We came due to a sickness in the family and had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly but we were up just about ALL night due to a bunch of kids running down the hall and what sounded like gymnastics in the room above us which is frustrating considering the price of the room and the 6 hour drive home ahead of us. Staff did say they would send security, but it was still happening until about 4-4:30 a.m.Rooms: Beautiful, spacious and clean

This facility is very nice. My room was clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and professional.Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, so you hear every door open and close. Then I had grown men outside in the parking lot drinking and playing bean bags on a wooden platform. The constant banging of the bags went on for 3.5 hours. The hotel management offered me ear plugs. My noise cancelling ear buds didn't help.My final opinion, STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Great stay, good location. Friendly staff (front desk, house keeping, breakfast staff) from check in to ck out, they all made our stay a good one. Breakfast choices were fabulous, the souffle, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, muffins, toast etc) The "breakfast ladies" were amazing!!! Even if you were not a morning person & you went to breakfast, they always greeted you with a smile, a cheery hello & food conversation. We did have a couple of incidents over the weekends with kids running up & down the hallways, the stairwell & being in the gym without their parents. The front desk staff did intervene & handled the situation well. I would stay here again whenever I'm on the area. Hopefully it would be when it's a little warmer & there was no snow on the ground.

By far, the friendliest staff of any hotel I ve ever stayed at! So helpful & accommodating! The breakfast was surprisingly really great! Lots of options for various diet needs.Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a little too warm in my room, and I had a hard time adjusting it. I ended up putting the AC on to cool it off a bit. But otherwise, the room was perfect. Will definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel highly!

Good value and location. Comfortable rooms with extra space. Breakfast included. Washing machines and dryers on the first floor.Rooms: This time, our room was disappointing, with nightstand drawers that did not work and dust in the compartment below. However, free shampoo and shower gel were upscale and fragrant. Bed comfortable. Fridge and mini freezer very good.Food & drinks: Breakfast options are very good, and hot options vary each day. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Pleasant space.

This hotel is not on par with other springhilll suites. We have stayed in many of them on the road and this felt well below the standard experience. The room had a damp smell, like the carpet had been wet repeatedly and smelled musty. The ac was either freezing or too humid. The walls are THIN and I heard all sorts of things I didn t need to hear. Weird stain on my nightstand. Wouldn t stay at this particular location again.

Shout out to the Only Fans influencer earning her rent in the next room over, because she was putting in overtime. I hope she was a Marriott rewards member and got a complimentary bottle of Evian water! I ve never seen a derelict army base with such a small town charm and this hotel is right in the middle of it. If you re on an adventure to tour the desiccated corpse of the late Fort Devens, the SpringHills Suites is the place to stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast was really good.Nearby activities: You can take a leisurely stroll around the Intel School campus, where the student body and staff have been on sabbatical since last century. The only thing holding it up, aside from the abatement costs for demo, is the academic spirit of the US Army.Noteworthy details: The perfect alternative to staying in the asbestos soaked traphouses on cantonment. No prison showers or leaky ceilings, and it s always a perk not having to have to make eye contact with other people during you morning BM.

The establishment was clean. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. Rooms clean and decently sized. I hated their pillows, no feather pillows. Easy access in and out of your room. There is 1 restaurant across the street and a few more at a short drive. Breakfast is included, but like everything else inflation is eating away the offerings. The area is nice and quiet situated adjacent to fort Devens.

We stayed in June, 2023. I thought the reviews about thin walls were overly sensitive people but I was wrong. Normally I don't mind some muffled noise from other rooms but the walls are so thin here we could hear full conversations happening at normal speaking levels in the rooms to either side of us, and every step the people in the room above us took was like thunder in our room. Wondering when your neighbor is taking a shower? You'll hear that too!Otherwise the rooms and hotel overall were nice and clean, parking was easy, and there were a couple decent restaurants nearby. Location couldn't be better if you are in town for an event at Rogers field - you can walk there in less than 10 minutes.

Good location. The bed linens, bathroom towels were very fresh and good. Check in and check out experience was great. Would have been nice if the breakfast had more fruits options. Also, a kettle in the room for making coffee, tea would have been great!

