Amazing team, amazing support through the process and extremely high end, top quality, better than new work ! I have had the same great experience twice now once on my mother's vehicle and this past time on my personal vehicle. I cannot say enough good things and I would recommend them to absolutely anybody who needs to have body work done. Please remember to support your local family businesses!

What a fantastic experience having my bumper repaired by Precision Auto. From the moment I walked in for an estimate, I was treated efficiently & professionally. The gentleman I worked with educated me about the process necessary to repair my car. They have rental vehicles available on site. The exterior work on my car looks wonderful. An added bonus/surprise was that my car's interior was squeaky clean too, and that's definitely not the way I gave them the car. WOW! Just WOW! Many thanks for a job well done. (Keep in mind that they close early on Fridays!)

Hit a Deer in October and these guys not old fixed her up but made her look as if I was driving it off the lot again for the first time. Incredible detail put into the fix and one of the best details.

Had to use Precision for a little fender bender this summer and then recently had an interior issue with the other front door, that required welding aluminum inside of the door. I choose them to do my work even though (found out after the fact) they are not in network with my insurance, based on their reviews and friends vouching. I even stopped by and talked to them before sending my car to them. I was sold. My car went to them I thought it would be smooth sailing. I know people that swear they are the best and are confused about my car after showing pictures.Not sharing the details now as they are still working some issues and trying to make it right and I m hoping to increase the stars. The customer service has been great.But a bit salty about a quote. I did ask for a quote for my door to be repainted, twice, while it was with them regarding a separate issue, and prior to them painting anything else because it only makes sense to do it while the rest is being done and to blend it at the same. Work was completed and I never got a quote.Went to pick it up yesterday hoping they may have just did it but that was wishful thinking and to boot still no one had a quote. So I asked again for the third time since it has to go back for repairs to the repairs again. ( a light issue so not due to craftsmanship). Although, now I have no rental and have to figure out how to manage bringing it back for the required repairs even though it s been there for almost two months.But still have hope my car is just an odd case and this is just how things tend to go so. Lol

Took my 2 year old Blazer for some repair. Was going to sell it when I got it fixed. After 2 weeks I got it back. It is better than brand new. No way I'm selling now. Thank You Precision!!

I can't think of any words to describe Precision Auto with, other than simply amazing.I brought my car in to be repaired after getting rear ended. Right off the bat they were able to point out some damage the insurance adjuster and myself missed. Their attention to detail is immaculate, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. They will not be happy until the repairs are perfect.I did not buy this car brand new, but I think Precision made it look better than it would have when it rolled off the lot. I found them as a recommendation from my insurance carrier. The work they did, while it seemed expensive, was the best body work I've seen. I had sold cars for almost 30 years and have seen countless repainted fendes, doors, etc. Percision's work was flawless. Absolutely the best body work I have ever seen. An added bonus was that their people are as friendly and helpful as you could ever want. Plus they handled all the rental car stuff too. Thank you Percision!

Been going to Precision for years! And YES, I've needed their service more than normal (3 kids /w Licenses). Each and every single time they have exceeded my expectations when it comes to delivery, timelines and presentation of the result. I can't ask for anything more! I recently was involved in a rear end accident. I prefer to support local business so I went to Precision. I can t thank the entire staff enough for the work they did. They arranged my rental, performed a quality repair of my vehicle and detailed the vehicle as well! I had to call them after I returned home. I told Stephanie my Jeep hasn t looked that nice since the day I drove it off the lot! Quality work by a great business!

