I ve now had two experiences with Bayside and would HIGHLY recommend them. In this period of overpriced everything and inflation being the excuse to add additional profit, Bayside is one heck of an honest and more than reasonable business.I ve dealt with Evan both times and he s been very accommodating, helpful and up front. He knows his stuff and I know where I will be bringing any of my future power equipment needs. 10 out of 10 rating!!

Bought a new Husqvarna chainsaw (445) and received great service. Questions patiently answered about which model was similar to my old Husqvarna 51 in regard to engine size and chain, features on the new saw, and how to start it. The owner was very busy but did not make me feel like I was imposing.

Been buying my echo power tools, Bobcat mowers etc. at Bayside for decades. For both my home and commercial landscape needs. Evan and his staff continue the solid local service started by Dan many years ago. Keep up the good work. It is much appreciated.

I ve been using Bayside Equipment for my mower repairs for many years. Evan, the owner, and his mechanics have always provided me with great service in short turn around time. I bought my last mower from Bayside and highly recommend them.

I checked with a few local repair shops but none seemed too excited to fix and tune up my zero turn. Bayside on the other hand was very friendly andvery knowledgeable. So I took my mower with it's severe electrical problem over to Bayside. They blew me away - I had it back a week later good as new. I still need to stop by and say thanks. It was a great experience!

I ran my mower twice after the winter storage and couldn t get it to stay running. I Dropped it off on a Monday. Dave called me on Tuesday with the estimate and my Lawnmower for repaired by Friday that week. Very professional and I wouldn t hesitate to use them again. I have used them in the past to repair a chainsaw and pressure washer and had the same positive experience

Great service friendly people. Best of all my equipment get fixed right! Sorry, but I have to correct the first "aye eye" written sentence. Got or Get's. The sentence is correct though.Been dealing with Bayside for years always with great results.Just purchased a Echo DCS-5000 chainsaw Charged the battery and cut some 6 to 10 inch oak. No problem. Still have 3 of 5 bars left.Wish I could have waited for the upcoming sale, but needed the saw now.joeB

We were so happy to have our lawnmower repaired at Bayside Equipment! Our mower had dirty gas and wouldn't start. They called with an estimate and solution before they repaired it. Hard working and professional business, right next to Grumpy's on the Bayside :)Thank you Evan

My John Deere died in my yard. Spent 3 days trying every fix I could find. Called Bayside and they offered more. When those didn't help asked them to come get it. It was scheduled a week out, but they were at my house the next day. I expected to hear from them in a few days but got the bad news the next day. The engine was seized. I then went on You Tube and watched a bunch of videos about problems with the Briggs and Stratton Intek engine on that model JD. Wish I had done that research before buying. A 3-year-old mower with 85 hours on the engine was scrap.Now the happy owner of a Husqvarna with a twin cylinder Kohler engine. Can't say enough about how great it was working with Bayside. I don't expect that I will need to see them soon about the mower but would happily take in any other tools that need repair.

I bought my Snapper riding lawnmower and my "weed wacker" from Bayside. Before I bought the Snapper, I had a Craftsman with a broken blade. I called them for advice, not that they owed me that because I bought it at Sears years before, and they tried to help me. Finally, fixing it was useless and costly and I bought the Snapper. Good people, honest, friendly and helpful! Best place!

Evan runs a great business. Dave is a very talented mechanic. There is a lot of high level integrity at Bayside.I recommend Bayside Equipment, not only for sales, but for tip top repair service at a respectable price.

I brought my lawnmower in because I couldn't get the blade off. Evan sharpened my blade and told me there was no need for a new one. Outstanding integrity and friendly service.

I ve purchased both my riding mower and snow blower from Evan at Bayside about 8 years ago. I ve also purchased a leaf blower. Evan s prices are very competitive, and I have always gotten excellent service. Evan and all of his employees, particularly Dave and more recently Colby, are extremely polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Bayside for all of your equipment needs.

Evan is great to work with, He and his staff are polite cooperative and very friendly! They all know there equipment in and out. Bayside has numerous times gone above and beyond for me and my inquiries, from expediting equipment repairs and ordering items that he doesn't normally stock. Highly recommend him for all repairs and new purchases!

Bayside Equipment has taken good care of me a few times. Fast in, fast out ... work done within a reasonable amount of time and the price for the work was very reasonable. I appreciated receiving a detailed quote and no work was done without my approval to do it. The assistance in loading was also appreciated. The shop is well organized and immaculate and the staff is capable, friendly. Customer has to feel appreciated and can leave knowing the work was well done at a fair price ....what's not to like ?

I have been in business/self employed for almost 40 years and Bayside equipment is the best - by far! They diagnoses the equipment and let me know what it will cost ahead of time or if it makes more sense to replace the piece of equipment - and I have never felt pressured to replace a piece of equipment. Also, and equally as important as fixing it right the FIRST time is it is done in a reasonable amount of time.I like the technicians, the shop is always clean and orderly and I feel confident in leaving my equipment there. The selection of new landscaping/tree equipment is terrific and always available. Also, I haven't noticed any price difference from the price at the big box stores. I have had equipment fall under the warranty and Evan has taken care of the paperwork and seemed happy to let me know it was covered!You may have to drive a little further but you will never have to drive there twice for the same repair. I look forward to seeing Evan, Dave and Eric as much as I do my repaired piece of equipment. Ken Baba.

Highly recommend Bayside Equipment. I ve bought new and used repair service. Very reasonable prices, skilled in repair, and genuine people. Certain parts were discontinued for my old tractor and they still took it. Retrofit parts and runs great. Buying new was a great experience. Happy customer that will be back.

Just had our Honda lawnmower serviced by Bayside Equipment because it would run for a while and then quit. It now runs like new and is cleaner than it has been in years! Couldn't be happier. Very quick turnaround too. Next I'll be taking in my snow thrower for a tune-up. Highly recommend!

Evan was absolutely wonderful! I m a country boy from WMASS and have worked on small engines for years. I hit a wall with my Echo trimmer at my Mom s house in Wellfleet and Evan listened to me, was respectful and addressed my concerns. He fixed and tuned my trimmer! He is very honest and I highly recommend him to others who may not even have even have the mechanical background that I have.