We booked a reservation for a friends wedding about 6 months ago. We reserved a single bed king suite. Upon arrival we were told they overbooked the kings and we would get a two queens instead. When we get to the room we just have two full size beds. My feet were hanging off the bed. We talked to someone at the front desk who was nice but kept saying we had two queen beds when we clearly did not. We asked why we were still charged full price for a lessor room and were told all rooms are the same price. This was not true when we booked but no wonder the kings were over booked if so. The whole conversation just seemed like the car rental scene from Seinfeld. Anyone can take reservations that s easy. It s holding them that s the important part The hotel is in a nice location but is very tired lots of things seemed to be quirky or not working properly. Not a bad stay but reservations don t mean much to them so beware of that.

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly, professional young woman. We were so happy to find our room clean, very spacious and updated. The couch was so big we could have fit our other 4 travelers I booked a room for , in this room with us! Security even called up to our room when my Husband checked in after us to be sure it was okay to give him a key . Every other hotel within 20 moles was 400-600$ while this suite was under 200$ Highly recommended!

It s alright besides no sound proof rooms can hear everything next rooms , the hallways , and the cars on the main rd and the parking is crazy not enough spaces for one end of the hotel which is a very long stretch if you are a disabled person wouldn t be fun to walk so if you plan to go out at night know that you most likely want have good parking at the East end of the hotel , but it is clean and staff are nice rooms are good size haven t explored the rest of the hotel yet . But Thank You for having us very much appreciate the good service and can t wait to try the morning breakfast bar .

I had my bridal party book rooms here for our wedding. Everyone had a problem. At first I had initially booked 3 rooms. A month before my wedding they told me I only had one room . Which I said okay, that s fine. Let s just have a room with two queens then. I was then charged for three rooms when only using ONE. When one of my bridal party members checked in they said they didn t have a room - so, she stayed with me. Come to find out we got an email saying she never showed up to her reservation she DID have a room. The front desk told her she didn t.On top of this my grandmother is in the hospital so she couldn t make it to our wedding. They said that is fine, it wasn t a prepaid room we can cancel two days later we got an email saying they didn t show, and they were charged. This is the most DISORGANIZED hotel I have EVER stayed at.My husband and I tried calling and speaking to a manager we never got a response. This has also never been resolved. There are a total of 3 rooms that were paid for that nobody used because they couldn t get the information correctly! There were groomsmen that were placed in a layout they didn t want. One groomsmen s room wasn t on file. It was HORRENDOUS.

Great hotel! Stayed here for a night with my family because they had to work on our plumbing. The customer service staff was awesome! We arrived a little earlier to check in and they just served us and checked us in quickly. Very friendly and caring about our needs. The room was huge with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It had a fridge and microwave. The kids enjoyed the clean pool. The next morning we had free breakfast at the lobby. They had cold cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausages you name it. We would definitely rent a room again if we need again.

It was okay. Disappointed that these are not true suites, there is no bedroom door! Also no nightlight so we left the bathroom light in all night. Pool is on the smaller side, but the water was positively frigid! Heat in the room was either on or off and the air was painfully dry. Shower and bathroom was nice. Breakfast (grab and go) was adequate. No hot chocolate or decaf coffee. Manager on duty was very pleasant and helpful.

Great place to stay. The entire hotel was immaculate. I was very pleased to see how clean everything was in my room. The room was very large and in in excellent condition too (walls and bathroom were not stained or beat up looking). Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Parking was very convenient. The hotel was very quiet as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

First off the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating before and during our stay. They were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel looked and smelled very clean. The rooms were a bit dated and the layout was a little cramped for a family of 3 (would probably be fine for a single traveler or a couple). The pool is FREEZING!!! My son was most excited about the pool, yet we could only tolerate it for about 45 minutes. It was probably 60 or less. The have a small business area and gym too which is nice. Mid-week it was very quiet which was nice as well. They had just starting doing breakfast again, which was convenient. The breakfast was ok. Microwaved omelettes and sausage patties, pre packed muffins and croissants, yogurt, and 2 types of fruit. No condiments or anything out out for anything (butter, jelly, peanut butter, ketchup, salt, pepper, etc). No sign that coffee was offered at the desk, we didn't see that it was until we were checking out. Overall a good stay. I don't think we would stay again as a family because it doesn't fit all our needs, but definitely a good place to stay if in the area on business or if the pool isn't a priority.

Wow, this place was all right. After a grueling 5 night stay at a nearby hotel it was so nice to get into a place that was nice. Room was great, clean, and well laid out. TV, WIFI, AC, and fridge were awesome. The shower worked well with great pressure and endless hot water. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked out great. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. If this place had a Hot Tub it would have been perfect. I'll see you next time I'm in town.
