I visited the store in Dracut, Ma for a tail light. Ace gave top notch service. He even replaced the light for me right then! He was polite, and professional as is typical for a trip to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Great service!

Went to get a part and was asked if I had cash. It's 2023 no one uses cash nowadays. The employees are offering discounts for bribes. Definitely not going back after that. Blatant employee theft. Avoid. Who knows what scams they're running behind the parts counter.

This was my first visit here but definitely not the last.Adam went above and beyond to help me and he did it with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. I have never experienced such great customer service like I did in this store.Great staff friendly service & very polite. I really felt welcomed. Definitely recommend this store !

All the staff are nice and courteous especially the guy his name is Jimmy he's knowledgeable, he helped me a lot to find the right LED bulb for my headlight and installed them properly. Now I can see better while driving mostly at night. Because of that I offered to bring him a filipino food that I usually cook to show him how I'm satisfied and greatly appreciated his helpfulness.Anna

Meh. Tried coming in at 830 pm on Monday. Doors were locked, and staffed just shrugged at me through the window. Corporate website and google says 9 pm. Operating times are either misleading or have since changed.

Very nice employees, did there best to help me out but they didn't have the spark plugs I needed in stock and unfortunately my car is misfiring so I couldn't order them and wait I needed them right away! So they called another store and made sure they had them for me so I didn't waste my time going and end up not having either!

I Called the Dracut store and a very helpful associate by name of Joni answered all my questions. When I went to store the same associate helped me find all the parts and supplies I needed. I highly recommend this store! Staff was helpful and professional.

If you need it this place will have it. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I needed a hose but didn't Know the name; an employee came out to my car identified it and made sure i got on my way with the right part.

Still way over priced on e everything. They will try to give you the top of the line product and try to talk you out of the cheap one that's the Same with an off brand . I'll stick with Amazon next day for a 3rd or Less cost .
