withholding information and misleading to get more out of the customers is abhorrent. I am filing a formal complaint with the state. I hope others will steer clear of this place.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Had them work on 2 of my cars at the same time. One got an oil change and the other a brake job. The oil was filled with something that burned out and created a huge problem. Second was the brakes and I have to say this is the nightmare of this review. This could have cost my LIFE and the Life of my car. They did a hack job, put damaged brakes on my car. Now I am having to pay over 600.00 to have them repaired and corrected. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

I had many problems with this location. I had a small problem with the staining wheel that was too tight.1.) They did not fix the problem.2.)A pink fluid was leaking from the bottom.They said it was the transmitter and it would be more money.I went to my dealership and they showed me the part that they replaced that DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED.The receipts does not show the cost of the labor or the piece. I would not recommend this location.I went later and the owner told me to leave. (Days later)Do not do what I did take your car to a better place.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I recently had a break job done at this place and it almost cost me my life!!!! They did a shoddy job (God knows what they really did to my breaks) and it ended up ruining my brake system altogether, and now I have to pay over $600 to fix a problem that THEY created !!! They almost killed me !!! On top of that, they are rude, disrespectful and dishonest!!! That may fly in other countries, but not here!! Hope they have a good lawyer because they don t know what s coming to them. RUN FROM THIS PLACE !!! RUN !!!

Please don t go there for oil change . Owner is very bad , rude and disrespectful. 3 month ago I got coupon for oil change and I personally call them and ask if you guys do oil change for Mercedes, they said yes . After oil change , he had been rude cause he had to do all steps in my car. Now after 3 month my car give me warnings that engine light . I went to Mercedes mechanic and he told me oil change was bad last time , they did not filter and it effects belt and engine.Very very bad service .I just want to tell the owner that be honest on your work.

Do not come here. The owner is not respectful to his customers . He tried to rip off $2 fee for a credit charge where there was no posted note. He was doing my sticker but left in the middle of it to change wipers for his buddy who came way after me. He also charged $30 to change 2 bulbs- a total rip-off.

Very nice staff and fair prices. What everyone has to understand is that you aren t just paying for a new light bulb or wipers, the labor to change those items is also what you are paying for. Higly recomend them for anyone to get gas, maintenence and an inspection!

Regarding to the comment below, we stayed over time on a Saturday night to help out a costumer and the problem was a dust shield. If you know anything about cars you don't really need that and you are living in Boston and there's snow which means there's rust due to salt.. Since we did that for free. If you want a dust shield on your car feel free to come back and we would be delided to help you. Thank you.

Terrible place. They hold your car hostage and try to sell you stuff before putting the inspection sticker. Such a disgrace.

my car only uses super gas I put their super gas in and check engine light came on means there super is not super I go to another gas station put super and check engine light goes off they rip people off!!

Eu procurei o servi�o mec�nico deles para descobrirem o que estava acontecendo que o heater do carro n�o estava funcionando. Me cobraram $100 somente pra diagnosticar o problema, sem aviso pr�vio da cobran�a, e tomaram 2 horas para me falarem o que era. Me informaram que se eu quisesse fazer o servi�o o valor total seria de $600, que era a troca do thermostat. Por�m, fui buscar uma segunda opini�o de um posto americano, pois bem, demoraram 20 min, me explicaram todo o processo e o resultado, sai de l� com o problema resolvido. O problema todo era apenas a sujeira do thermostat e limpeza do mesmo, o que foi me cobrado $80. Fica a dica pra quem confiar em brasileiros. Pe�am sempre uma segunda opini�o e se poss�vel com americanos.

Definitely do not have your car serviced here. They are not honest and I had a very bad experience. The mechanic said he fixed the cover for my brakes, which was loose. It turned out, instead of fixing the problem, he ripped the brake cover out (destroying it) and threw it in the trash without asking me or explaining anything. Then he lied and said it was fixed. When I figured out that he simply threw it out, he told me it wasn't important and I didn't need it. BY THE WAY, I was a returning customer of theirs and just spent close to $1,000 having work done on my car two weeks ago. Never again.Definitivamente, n�o concerta o seu carro aqui. Eles n�o s�o honestos e tive uma experi�ncia muito ruim. O mec�nico disse que ele fixou a tampa do meus freios, que estava solto. Ele arancou em vez de concerta o problema, ele arancou a tampa do freio (destruindo) e jogou-o no lixo sem me perguntar ou explicar nada. Ent�o ele mentiu e disse que estava consertado. Quando descobri que ele simplesmente atirou no lixo, ele me disse que n�o era importante e que o carro n�o precisava da tampa. Aproposito, eu era um cliente que retornei neles porque acabei de gastar quase $1000 de trabalho no meu carro h� duas semanas atraz. Nunca mais voltar la.