My 2016 Ford Taurus was involved in an accident on 7/21 and I had to have it towed to my home. On 7/22 I contacted Precision and spoke with Stephanie. She was able to get their tow operator to come pick up the vehicle the same day. The vehicle had extensive damage to the front end and Precision worked with my insurance company to agree upon repairs and completed the work in a matter of a few weeks. The vehicle looked brand new when we picked it up and the folks at Precision were exceptionally nice to work with. The car looks beautiful!! I was referred to Precision after I had a hit and run. There was body work that needed to be done and I also asked for an interior/exterior detailing while the car was in the shop. The staff was excellent and walked me through every step of the repair and set up the car rental. When I picked up my car, it looked BRAND new - better than when I bought it!! I can't say enough about this company. Everyone was professional, took care of all the insurance details, and had a cold air conditioned car rental waiting for me when I dropped off my car. My vehicle was brand new - less than 5000 miles. I also can't say enough about the office staff. Both times, they helped me with car seats and properly installing them in the rental. Complete Rebuild after major collision.I was a nothing special customer to Precision. Then I had an accident which the insurance company said was a TOTAL! I really liked my car. I had heard of Precision and thought, I will give them a try. I told them what I wanted. Make it LIKE NEW again.THEY DID! Better in fact.The quality of their work was exemplary, the time was extremely reasonable and the price, well THAT WAS MORE THAN FAIR!Please, take my word for it. Come see my car.I am not an employee of Precision, have no financial interest in them, but I am a fan NOW! Just pleasantly surprised by the quality and integrity of this company!

In November I got into an accident and had front end damage on my 2015 Silverado 2500HD. Precision was able to take it in in early December and had it ready shortly after New Years. They did an excellent job with repairs and returned it detailed. The day after I had a "check engine light" on the truck and they promptly did diagnostics and corrected the issue. I was referred to Precision Auto by my insurance company and Hertz Car Rental after being in a car accident, from the first phone call to them to the day I picked my vehicle up was amazing! They were very professional, empathetic and helpful through the whole process! I got my vehicle back in better condition than it was before and I was so pleasantly surprised that they even detailed it for me! I am so happy with their service and highly recommended them if you need auto repair. My car received a nice dent in the fender and hood. They repaired the dents with no Problems and it looks beautiful quality quality work I will be bringing my Car here for future work in the future. Paint looks amazing no imperfections what so ever especially on a black car. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I was scared to even ask for a rental and that fear was smashed with there help. What can I say, just another instance of the consistent, quality work, Mike and All ,the crew, put out over at Precision.Truly the best collision repair center I have ever used, bar none. Everyone is so accommodating even though I dislike anything happening to my vehicles, Precision handles everything, insurance companies, details, they even let me cry on their shoulder, :) all the stuff needed to bring your car back to factory condition.Great job team! Ive been a customer of Precision's for many years and I should have written this long before this note but forget sometimes the importance of social media. My auto was borderline totaled. I was told by a former employee of an insurance company to go there. Their workmanship was unbelievable. Stephanie, the customer representative and the first person you meet at the door is enough reason to go to Precision. She explains everything, got my rental car when I showed up explained everything about the car and informed me during the process of fixing my car.

I highly recommend this place for all of your auto body needs. The quality of the work is exceptional down to the very minor details. Bring your vehicle there if you have had an accident, and leave the rest to the personable and talented staff. They take care of all insurance company matters including car rental. This is truly the best auto body service I have ever used. My vehicle always looks great and you would never know it had been in an accident. After my vehicle was involved in a hit and run collision Precision quickly brought my vehicle back to like new condition. They worked closely with Mapfre and the process went smooth start to finish. Mike, Eddie, Tim, and Stephanie were fantastic. Made the trip from Leominster to Dudley due to them being highly recommended by a family member and it was well worth the trip. Precision recently did some repair work on my car, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the results. The car looks perfect not only on the outside, but they also detailed the inside beautifully. The admin staff is also so easy to deal with; they are supportive and very helpful. The accident was not my fault, but I needed to get the car fixed. I stopped in to Precision, and not only did I get a quick appointment, but Melissa handled the calls to the insurance companies, as well as the rental car company. When my appointment came, I dropped off my keys, got the rental car keys, and left. Super easy! When the car was done, we reversed it, and reswapped keys. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, efficient, and wonderful to deal with. The best part? When I picked up my car, it was professionally detailed inside and out! I would recommend Precision to anyone and everyone!
