Auto Sound is absolutely amazing!! Would recommend them 110%. I wanted to have a 2 way radio installed in my car, they were able to install the radio in my car FOR THE BEST PRICE I was quoted ANYWHERE around!! Not only that but they were able to install the very next day!! The job was done QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY, and AT A GREAT PRICE!! If and when I need any more audio work done on my car I will 100% be calling them first and I will recommend them to ALL MY FRiENDS AND FAMILY!!

In the middle of moving to their new location in Danvers. They brought a tech back to Middleton without an appointment to look at our heated seats they installed over 2 years ago. Replaced a relay at no charge. Beyond impressed with their quality work and professionalism.

I bought a car from Berlin City back in 2016 and Auto Sound added the aftermarket starter. Over the few years, I moved to the NorthShore from Maine. When I called Berlin City in Portland, they told me they now had a place in Middleton, thankfully!! Well, someone how my son flushed my only working remote down the toliet, my other was I thought was destroyed, but the gentlemen at the store was able to fix it!! I did end up buying a new remote, and the wait time was fast. I walked in and was out within 30 minutes that day.

Auto Sound is an amazing place to get a dash camera installed. I'd just bought my first car, and decided I wanted a VIOFO A129 Pro dual channel camera on the windshield and rear window. I knew the camera needed to have parking mode enabled, so I also needed it hooked up to a power source even when the car was off. Everywhere I called insisted on installing the camera by hardwiring it into my cars fuse box - which can potentially damage fuses or disconnect on or two of my cars features (fog lamps / heated seats, etc.) to make room for the camera. I was also concerned adding the camera could interfere with my car's remote starter.Auto Sound was the only place I could find that had the expertise to wire it directly to the battery at a fair price.The install is incredibly clean. Jeff, who took my call and works the front desk, provided excellent customer service and communicated the $200 installation fee very clearly. While Jerry, the technician who installed the camera, was able to do it way under the estimated time and was even able to get me a discount.If you're living in the city and need a camera installed it's worth the drive to Middleton.

The gentlemen at front desk provided a warm greeting upon arrival.I was told my vehicle would take between 60 to 90 minutes. My vehicle was completed within that timeframe.After arriving to pick up my vehicle they spent time going over how to use product.I will highly recommend Auto Sound to anyone needing service to their vehicle.Thank you Auto Sound !!!!!

They were helpful when coming in suddenly in needing my 2007 toyota camry a new remote starter setup. I waited for an appointment to finish but they were ready for me when they were available. Didnt really wait long before my car was set. Good people!

Auto Sound is the real deal. They are caring, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. I bought an older car that needed an upgrade for the stereo and really was not sure the best way to proceed. Had a great experience here, just got a new (used) car and wanted to upgrade the car stereo to something with wireless Android Auto but was a little lost in which model to get. Ron was super helpful in presenting some solid options without making it overwhelming, he priced out all the parts and labor that would be necessary to install it including hooking up the steering wheel control buttons and the rear camera. ALSO, I had been playing with the idea of installing leather seats which is also a service they provide, so Ron took me through my options in a way that helped me clarify for myself exactly what I wanted and got me very excited to proceed. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and left my keys in the key drop, they were able to get the new stereo and the leather seats (including leather to replace the cloth covering on the center console and the door armrests) completed in one day. Another employee there took time with me to walk me through the new stereo, make sure my phone was all set up and connected to it, and spent a good amount of time helping me calibrate the guidelines on the rear backup camera. I'll definitely be looking for opportunities to take my car back to them for more fun upgrades, great place and great people!

Was having issues with my car radio, needed a new screen. Went to AutoSound in Middleton they diagnosed my problem and quickly resolved the issue. Everyone that I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable they made my experience better than I could have wished. Highly recommend.

These guys rule. They did an amazing job fixing the hacked up wiring in my '96 Volvo 855 and installed the factory radio for next to nothing, all under an hour. They saved me a lot of time and aggravation. Great customer service, kind folks, cool selection of radios too.

Highly recommend Auto Sound in Middleton, MA! I am the proud owner of a beautiful 1987 Cadillac Brougham d'Elegance which is in pristine original condition. I had to have the OEM factory radio removed in order to send it out for repair and was a bit apprehensive about having my dash disassembled in order to remove it. Mike reassured me that the radio will be removed and installed (once repaired) without any issues. Mike and the guys at Auto Sound took very good care of my vintage Caddy!!

I brought my 2012 MB S550 to have a gps system upgrade. After having the stock received, I was promised installation today, Wed 3/29/2023 @ 8am-12pm.everything was completed in time at a very reasonable price. The staff took about 30 minutes to explain everything to my 83 old mind about all the integrated systems and how to access them.All in all, a very satisfying transaction with people who know what they're doing.I highly recommend Auto Sound.

Awesome place and was referred by my Nissan company. Had military/veteran discount which is a great Bonus. Edited, had an issue with a lose wire after 2 months with the camera. Not sure how, maybe a bad pothole? But autosound fixed it without any fee per their work warranty.

Had a non standard request that they install a couple of cameras I had been given on my box truck , also I wanted an indicator lamp installed on the dash to show that the rear doors were open.They did a great job for a reasonable price, I was happily surprised!

I needed to have my sunroof replaced urgently due to a a failure of its integrity and the approach of inclement weather. Andy told me to bring it in and I only had to wait an hour for it to be installed. The customer service was incredible and they treated me like I was a customer of theirs for years. I highly recommend Auto Sound for the quality of their work and their customer service!!

