Jay is 100% honest and knows what he s doing. I completely trust him working on any of my cars. He s the real deal. I ve been doing business with him since 2016.

Jay was great to do business with. One shop wouldn t do the job. Another shop quoted double what Jay did the job for. The communication was excellent considering the job became more than we originally thought, and I was updated daily. He looked in to ways to keep the cost down and most importantly made sure my daughters car was safe. I would highly recommend Rattenbury AutoWorks!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I popped my tire and they were great throughout the entire process! I brought my corgi in to wait with me while they put the new tire on and he loved getting all the pets!

We brought a car in to Jay for a pre-sale safety check. He was very friendly, very professional, and very clear explaining the situation to people who don't have a lot of car knowledge. He gave us a very straightforward review of the car's status and a rough estimate of the cost of necessary repairs. We felt that we were in very good hands. While we did not need him to do any repairs on a car this time, I definitely would not hesitate in the future to bring him my car for servicing. Two thumbs way up!

Rattenbury's AutoWorks went over and above our expectations in dealing with a brake issue experienced while on a New England vacation. Although fully booked, a late cancellation enabled Jay, the owner, to diagnose and repair the failed front right tire braking mechanism and allow us to continue our vacation without losing a single day. Both he and his partner were most understanding and above that, friendly and welcoming. I strongly recommend this company for any auto repairs that might arise. I was recommended to jay by a friend. I brought him 1990 mustang Gt with issues. I couldn t be anymore happier with his expertise, go the extra mile personality , customer service. The way jay run his business should be a model to all. After taking my other vehicles to other shops, I was spoiled by jay. He will be taking care our fleet for now on. He has the best shop in the south shore. Again thank you jay for the great experience , I couldn t be any happier

After dealing with an issue with our brakes for 6 months and taking it to two other places, we finally called Rattenbury s. Jay was able to diagnose the issue right away and quickly addressed the issue. We will be returning here if we ever have issues in the future. Nice to find reliable, efficient, and professional service help.

I bring all my family vehicles here. I trust Jay.I feel good knowing my 72 Buick GS is in the hands of a knowledgable mechanic. He has passion and pride im his work. He is a one man show, so you'll need to plan time accordingly.
