I just picked up my car after having it repaired and I am very pleased with the results. My new car was hit and most of the drivers side needed replacing. They did a great job with the repair work and matched the paint quite well. I am very glad that I took my car to Ira Collision and would definitely recommend them. Quality work and they kept me updated on the progress.

Do not let these people waste your time !!They lie to you and over charge you for poor workmanship . I paid them 7,000$+ to replace a bumper & a fender an 16 hours to complete the work . I did not get my car back for close to 3 months . When I did . There was missing parts with my car and things were falling off within 24 hours of driving i was then told its my fault??. I ve been waiting an additional 3 months to have them repair their mistakes .They Litterally commented on this and then never got in touch with me lol !!!! Maybe they went on vacation ?4 weeks later still nothingServices: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the worst feelings is when your new car gets into an accident, and then the worst fear is, "What if the auto body ruins your car by not fixing the damage but damaging it even more?" So, after researching all the local body shops and reading thousands of reviews, I sent my car to IRA with Bob Moreau, feeling super nervous. However, Bob helped me in each step by reaching out and maintaining great communication regarding the delivery date of the car. My car was delivered to me on the promised time of 14 days with great repairs. I am very satisfied with Bob and IRA's extraordinary service and their skills.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I got my car back after it was in the shop for 3 months (not their fault, waiting for a part to be delivered) there were streaks of white paint on my fabric car seat. They offered to cover the cost of a detail but I would have had to leave my car there longer. I was surprised they did not clean the stains that were left on my car seat before giving me my car back due to carelessness.

This business is uniquely the worst automotive-related business that I have ever encountered. I dropped a vehicle off on May 10 for some relatively minor (all cosmetic) front end repair -- hood, grill, and bumper cover. The work should have taken no more than three weeks, and a competent shop could have completed the repair in half that time.It has now been two months, and my car has still not been repaired due to sheer incompetence and poor management.Among the gross mistakes:1. The original bumper cover they ordered was incorrect for my vehicle, which was discovered after it was painted, a month after I dropped off the car, so the correct cover had to be ordered, resulting in weeks of delay.2. They somehow lost the replacement grill that was ordered, so again they had to re-order a part resulting in another week of delay.3. The reordered grill was incorrect for my vehicle and a third grill had to be ordered, resulting in yet another week of delay.4. They finally called on July 3rd and claimed the vehicle was ready. Upon inspection, the hood and bumper cover were woefully misaligned (1/16th-inch gap on one side vs 3/16th-inch gap on the other in multiple places). In addition, the bumper cover had a very noticeable mar in the paint.Now they won t return my phone calls, so I have no idea what other idiotic work they are doing. I would absolutely avoid this place at all costs!Service: Body & Trim

I did not have an excellent experience comparing to a previous experience with Hyundai repair center. I dropped off my car on Feb, 20th with a cracked grille and out of place bumper after a very minor accident ( pictures attached). I was told that this will take 2-3 weeks and I will get updates about the repair. I was never updated, I was calling to get updates. I called couple days after dropping off to find out parts not ordered. I picked up my car today ( 5 weeks from dropping off), Hyundai repair shop gave me a generous discount after only one week delay from promised date. Repair cost is too much!!! Repair was excellent. People interacted with were friendly.Noticed fine scratches on parts that they installed as brand newService: Body & Trim

Average experience since my vehicle had a ton of imperfections at the time they gave it back to me when i let them know they said record it and bring it back so that we can fix it. What that really means is more time and money out of me in rentals. When the job should have been completed correctly the first time

We had our 2022 Audi A5 in for a small collision repair, we understand things take time to fix and that was not an issue for us. But after a few weeks we started to hear a lot more road noise. We had inspected at our dealer IRA Audi who told us and showed us video of our the door gaskets were installed incorrectly. After we brought this to the IRA collision center we have been getting nothing but radio silence on the warranty of their repairs, which is VERY frustrating because otherwise we would have had a much more positive experience.

First of all, I called to make an appointment and when I arrived there wasn t one on file (I had confirmation email and text). My car took just about six weeks to be completed. The employees are NOT customer friendly: one called me crazy when I said I would never do business here again. Never again will I do business at the collision center; nor will I recommend it.

