The best auto repair shop you ll ever go to. The staff there are amazing and customer service is 1st class. I ve been a customer for a little over 3 years and have always been very satisfied with the service provided for my vehicles. They do go above and beyond to provide the best service to your car and the prices are reasonable. I now goregularly for my car maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, etc. It s really a one stop shop and every customer that comes to the shop are always treated with patience, care and professional. You will not be disappointed. Services are 100% awesome.

I have been using Affordable Auto repair over the last year and am very pleased with the quality of their work !! Elson the owner is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional, and is always super pleasant to deal with. He has a great team of guy s working for him that are smart, fast and hardworking ! I highly recommend Affordable Auto Sales & Repair for any and all car service issues that you may have. They perform great quality work at a very affordable price. This is the place to bring your car, I recommend them first before you go anywhere else.

My experience with Affordable Repair was a complete disaster! Brought my car in thinking it was a wheel bearing issue due to a weird noise, and they confirmed it. But guess what? They replaced it, and the noise didn't go away.After keeping my car hostage for two days, they dropped a bomb, saying it was a transmission problem. Seriously, that's a big claim! So, I took my car to a Ford dealership for a reality check since I had already dropped over 800 bucks on their "fixes" that didn't work.Turns out, it wasn't the transmission at all. Ford diagnosed it as a front axle shaft and front control arm issue. Cost me another $600 at a certified shop to finally fix it. Affordable Repair seemed like they were just making things up!Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. They're clueless and will gladly charge you for fixing stuff that ain't even broken.

I have been driving for about 15 years. This is the first time I can actually say that I had an AMAZING experience at a mechanic shop. Elson, the owner is wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me get my car to pass it's inspection. The prices were reasonable and after everything was fixed, he took my car himself, to another auto shop that does inspections (since his auto shop does not) - just to save me a trip. My mouth dropped when my inspection sticker was all ready to go when I picked it up. Have you ever heard of such a thing?? Simone is so organized and professional- she handles all the billing, ordering of parts, etc. She has a binder with all her paperwork and past receipts, everything laminated- very impressive. I recommend everyone I know to Elson now. This will be my new home. I can't say enough great things.

Had a WONDERFUL experience with this place! My partner and I took a used car that we were interested in purchasing to Affordable for a pre-purchase inspection. I called ahead the night before and the day of to make sure they had space and had no problem bringing the car and seller by to have the mechanics take a look. The team gave the car a thorough inspection and a quote for the parts that would need to be repaired. We left with peace of mind and confidence. They were generous with their time, patient, and just overall great to deal with.

Had them take a look at my car because my AC stopped working and overpriced me on a $200 part that they said was $530. The other thing is they got UV dye all over my engine and didn't bother to clean it.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

While on vacation, we had a problem requiring repairs to our vehicle... Welcomed with open arms, the owner made place for us in his schedule and the repairs were carried out the same day. Reasonable price and outstanding service... I highly recommend this garage. By far the most politest shop I've ever been too. The owner himself came out and helped me with telling me what was wrong with my car and the secretary Simone was very helpful and very kind and polite with helping me get a quote to fix my car. I highly recommend Affordable Auto, there awesome and the name speaks for themselves..... THEY ARE AFFORDABLE...... I will definitely go back if I ever have issues with my vehicle....

Very unprofessional. Pricing fluctuates for the same exact service. They also stripped my drain plug from the previous oil change and claimed it wasn t them.The mechanic who was absolutely filthy got in the car and ruined my interior. Grease, dust, and grime everywhere.Only go here if you are in an absolute budget and like to gamble, or if you don t care about your vehicle.Don t let the positive reviews fool you, they are most likely friends and family.

