Matt and his team are absolutely amazing.Super professional, good prices and fast but methodical work.Had a new set of rims put on and then new tires. Both experiences were excellent.Thanks Matt!

Very clean..very friendly..knowledgeable and fairly priced. I am impressed in general. And will be returning to the shop on Endicott st in Danvers for all my future auto needs. They deserve more than 5 stars.

I knew I needed a complete brake job and wanted it to be done right. If I was going to spend a lot of money I knew Monroe was one of the places I was going to check out. After speaking with Matt at the Danvers shop I was confident this was the place to have the work done. Matt was the reason I used Monroe. After two days driving I know this was a good choice. Also had an oil change and will continue using Monroe for the oil changes and anything else I might need in the future.

After getting a post purchase inspection done elsewhere, I was told I needed front pads and rotors. I had to select an in network shop to perform the warranty work, I chose Monro because of their good ratings. They pulled a rock out of my rear brakes, which I appreciate, but they told me my front brakes were "fine" and wouldn't get approved for warranty. I left Monro with my brakes still squealing under normal use. I then brought the car back to the mechanic I got the inspection done at and sure enough, brakes are still shot, and they got the warranty company to approve the $2000 repair. Monro clearly didn't try to initiate the warranty claim, not sure if the reasoning was ignorance, laziness, or both. I know the warranty company doesn't always pay appropriate labor hours, but I would've gladly paid them out of pocket for the difference. If I took their advice, that $2000 would be coming out of my pocket, get a second opinion if you're in a similar situation. Will not consider bringing my vehicle here again, nor will I recommend anyone does.

We were traveling in the Northeast for the holidays and picked up a screw in our tire. It was 4:30 the day after Christmas and we couldn t find any tire shop that could patch it. Some had up to a week s wait and some said to drop it off the next day and they would try to work us in. We were heading out the next morning so that wasn t going to work. When I called Monro, he said I could bring it right in. We got there and he was very nice (pretty sure he was the manager), he fixed it and we were out of there in a little over half an hour! Great service!

Matt and Nick at the Danvers Location were absolutely the best. Brought my truck in after a flat and they took care of everything and even gave me a courtesy inspection and answered all of my questions. They were fast to diagnose any other issues with my truck and explained everything in great detail. Nick even went out of his way to go pick up a part they didn t have handy just to service all of my vehicles needs I would 100% recommend going to Monroe s for the best service possible and will be telling friends and family about this location!

I was very far from home and my caliper froze. We called the shop and they offered for us to bring it right in and they would fix it the same day. I couldn t have asked for better service. The workers were extremely nice and worked on my car right away. Even though it is far from my home I will be planning to bring my other vehicles there.

Found a nail in my tire called them around an hour and a half before they closed to see if they could help me out and they were able to squeeze me in! Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful.

Mechanic told my fianc� that it wouldn t be his fault if the car blows up next week when he brought my car in for a transmission flush. They must have damaged the line or neglected to close the system back up, and my next trip out all of the new fluid leaked everywhere. Clearly, it s very much their fault that my car is now likely unsalvageable.

My car broke down on me on a Saturday and I called monro tires repair, I was asked to come in the same day for my car to be serviced. They helped me understand what was wrong and told me to leave the car there for a few day. I got my car back on the road running like nothing happened. Thank you guys

DO NOT bring your car here.They are the worst kind of scammers.Paid over $600. so I have the brake pads replaced. I had to bring it back because they didn t fix them the 1st time. brought it back again still not fixeddisputed it with my card and they disputed the charge back.They are the worst kind of scammers.I have to bring my car to another place to have the job done correctly. This is not over. If I have to bring them to court, I will I m not paying twice to have brakes done once.DO NOT bring your car here. They ll charge you hundreds of dollars and send you on your way and they couldn t care less that they put your life in danger by driving an unsafe car, putting you, your family, and everybody else on the road at risk.

Great service! I had a last minute emergency where I needed one tire replaced. Other tire service centers in the area basically told me to get lost (I guess there is not enough money in it for changing just one tire). The manager at Monro told me he could fit me in and they got it done in no time. Really appreciate the help and getting me on my way!

Purchased tires on tire rack and selected them as installer. Scheduling for install was a week out, but I wasn't in a rush. Installation pricing was as advertised by tire rack. Gave me a discount on an alignment, which the checked and determined would be beneficial. Friendly staff. Easy way to get new tires at a good price. Would recommend.

Excellent Customer Service! I bought 4 new tires, and got a deal on an alignment. I only had time to do 2 tires when I first went. They worked so well with my schedule to do the second 2 tires and the alignment. After canceling twice, then randomly showing up when I had time. They took me right in. Told me about a couple things that I need to repair. And quoted me a great price! I will definitely come back and refer anyone to them.

You want to go here If you have been told you need brakes, an alignment and want another opinion, or if you need an oil change or any service; these guys will do you right. I am so glad I took my car here.I was told at another big-name tire shop that my car needed brakes, rotors, tie rods, and the list went on. I didn't believe them and wanted another opinion. A friend told me to take my car to Nick at Monro Tire in Danvers and that he would be upfront and honest with me. I did and it was worth my drive. Guess what? There was nothing wrong with my car.The staff here was great and they did not try to cheat me as the other tire shop did. I'll be taking my car to these guys anytime I need tires, maintenance, battery, or service.

Stopped by here at a moment's notice to get an inspection on a used car I was planning to buy. It was around New Year's and all other places were closed. Nick did a thorough check of the car's components (including brakes, tires, and the engine) and clearly explained to me what would likely need replacement down the road. He also didn't charge me anything! Excellent service and I would be happy to come back here if I needed actual repairs done on the car.

UPDATEHonestly hands down Best Auto Shop...Every time I have an issue with my car Nick is on top of it..He always makes me feel secure that no matter the issue it will be taken care of... This guy needs a raise and as a barber working in a barbershop I rave to every client how awesome Nick at Monro's in Danvers is, Nick is exceptional!!!!!!!!!I needed an oil change, I checked online for the best auto place for an oil change and I was recommended Monro Auto Shop. When I told my coworker where I was going she perked up and said I love that shop, that's a great shop. The mechanic was very helpful with her issue and she had nothing but great things to say. I made an appointment, Jeff the manager was able to get me in that day. Jeff took great care of my car, he did a very thorough job. He was helpful and informative. I will definitely take my car back to Monro. Jeff was Awesome. I highly recommend this shop!!!!!!!

Came in with a Hertz flat tire and they immediately called Hertz and got the approval. Hertz did not want to pay the going rate and Monroe agreed to adjust the price so I could get back on the road.GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Found myself in Peabody on a random Monday with a lag bolt stuck in my tire. The Manager and a new technician were on duty and they were able to quickly inspect and patch the tire. I was able to get back on the road and continue my day. I forgot to get their names but the Manager and technician were so nice and helpful. You can't go wrong stopping here for service.

What an amazing experience! Not only did they go above and beyond helping me with getting my tires. The stuff are amazing too really nice definitely we ll knowledgeable with there work! Now don t get me started on the price we re most places push up selling and overcharging you! These guys we ll not do that amazing price and never feel pressured into buying something you don t want!! If you ever need to get work done on your car 1000% recommend Monro s you we ll not be disappointed!!!!