I had a terrible experience at IRA Collision Center with low communication and poor client service from IRA coordinator staff - Peter , we abf my insurance agency reached out him many times but he does not have any feedback for us about the estimated complete date even my insurance company confirmed the estimate coverage cost for repairing my car last week but unil now I have not received any final advice and confirmation from him. I am so disappointed about poor service from IRA collision center. I expect IRA senior management should do a serious investigation on thier collision process to give me a explanation on my complaint

Well dropped off my wife car all most a month ago to have some body work done spoke to manager 3 days before he said it was done just needed mechanic to go thru mechanical stuff I was informed Friday it was ready so went to pick it up Saturday only half the job was done and after me asking to test drive it before I paid i was told to pay first so gave thousands dollars got into car to drive and did not make it of the lot the car was worse then when dropped had to take rent

As an attorney, I ve dealt with body shops as I represented clients in auto accidents. I also purchased two Porsches and two Subarus from Ira but nevertheless, I was treated very shabbily. First of all one of the ladies at the front desk was unprofessional and did not give proper information. It would ve made the process a little less confusing. For example, all she had to do was told me that I had to get a certine form. From the insurance company would ve taken about 30 seconds she never did, and then sarcastically mentioned it several calls later. She also sent me an email by accident that was intended for the person handling the Repair, which was very insulting towards me Because I had the nerve to ask for some information. I also was promised week after week at my next week, but she never came. just to summarize a ride to have a root canal then deal with Ira autobody

Difficult experienceI had an accident at end of December of 2019 and my car was initially taken to a local body shop in Maine. They were not authorized Audi repair center so we were asked to choose the nearest facility so we picked IRA based on the positive reviews. First, the car stayed in a warehouse without any repairs done or anybody contacting us for almost three weeks. The first appraisal was not done until three weeks of the car being there while we had to continue paying rental car. Second, I had to deal with a desk secretary named Victoria who was always dismissive and usually not helpful. Third, getting a hold of the person assigned to my case was extremely difficult and frustrating. There was no way to call him directly and he did not respond my calls, texts or emails on time (actually he only called me back once and never emailed me). Fourth, it took more than 2 months to get my car back, granted I understand that my car needed special parts and qualified technician work but I was never expecting such long time. Fifth, at the end of the repairs and despite my complaints, they held the vehicle for several days just to get payment confirmation from the insurance. Sixth, when I picked up the vehicle it looked clean on the outside but was dusty inside, also a small floor mat was missing, some cables for the a dashcam on the dashboard and a small pocket net from the trunk area is also missing (I have to say the car was in a different body shop before IRA and they say the car came like that but they did not say so when the car first arrived).Bottom line, terrible communication, unexplained delays and minor missing things (not communicated on arrival to their facility) . I would not use IRA for repairs and DO NOT recommend it specially for Audi owners.

My grade for the Collision center at Ira Toyota in Danvers is A+.Jerry Diecidue returned all of my callspromptly and was extremely helpful in keeping me informed as to the progress of the work being done on my Prius.He went a love and beyond with customer service because he cared about every aspect of my experience at the center.I would call daily for updates and his patience was infinite. The work performed was done perfectly and the car looks like new!It s Collision center is the place to go for body work and ask for Jerry Diecidue, he will do all he can to make sure that you have the best experience possible experience. Mark Giovanni is the General Manager and he runs aterrific operation at Ira. He even picks up the phone!!!!Service: Painting

I have been waiting since May 11 for a wiring harness. I do not have rental on my car so I had to pay for a vehicle. After a month I called Toyota to see what they could do for me since my part was on back order. They offered to pay for part of the rental. I have not seen anything yet. I had to return the rental in June due to financial issues. I have not seen anything to help me pay for the rental from Toyota. I am currently driving my car unfixed. I have no headlights so I cannot drive after dark. My insurance company already paid them and I am still waiting for a wiring harness.

Worst Quality of Repair and Customer Service in my life. My boyfriend s AUDI needed repair and he took it to a random mechanic that did a terrible job and left the car looking weird since it was missing a cover inside the grille that covers a huge metal piece. He was not satisfied so he went to IRA s given it s a certified center and he wanted to do things right . He told a lady named Mary what had happened and that he wanted his car back to factory conditions empathizing on the front grilled cover it was missing (very noticeable). First, Mary quoted about $800 and after about a couple weeks she was asking for about $2000 claiming the car needed a lot of work. He didn t have that kind of money just for the car at the time, but still, he agreed because he wanted his luxury car to look the part and he trusted IRA and Mary. When the car was ready Mary was not even there to deliver it and guess what??? The first thing my boyfriend notices is the metal showing from the grille which was the main reason he took the car to IRA in the first place. You can only imagine his frustration after spending $2000 for no reason with no one to help him cause they were not familiar with the case , only Mary could help him out and she was not there. Oh, but it gets better!!! After a few days of trying to get Mary to help him out, he notices the AUDI logo piece that is supposed to be glued to the front hood just loose in the back seat. As I said, worst quality of service! He then takes matters to a supervisor since Mary ultimately started ignoring his messages. Ben, the manager, told my boyfriend everything he wanted to hear because obviously he knew things weren t done the right way since my boyfriend showed up with the logo piece in his hand. After months and months of Ben just pretending to care and lying about solutions he was working on, my boyfriend gave up. So my advice to you is NEVER EVER go to this place if you care about your money and especially your car.

