STEBBINS Auto Repair here, been using them for years. Always deliver exceptional service for us and our customers. Just had a windshield replaced on a new Cadillac. They took care of some previous damage and rust from a prior windshield replacement when they didn't have to. It was an insurance job that only required glass replacement. They were able to calibrate the ADAS system as well. So lane departure and adaptive cruise control calibrations were taken care of and the vehicle did not need to go to the dealership for the additional calibrations. Our customer was completely satisfied so it was a win win for everyone!!

Great experience with Roy's auto glass. They did all the leg work with my auto insurance company and scheduled me quickly. The techs Eric and Fran were both professional and friendly! They did not take long and did a great job!

A major snow storm resulted in a cracked windshield on my 2.5 year old car. Little did I know that the insurance only wanted to replace it with an aftermarket product. I have friends that have not been satisfied with standard aftermarket windshields so I was on a unique quest. Roy s Auto Glass was highly recommended by my trusted auto body shop. Upon calling, Kayla allayed my fears and would take care to get approval for an OEM glass. She did her magic and ordered it accordingly. After a short wait for the back ordered OEM windshield, I was called for a speedy appointment. On that day I was greeted by two teams: Eric & Hayden who had arrived to replace the windshield, and Cameron to recalibrate the front camera system. Both teams worked in concert together, professionally with a little friendly chat & banter. Within no time the job was completed with attention to every detail. I am very impressed with Roy s, and after 40+ years in customer sales and service, I highly recommend them. (By the way, please send out some business cards for my referrals.)

I am so glad and lucky I found Roy's Auto Glass. Five stars really aren't enough for them! From start to finish, they were tremendous. Upon first calling them, I got Jessica on the phone (who was fantastic). She took the time to explain the process and from there it was smooth sailing! They dealt with my insurance company for me and set everything up. They even requested original equipment glass and got it!!! They called to confirm my appointment for the following day, and the work was done quickly and perfectly. The whole process was so easy. No one likes dealing with a broken windshield but Roy's made it absolutely painless! They are truly the best!!!

Roy's Auto Glass was amazing! My daughter's windshield cracked on her way home from college for a short fall break. They were able to fit us in and come to the house. Eric and Sean were amazing. I was at work when they arrived and it was raining. They were willing to take the car to my neighbor's house in order to use her garage to get the work done. They were so efficient, professional, and kind! The best customer service! Than you so much, I will definitely use Roy's for all of my auto glass needs!

I had two technicians out to my house today and they were very helpful installing my new windshield. I m in the middle of restoring an older Toyota and they took the time to get everything right. I appreciate everything they ve done for me so far and won t hesitate to use them again!

Absolutely phenomenal service from Roy's Auto Glass. Maintaining a fleet of 40+ vehicles. Communication is quick and easy. On site service and technicians that are knowledgeable. We had Eric and Hayden on site recently replacing windshields back to back on two different trucks at the same time. Highly recommend and will continue to do business with in the future!

They did an amazing job, left my truck extremely clean, freshly vacuumed, and didn't muss one piece of stray glass. I would highly recommend them for any glass work needed. Fast and friendly service.

This was the third windshield that Roy s has done for us in the past year and these guys do awesome work. Eric and Hayden are very professional with the work they do and are always on time. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will always be my choice. We have jeeps so we do a lot of windshields. Had used a large national co. in the past and they don t even come close to what these guys do!Need glass call Roy s auto glass.

Had our heated windshield replaced on our Land Rover. Service was phenomenal! Prompt appointment , excellent workmanship and they came, on time, to our workplace, so no downtime! Also, they took care of all the insurance billing-Highly recommend!

Had a tree fall on our car and smashed the rear window. Fran and Jim came and picked up our car and returned it a few hours later ! Vacuumed out the entire car! The service was prompt and courteous! Would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

These guys are just great. No other way to put it. Super easy to get a hold of, was less than 10 minutes to get my appointment set up and had my windshield fixed within the week! I just wanted to leave a review for Roys Auto glass. Just brought in my car for windshield replacement and must say the staff was fantastic and great people to deal with. I had to wait and was told ahead of time it would be 2 hours. As soon as I walked in someone was bringing my car into the shop honestly I don't think I was there an hour!And am beyond happy, I choose this local shop and not the big chain. Do yourself a favor and bring your business here if I could leave 10 stars I would.... A lot to be said for customer service...it is a lost art!Service: General window replacement

Customer service is awesome, fast service and good quality job! My passenger front window got busted from the below zero snow storm we just got last Sunday. Roy's Auto Glass fixed it for me. Highly recommend!
