Sorena Choum from Ira Lexus in Danvers was amazing, and not the typical sales person (which I greatly appreciated). I wasn't expecting to walk in and buy a car in the same day but she made it painless, worthwhile, and personally, very exciting for me! My recent interaction with Ira Lexus left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite engaging in extensive email communication with multiple representatives, I was not informed about the crucial detail that Massachusetts does not allow temporary transit license plates. This lack of transparency wasted my time and money as I flew all the way to the dealership, only to discover that I couldn't purchase a car and drive it home on the same day.Even though I explicitly mentioned that I was from out of state, this vital information was withheld from me until I arrived in person. It's incredibly disappointing to realize that the dealership failed to inform me of this unique state regulation, especially considering the impact it had on my travel plans.While I understand that each state has its own regulations, it is the responsibility of the dealership to ensure that customers are fully informed before making such significant decisions. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my experience.Moving forward, I hope that IRA Lexus takes steps to improve their communication practices and ensure that all customers, especially those from out of state, are provided with accurate and comprehensive information to avoid similar frustrations in the future.Overall, my experience with IRA Lexus was extremely disappointing, and I would caution others to verify all necessary details before making any travel arrangements or commitments with them.

I had an excellent experience buying a 2015 Lexus RX350 at Ira Lexus from Joel Purdham. Joel was an excellent professional, I could tell he was no-nonsense and knew his stuff. It was a pleasurable buying experience where I didn t feel pressured and was happy to spend the time looking over the car. Hoping to get a lot of life out of this car!

From start to finish it couldn t have been any better. I cannot thank my salesman Jeffrey Hernandez enough for his professionalism, hospitality, honesty, and fluidity. The entire experience I had felt no pressure from anyone on the IRA sales team. They all had catered to my wife and I, and worked well past closing hours on more than one occasion to get us our deal. I appreciate everything that Jeffrey and the IRA team have done for me. They have earned not only my respect but my business for years to come!

I got my car serviced recently, and it was very quick and efficient. Dennis was a huge help in fixing the issues and concerns that I expressed to him. He answered my questions in a way that was very easy to understand, and now I ask for him every time my car needs to be serviced.

Recently just purchased a RX350 and couldn t be happier.Great sales team from top to bottom they were all extremely helpful and kind. Joel was my salesman and he was very professional and knows what it takes to get a FAIR deal done that you can actually feel good about.From start to finish he made the whole process seem easy and painless and once I was finished I couldn t have been more pleased with how everything went . This is how purchasing a vehicle should be. Couldn t say thank you enough to them !!!

The man who signed me in was excellent.The problem was the car was supposed to be vacuumed and washed and the wait to do that was over an hour and I had to leave. If 45 minutes after being informed my car s service was finished I had not inquired I would have sat around another hour. I did not and took the car and left.Customers should not have to wait that long for something that basic. But as I said the guy who waited on me was very good and professional.

My experience with Ira Lexus Danvers was superior. The sales team (Gene) was knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive to my needs and questions. Abraham was knowledgeable and very responsive. Geoff was very thorough and made the financing and warranty details easy to understand. All in all it was a low stress experience for a change. You pulled out all the stops, much appreciated!

I recent bought my NX from Ira. Max Livingston was my sales rep - I have the had the smoothest car-buying process ever. He is extremely friendly and honest. Worked very professionally with me and helped make an informed decision on my purchase. I am extremely happy with my experience with Max and Ira Lexus - I highly recommend you get in touch with them if you are in the market for a Lexus, in MA state.

I just brought my car to be service with Dennis Pelligrino. I have been goin to him for years he never disappoints. My windshield cracked and Dennis took care of everything from start to finish cant beat the customer service wouldn't go anywhere else he is awesome professional and trust worthy!!

Ira Lexus in Danvers is a great Dealership and Jennifer Perry is the best Service Manager we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Jennifer is a knowledgeable professional who is easy to talk to, explains in detail everything we need to know and, responds quickly to our phone calls and questions. Scheduling is always easy and because of Jennifer and workers like her, our whole experience at Lexus of Danvers is rewarding and well worth the trip from Southern Maine to Massachusetts. We will continue to be customers of Lexus of Danvers and plan to buy our third Lexus from them. A wonderful Dealership, an excellent Service Manager, who could ask for anything more.

My father recently bought a vehicle from Kal Dabliz, and the process was excellent. He assisted my father and sisters in making the process go as smoothly as possible. Even though they went an hour before closing, he did not rush us and lingered for a short time beyond closing to assist us in finishing the sale. If you want to buy a new car, ask for Kal.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air in what can often be a very stale experience. I couldn t be happier with my purchase at Ira Lexus in Danvers. I met with a salesperson named Kal who actually listened to what I was looking for and found an excellent vehicle for me. When it came time to crunch the numbers, Geoff in their finance department, made the process easy to understand and left me feeling that I got a great value. It s nice to know there are still places that understand how important big purchases like a new car can be and treat you the right way.

What a refreshing change to meet a representative at a car dealership like Jenifer. Instead of your normal Lexus condensing, know-it-all, brash, in a hurry, type representative. We drove twice as far as our nearest Lexus Dealership and we were well rewarded by being taken care of by Jenifer. Congratulations IRA, you a good one there!

Today is my first time bringing my vehicle for service at IRA Lexus in Danvers. The representative who checked me in was very nice and courteous. The waiting room was very big and comfy with all drink and snacks available while I waited. The representative was very politely asked me if I wanted to receive a complimentary car wash I accepted.The service plus the free wash finished sooner than promised. I appreciated very much. I have nothing bad I say about the service at this dealership. I give it a thumb .