I will never be Coming back here again! When I dropped my car off it had front end damage nothing to crazy! I was told my car would be done in 3 to 4 weeks! It s almost 8 weeks later and I still don t have my car. I have been told for the past 3 weeks that my car would be ready that week and it keeps getting push backed another week! I am extremely frustrated and annoyed! This is extremely inconvenient and I would not recommend this place to anybody!

Great when finally finished but it took 9 weeks to complete cosmetic ( no structural) repairs. The worst part I ve thee experienced was when the said it witnessed done in couple of days and it wasn t / this happened repeatedly for 3 weeks. I would not recommend this outfit. The whole system is screwed up from not starting to do repairs for 5 weeks or so because they don t have ALL THE PARTS. From insurance to repairs systems needs an overhaulService: Body & Trim

Dennis was unresponsive to any of my calls, text, or emails. My car was there to be fixed from when I was rear ended. I dropped the car off before I went away on my honeymoon. My car ended up being there for over three weeks. When I went to pick up my car the car was never even repaired. I was told a new lower bumper and trim was put on the car and my insurance company paid for the new bumper and trim and they left the old bumper on the car and tried to paint over the damages and never fixed the damage or put the new bumper that I was told was put on the car and hoped I would pick up the car and not see that noting was repaired. Also, the front end of my car was damaged while it was being repaired and the hood is shifted and Dennis and Greg deny anything happened to the front end of the car and are adamant they put a new lower bumper on the car and can t show me the old one they took off. Every part on new cars have a sticker to identify part numbers and my car still has the old part number showing it is the old bumper Dennis and Greg are adamant they replaced the bumper but the old part sticker is still on the bumper they returned to me saying it was new and clips are still broken and wires are hanging when it was supposed to be repaired. The new crome trim that was suppose to be replaced is chipped and cracked and the original gouges left by the person who rear ended me are still in the bumper and Dennis and Greg continue to lie about the bumper being replaced. To this day my car still isn t repaired a month after dropping it off and Dennis and Greg haven t reached out to fix what they have already been paid to do.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Advice to all future body work seekers, read recent reviews before you drop your car. You may not see your car for a long time, or until your rental coverage ends. No status update, no return calls. I got a single update: in the paint shop. Then took another 10 days to get it done (for an area less then a tennis ball). All in all, it took 6 weeks to get my car back for a small body job (parts and labor totaled $2k). Unbelievable. Speechless.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Ira collision center. They got me in very quickly and did my service as fast as they could. I had a great experience working with Dennis, he was super friendly, attentive, and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. They did amazing work on my car and it looks brand new. So far, so nothing- can't get the only person who is apparently authorized to answer questions about my vehicle to call or email me back. Been without a car for about 3 weeks now and while the first part of the delay was on us/insurance, now it's firmly in their court. Official estimate was only 2 days of work. Really disappointed and concerned. Happy to update this review one I have finally completed this process, and I sure hope my experience of it improves.

I would recommend using G1A Collision center. They were communicative throughout the entire process and kept me informed. The quality of work is fantastic and my vehicle looks brand new after a nasty fender bender.The only downside was that it took longer than anticipated, my car was at the shop for almost 2 months, but I was always kept informed of its status and was never left guessing. If anything, the end result assuaged any burden of the wait time.Fantastic service and quality work. I hope I don t have to use them again, but if I ever need collision service in the future I will be returning to G1A.Service: Body & Trim

Had my truck at the collision center after a front end collision, they had my truck about 3 weeks.I had aftermarket parts, insurance approved replacement of my aftermarket parts but they failed to replace them.When I did get my truck back, it shook / sways when approaching highway speeds. Spoke to the manager, asked for front end alignment. I drop my truck off again, he calls me and states he balanced the tires, did not do front end alignment, the truck still sways/ wobbles.I purchased some aftermarket parts myself, Manager states send him receipts, he will get me reimbursed. I sent them to him and he submits to my insurance company. I can see my insurance sent check a month ago.Now all my emails go unanswered. Save yourself a headache using this collision center. Go to Toyota of Watertown or Lexington collision centers.Dealership is great collision center is not !
