After going through the car wash, I discovered my car's trim was blown off - a clear result of the washing process. Understanding that accidents happen, I lodged an incident report expecting a reasonable solution.Sadly, the response was far from satisfactory. Despite the clear damage, the team claimed they found no issues. When I asked for photographic evidence, my request was ignored, which led to even greater disappointment due to their lack of transparency.Now, I'm left to shoulder an unexpected repair cost, seemingly a result of their equipment malfunctioning. What concerns me isn't just the issue itself, but the dismissive approach towards a genuine customer complaint. This experience has made me question their customer service as well as the safety standards of their equipment.I wouldn't wish a similar experience on any other customer.

I went to this car wash and I realized I got a bubble on my tire after I went into the car wash and I was very upset how i going to go to a carb wash and I put it in N and keeps hands off the wheel and came out with a bubble smh I don t have 160 for a tire when I got my tires changed THESE ARE BRAND NEW TIRES . Very upset

Waited in line for about 20 minutes for someone to come out and tell me I can t wash my Ford F150 because it has a Tommy gate on it. I go through every other car wash with no issues.

Everyone is offered a pay option for unlimited premium wash. If not interested you can still get a free basic wash. Afterwards you can vacuum the vehicle with the best vacuum anywhere. Make sure to secure any paperwork or lose change.

Great car wash, great help, monthly plan is a real value.Vacuums really " suck" enough power to suck a golf ball thr a garden hose

If you do not have a brand new car, this place is good. If your car is in really good condition, avoid this place. It will make micro lacerations on your windshield and on your paint job. I love what they provide here, I just wish the bristles they used were more gentle on my windshield. Thank god I tested this place with a rental Tesla for work and not my brand new Tesla.Overall 4.5* because it is a great value proposition. Just be aware that an automatic car wash is always very likely to be inferior to a wash that is hand done. The abrasion can t be avoided.

I received a free car wash by using a flyer they sent in the mail , and I also vacuumed my car for free!! Can't ask for more than that!! My car looks beautiful, and the vacuum is so powerful! I like the attachment on the vacuum it gets in the small areas. Best experience I have had in a long time at a car wash! I will be going to them from now on!! !!

Today, I stopped at Prestige and was pleasantly surprised that my car wash was FREE! But even better, my car was salty and needed a good wash and I m thoroughly happy with the clean wash. My car looks like new again! The facility is clean and bright and Jonas was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Today, I stopped by to do a car wash because it says it's a FREE CAR WASH. I definitely didn't regret going in because it really do the job washing my car very clean. These car wash used to be a Auto Spa, and now called Prestige Car wash. I highly recommend this auto car wash.

I took my car for a wash and was met with 1) long waits due to staff trying to upsell their membership, and 2) mediocre wash. My car was still dirty in several different spots and noticed a few scratches. I won t be going back.

Coupon came in the mail for a free was through 5/31/23. Went on 5/30. Waited 15 minutes while the attendant fiddled with the guy in front of me s phone. When I got in line and called the coupon up on my phone , it came up EXPIRED 5/29! The attendant didn t even speak english!! What a scam and a waste of time!!

Monthly unlimited packages are a good deal. The free vacuums are incredible. Definitely make sure everything is strapped down and nothing important is in their path because they will suck up everything in their path.

Great car wash, clean and new. No old style brushes that make me wonder when the last time they were cleaned like other places. Sweet spot!

They were giving away free washes when I came. The wash itself did an excellent job! The free vacuums were a bonus too and they did GREAT. Highly recommend!

The car comes out just as dirty. In order for a car to come out clean, it has to be hand washed first. If i m paying, make it worth the money