I had a breakdown on a Friday night. I frantically called around trying to find a place open to get the car towed to for repair. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. I had my car towed and they called me first thing to let me know the car was being worked on. By 3 pm the same day it was all fixed for a very reasonable price ! Very professional and very nice crew!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is an unfortunate review of this business. They were recommended by a friend so we trusted that they could handle replacing the brakes, rods and tires on our car. After work was completed, all seemed ok until I drove the car back and forth to Fall River for my sons baseball tournament and had a flat tire on a brand new tire that was just replaced. They forgot to gun the bolts and the brake caliper ripped out the inside of my rim. Elsom who owns the place refused to call me and talk about what happened. I had to rent a car for a week on my own dime and then had to get this resolved. They ducked my every call and refused to discuss covering the rental for their mistake. that s just bad business in my opinion. Plenty of small businesses to take your car to. Make a mistake? It happens. Duck calls and refuse to acknowledge? Completely unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.Service: Brakes

My car was misfiring and I brought it here. The lady upstairs made me wait for her boss. 40 minutes later when her boss got there he had nothing to say to me and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say and just told me to leave it. I waited 4 days and called twice. All to have them charge me 400$ for a repair without asking. It was the ignition coil that I tried to tell him was bad. 40$ part that takes 10 minutes to replace for 400$! The next day my splash shield fell down and was dragging from when they took it off and is now destroyed. Never again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So wonderful- returned from airport to discover a flat. Had to drive to Maine and they saw us for a patch less than an hour before closing. We actually gave them more $ than they asked for. Fantastic people and great service.

I brought my vehicle in for service and could not of been happier. They are very professional, the service was first rate. I was back on the road the next day. The price was very fair and I will be bringing my vehicle back next time. I highly recommend them to all.

Elson should give classes on being a professional shop. He understood our problem and fixed it immediately. We were from out of town and had a door problem with our Sprinter. Elson and team fixed in a VERY timely manner. They are the greatest. Simone kept me posted on everything... cost and time frame for work to be completed. They were AWESOME!!!

I came in today in a panic after being turned down by a big name tire place in the area that was unable to take a look at my flat tire (they couldn t help me until Monday!). As a healthcare worker, I couldn t risk having to take Monday off from work to get it fixed. I called and they were extremely pleasant and understanding. I showed up 5 minutes later and was out with a fixed tire in less than 15 minutes. An absolute life saver and SO kind and professional. Could not recommend more, so thankful.Service: Tires

I can t say enough nice things about this place! Unfortunately when u need a mechanic it s hard to trust someone .. one time I had a warranty on a part (which I had no idea ). But the girl in the office took the time to look it up I was really taken back because I would of easily paid whatever they said .. All around trustworthy place ! Very unprofessional, I got charged $2000 for a job that was appraised at $400. They take advantage of people that do not know anything about cars and they take for ever to get the job done. I m highly disappointed with their service and the way they treated me and my car.

This auto repair reads affordable but nothing affordable about it! If you don t believe try get a quote from them, over price in almost everything! they expect your driver license copy and your insurance card copy, never have I ever experienced this from any auto repair shop. The reason for this is this mechanic shop had many break down car tow to them by towing company and ripping customers off from oil change to expensive repair ,this place should be Reported n shut down, bunch of crooks!

I have bought 2 cars from Elson and his capable and friendly staff at Affordable Auto Sales & Repair. In the rare occasions when a repair was needed, they have been fair, fast and friendly every time. When another shop somehow damaged my VW engine to the point that even the dealer could not repair it, Elson was able to find a used engine and replace it at a fair price and I have put more than 25,000 miles on it since and continue to drive it with confidence. Finding a good, honest and capable mechanic is not easy. Unless you follow my advice and go see Elson and his crew.

I replaced my brake rotors here the other day. I would like to say that the people working there are very friendly, the technicians work very hard, and I am very satisfied with the service. If I need any auto Repair, I'm sure I'll turn to them again.

Was never honest about the condition the car was in. Never replaced any of the parts the owner advertised and told me he changed, don t go here they ll just try to rob you of your money, seriously don t buy a car from them.
