I brought my car for flat tire. He ripped the tire wide open and said I need a new tire. I did not hear any sound of air leaking prior to getting this shop, and left the shop with the air leaking even more (I could even hear the sound). He said I am sorry. I ended up purchasing a new tire from another shop when all I needed was a plug.

Henry s has taken great care of my old truck over the last few years, even once fixed an unfixable alignment problem. Always timely, fair, and honest. Very knowledgeable shop, they can fix anything on any car. My truck was showing wear with sagging springs and a few other things. After a few hours in the shop with new struts, brakes, and misc items fived it is like brand new!Job is always done right!

Very impressed with Henry's honesty and diligence at helping solve my car problems. He's worked on a pickup truck and a sports car of mine, as well as an older classic car. His attitude, pricing and ethics are rarely seen today. Keep it up Henry!

I've been a customer for years and always appreciated the fine, honest service at Henry's. I don't live nearby anymore but was on 93 the other day when I saw a trouble icon about tire pressure. Stopped, didn't see anything wrong but I'm glad I went to Henry's bc by the time I got there, tire was already deflating. New tire had a nail in it but was repaired in no time. Great human beings over there!

Excellent service at fair prices. Their team was personable and very thorough in explaining the status of my vehicle. They were able to order the parts needed and made all repairs the same day in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Henry s if you re in search of a new mechanic.

This shop is a classic, honest neighborhood mechanic. They were competitively priced, quick to schedule me, and uo front about their estimates and reasons for going over. They have a no-hassle loaner car, too. I will be going to them again for sure.

My car broke down while I was in Andover for work, I had my car towed to their shop and they were able to finish before end of day. I could tell they were very busy, but managed to accommodate replacing my breaks and break pads, before the end of the day so that I did not have to use the loner car and drive the 45 minutes back the next day or later that week. Car troubles usually ruin your day, but it could have been a lot worse if I hadn't gone to Henry's! Highly recommend :) I've been driving with my new breaks for about a month and they've been great! Such nice people too!!Service: Brakes

Henry s changed me 2.5 hours labor for a repair job that I know took them less than 45 minutes to complete. How do I know? Because I called them at 4:07 to check on the status of the repair. The receptionist stated they had not yet started the repair, and I listened as he spoke to the mechanic about the possibility of getting the repair done before close. At 4:52pm (45 minutes later) I received a call back from Henry s saying that the repair was done, and asked if I would like to pay over-the-phone (to which I declined).The next day, I picked-up the car and the invoice showed a charge of 2.5 labor hours. Upon questioning this, the receptionist provided the justification of 1 labor hour to determine the problem and 1.5 labor hours for the repair...a repair that took less than 45 minutes. The owner/manager heard the conversation and came out of the back to tell me that it s 1.5 hours of labor because that s what the book says to charge and that if you don t like our prices then go to the dealer who charges twice as much .I m going to take Henry s advice and go somewhere else next time.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A friend recommended Henry's when I needed a new starter. I was very satisfied with this service. I recently need more work done for another problem (chipmunks chewed throug a part) and, again, I'm very happy. And, the location couldn't be more convenient, right in the neighborhood. I will certainly recommend Henry's to others who need mechanic work. Thanks, Henry!

As a woman, dealing with auto repair shops can be intimidating. Not so with Henry's. They are friendly and explain car issues very well. They also work fast. With one exception I have experienced same day service. Having to get your car fixed is a nuisance, but dealing with Henry's makes the experience less difficult.

I'm fairly new to the Andover area and heard about Henry's from my landlord. Both my husband and I have brought our vehicles into Henry's for miscellaneous problems and they have been nothing but excellent to us. I will continue to bring my car here and highly recommend to anyone.

I called Henry's to schedule an appointment. With no prior experience with them I didn't know what to expect.By the time I paid, I had complete confidence in their honesty, knowledge, and competency. I will honestly never bringy vehicle anywhere else. I live over 90 mins away, but I will schedule my auto repairs to line up with whenever I am in the Andover area

Life savers! Was driving down to Florida the next day when my car sprung a transmission leak late afternoon before. These guys stayed overtime to get it fixed so I could leave on time the next day.Used these guys many time, always a great experience with good quality.

wow, it had to be a desperate moment to have work done here. Was over charged for service. The price increased 3 times. Man at the front desk / phones is rude and irritable when calling for repair status.
