I took my 2016 F150 to Rob at Scituate Collision to fix a major dent in my rear bumper and a few door dings. I was overdue for a detail so I had them do a full interior and exterior detail while it was there. The truck looks AMAZING!!! It looks like a brand new truck both inside and out! Rob also made it very easy accurately quoting the cost and the time it would be ready.I hope not to need their repair services anytime soon but I will be taking my vehicles to Scituate Collision for detailing services from now on. Great first experience!

Rob did a great job repairing my Prius after an accident I had recently. His estimate of the time it would take was accurate and the car came back to me looking like new - which is better than how it looked before the accident. He is a very good guy and I would recommend him. He stands behind his work and I appreciate that.

Highly recommend Scituate Collision, Ron is very professional he has done work on our truck twice now and each time we have been very satisfied, when he does a job he does it right! So very thankful and appreciative of Rob's help. As a woman, I feel apprehensive sometimes when I need assistance in an area that I'm not totally comfortable (ex. cars). I told Rob what I was looking for and he clearly and plainly explained my options and what he could do. He was able to provide me with exactly what I had requested and I'm very happy with the results. I would return in a heartbeat for any future work I need!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rob was very helpful and efficient over the phone. All I had to do was drop off my car on a Tuesday and by Friday morning, he called to say it was ready. Very good work and done so quickly and painlessly.Would highly recommend.

I truly cannot express my gratitude more to Scituate Collision. In our hour of need, they were willing to take us in. When a driver damaged a van and every other place turned us away, Scituate took us in. The staff was excellent to communicate with, the job they did was impeccable, the timing on the repair was perfect, and the price was exactly within our range. I am incredibly happy and would recommend Scituate Collision to anyone in need of services done on their vehicles. Their professionalism was beyond compare and I can never thank them enough for the help they provided us.

The work done on our car replacing a windshield seems sufficient. So far no leaks. However we were surprise when we went to pay the bill with extremely high towing and transfer charges. These costs were not explained upfront. While in hindsight we should have asked, the amount charged for a 1 mile tow was very high (I would have had AAA do it for me at no charge) as well as a 15 min drive to a detailer which I could have done myself. We felt taken!Upon seeing this review the owner contacted me to understand the issues and offered a free detail in response which was a nice gesture.

Scituate Collision is Top Notch they helped me with my transportation and went way beyond the scope of work. My whole truck looked like new including the interior all cleaned and waxed and I was there to get a bumper replaced. Great customer service! Thanks Rob...

My daughter was in an accident, (she was fine) and a car T-Boned my Dodge RAM 1500. My truck is very special to me and have had it since new in 2009. I though the insurance company was going to total it - but no - thank God. I heard from a very reliable source that Scituate Collision was the BEST. I met Rob Ross - I knew it was an omen and told everyone that Bob Ross was going to paint my truck. Bob replaced both rocker panels - replaces 2 doors, fender and the rear quarter bed. Prepped and painted the whole truck. I had him replace both bumpers, headlights, grille and side steps. Needless to say it can out better than expected. Steve Contos, a custom paint and pinstripe legend, striped my truck that mirrored the same pin-striping on a 1970 Olds 442 on BIG BLUE! Just KILLER! I went here when I first moved to Scituate and didn't want to drive to my old body shop. Rob (I think he is the owner) made me feel comfortable about leaving my car there and got it done when he said he would. I hope I never need body work again but if I do this is my new body shop

Rob the owner made this a painless experience .The body work was completed perfectly and on schedule . A rental company delivered a car at a great rate right to the office for a convenient pick up and drop off....I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
