This is my third car from North Shore Mazda. I appreciate the service I receive from sales, service and parts. They are very responsive to questions, and eager to help with any issues that arise. George was wonderful to work with. He was very kind, knowledgeable and made the process of choosing a car incredibly easy. I highly recommend North Shore Mazda.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I got an oil change and had my car serviced, but I was also having issues with my iPhone connecting to my Apple Car Play - something had gotten funky and it took a couple guys to figure it out and fix it. They were probably working on it for at least an extra 10 minutes. I had been frustrated with not being able to figure it out myself, so I was very happy they were finally able to find the fix, and they were very polite and patient in doing so!

North Shore Mazda in Danvers is absolutely amazing!!! John B was the most professional and helpful associate I have ever met in my car service history! I only got a simple oil change & tire rotation but they sent a video of everything and it shows how helpful and trustworthy they are! This is my first Mazda but it definitely will not be my last! I have recommended North Shore Mazda to everyone I know since I have purchased my vehicle! You will always have my business.

Well my daughter has a Mazda she loves this car and has had it looked at before at north shore Mazda they had done a great job , she is only a kid and they treated her with kindness showed her a video of the problem ,they were amazing. So this time she left the country and her car sat for months. I called and booked an appointment the car was in bad shape it had a nest under the air filter and John the manager called me explained all my options and tried to keep the price down the best he could. I feel I can trust what they tell me and I got a video showing me the problems. Nothing was done without my approval. With that being said I would absolutely recommend the North Shore Mazda service center. To anyone I care about.Thank for everything Kat cassy s mom

I worked with Nestor, Tim and Brian and they were incredible. Kind, understanding, easy, asked great questions and found the perfect model for me without any pressure or upsell. A+++++And the design and handle of the CX50 is amazing too. Mazda hit a home run with this car

Great experience. First oil change was complimentary and only cost me $35.00 to upgrade to full synthetic. I was in and out in a really short time with a good report. Thank you, North Shore Mazda!

The service dept. at North Shore Mazda is friendly and very customer conscious, explaining any repairs that need to be done, taking pre videos to show what needs to be done before the work is confirmed! This dealership and everyone working there blew it out of the water for me! From scheduling appointments to the purchase of a new car I couldn t have asked for a better experience! The customer service I received was incredible and the process was made easy by everyone on the Mazda staff. The car is stunning and I couldn t be happier! I would recommend both the Mazda brand and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

All well except I needed new tires after only 25K miles on my Mazda bought new. Learned that low mileage tires are utilized on new cars for sales purposes.Doesn t seem fair to the buyer. It s a great place to get your car serviced because they re very fast and have a really comfortable clean waiting area with coffee and water. My only complaint is it s a little expensive, but it s worth the extra price for the service!

Went in for an oil change. Service was great, I like that I get to see the underside of my vehicle while service is being performed. Recommendations but no pressure to have repairs done. Wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Went in for regular service visit and the team noticed squeaking in the rear passenger tire and took care of it without me even mentioning it. I ve always had a good experience with North Shore Mazda. From the time I ordered my 2016 Miata in 2015, through every service. Easy to make appointments. The time for all standard service appointments is great. Not much longer than an hour. An explanation of service and requirements via a video email while you wait. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I do a lot of my own maintenance but always get oil changed at the dealer as they look at things a little different than me.Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I am a customer advocate and believe in honest reviews. I continue to be favorably impressed by North Shore Mazda's service department. By choice, my wife and I have just one car so it's really important that the car be carefree and have as little down time as possible. The dealer has consistently given good, timely service and showing a live video of the mechanic's findings is a brilliant concept. Price of the scheduled service was reasonable and John's (the service manager) evaluations has been valuable for us to determine when to trade. I've seen a deterioration of good customer service in a number of industries including hospitality, trade, etc. especially since the end of the pandemic. I may be old fashioned but high quality service still is important to me and I' glad to say that my experience with this dealer's service department continues to be at a high level.Services: Tires, Oil change

The staff at Mazda are very helpful, kind and customer service centered. Get you in quickly. They are prepared to answer any questions regarding their policies and work. They video record their work. I appreciate their transparency. North Shore always exceeds my expectations and is constantly adding little things to make the experience better.I love the videos they send with the mechanic going over everything in crystal clear detail.The waiting room has everything you need to plug in and get some work done or just relax.They explained last time how they rounded down on the mile service (22k mi service despite me having 31k), so that my next oil change will be free. I didn t even ask them to do that!And when my car was done, they pulled it into the adjacent bay so that I didn t have to walk out in the rain.First class all around!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Mazda service is great. I recently had an oil change and 2 repairs covered under warranty. For the warranty repair that took 2 weeks I was given a nice loaner car. The staff are friendly and professional and the waiting area is nice with coffee and free WiFi. I have 2 Mazdas and get all my work done here because I d rather have the Mazda experts do the work. The prices aren t unreasonable either and similar to most other mechanics. I also like the video inspections they send you.