I called to schedule a repair to my sunroof. It s after market but I m not sure who initially installed it. Everyone was super nice on the phone about scheduling my appointment. I ended up having to cancel but I later called to schedule a new one again and spoke to Andy. Andy was amazing. He wanted to see the buttons for my sunroof to make sure they could fix it before bringing it in. I emailed him the pictures and he had me press a sequence of buttons that fixed my broken sunroof within 5 minutes. He didn t even have to be there and he repaired my sunroof that had been broken for months.Everyone at Autosound has been incredibly friendly and nice every time I spoke with them. Highly recommend.

I had a remote starter installed in 2016 in my Honda Pilot. It worked flawlessly. The ignition lock cylinder finally gave up and I had to have it replaced at Honda North. The very next time I tried to use the remote start, it didn't work. The doors unlocked, the engine cranked, but nothing else. I called my service rep at Honda North and he said I should contact the installer of the system. So...I drove over the Auto Sound to arrange an appointment for troubleshooting. I drove up and one of the owners greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained my situation and showed him the original paperwork I had for the install. He asked for my keys and said he would have a technician look at it right then.So....They got the car to remote start but it turns out that the parking lights didn't work, which used to accompany the remote start. The technician found some melted going to the "brain box" of the remote start unit. The owner came back out and asked me a few questions and then showed me the damaged parts. I asked what would cause that, and he stated it had to be a power surge, which points to Honda North being the cause.The owner said he would replace the brain box and repair the burned wires to get things working again AT NO CHARGE (What? No! Really?) Total time for all of this was about 20 minutes. I offered to pay him and he would not accept anything. So, I decided to leave a review. There aren't many companies that have done anything remotely (heh) like this. The shop has been in Middleton forever and now I can see why. The customer service was amazing. I'd highly recommend Auto Sound as a business.

Had an Alpine dashcam installed, got there at 8 and was done just after 9. Totally professionally installed, great customer service!! Nothing but the best work at a fair price done here! Highly recommend for all your needs!! These guys are top shelf all the way!

I made an appointment for my Tundra to have heated seats installed. I met with Ron on the floor and Jim who was the installer. From the time I arrived to the time I left, both were extremely polite and professional. The installation went smooth and I was back on the road within 90 minutes. Their level of Customer Service is second to none. I live more than 50 miles away but I can say the time spent to get to Auto Sound was well worth the ride for the way I was treated. More businesses should take lessons from Auto Sound on how to treat people!

The remote starter installation for my Lexus was a fast and seamless process with a fair cost. Vert happy that I am able to use my OEM car fob to start the car.Auto Sound will be my go-to recommendation for remote starter installations going forward!

Brought my Audi in to be fitted with a subwoofer set up, the team at auto sound was super friendly and gave me a fair and honest estimate on a range of subwoofers and amps that were in my price range. I ended up purchasing a lovely alpine set up, the installation was done 4 hours after I dropped it off and the drop off/pick up process was seamless. Easily one of the best and fastest experiences I ve had bringing my car to get modified, 10/10 would recommend these guys over some place like Best Buy any day of the week.

What is the best customer service in the world?Think about that for a moment.You are in a tight spot, you call multiple vendors. The shop you have been going to for 15 years don't have the time to help you or are too faraway.My car had been totaled. And it was faraway from home in Salem, MA. It had very expensive speakers and amplifier which I had to remove before it was sent to salvage.I called everyone I knew. I was desperate to get my stuff off the car. I talked to some people I could barely understand. I called a shop where some weird music was being played as their ring tone.Auto Sound saved my life!I had given up on good customer support in this world. Whether you pay $1k per month or $70k per month I have seen some bad customer support.I can tell you these guys rank high up there with the best of the best. I can give you names of some big corporate businesses where no matter how much money you throw at them you get bad support.This is how customer support should look like and I can tell you there were the best people I have ever talked to about anything, anywhere.There was some real empathy for my situation. They went above and beyond. Well beyond above and beyond.If I am spending $100 on anything, after this experience I would like it to go to these folks.At the end of the day, it does not matter what they are selling and which brands they deal with. These people will look after you with the kind of empathy you probably only see from close family.Don't take your money elsewhere. If you have anything to do with anything in cars, you won't get better looked after anywhere else.I have a weekly review with a company, my company pays big bucks to deal with. I am adding this place to the list of best customer support from any vendor I have seen - in the big leagues. Sometimes people forget what real customer service looks like, and it always helps to provide some concrete examples. Auto Sound is one of them.

Incredibly pleased with the crew @ Auto Sound. I put feelers out on social media asking where to get a dash cam system installed. Almost everyone recommended them. I stopped in about a month after Christmas and Mike informed me that I would need to book an appointment as this is their busy time. I went back in a few days ago, made my appointment for today. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 AM and less than 3 hours later my 2 camera dash cam system was installed.Mike told me they moved my fast pass over to center the front camera. They also installed a new trim piece that I purchased for the rear window surround.In conclusion, very professional install, very satisfied customer !!!

Fantastic time, experience and price! Service was professional, friendly and the gave me back all of my old parts to show that what was taken out was in fact damaged. Mind you in did not ask for them but they provided them none the less!I would highly recommend these good folks to anyone looking for an honest and qualified shop to work on your car/ truck audio!Thanks again guys!Mark G

Wanted to upgrade the speakers in my 2017 Tacoma. Auto Sound had a good variety to choose from and the service was top notch. From the initial contact all the way through the install, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Just the upgrade in speakers and my system sounds 100% better. Their techs did a great job with the installation. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
